I'm only scoring this excursion with a thumbs up because of the river cruise and the lunch. Otherwise the itinerary was lacking - far too much time spent shopping and very little info provided by the guide. The waterfall, although set in an attractive area, is not very impressive and needs only a few minutes to view and photograph. The river cruise is relaxing but the 'scenery' is not exactly stunning and the sight of multiple pirate ships being renovated was a disappointment. Expensive drinks

We really enjoyed this day out. The waterfall was stunning. The bazaar was fab. The tour guide was lovely but needs to learn more about the areas as he constantly repeated what he had already said. The superstore which was our first call was shocking. Everything was fake and cheaper everywhere else and staff were really rude. Nothing about shopping is real as all labels are fake. A reputable company like Tui shouldn't advertise this i feel. The boat trip was great and we got lots of pics.

Our guide Mimet was lovely. Very informative. He was telling us lots of interesting facts. The boat staff where very helpful. Took care of us very well. I would definitely recommend this excursion.

The trip in itself was ok, we felt vulnerable at the market because we was hounded by locals selling perfumes and clothing we was approached on several occasions. We are disappointed that Tui Representative left us in a vulnerable state. personally I feel that once on these guides representatives should stay with the tourists. Anything could have happened there, I will not be returning to any further excursions and have cancelled the ones that I have booked.

Really good trip with a morning on the river and a place to stop for a swim. Lunch on the boat was fab and the staff lovely, paid extra for drinks and ice creams but not crazy prices. Would have liked more time in the outlet as there were lots of bargains to be had. Guide was brilliant and explained everything really well, over all a fab day out for all.

Ok if you like shopping. I thought that the waterfall was visited on the boat as did a lot of the other people. You go to the indoor market first which was great, followed by a coach trip to the waterfalls. Next to outdoor market that is hell on earth.
Nice boat trip at the end and Ahmed was great.

This whole excursion was fantastic despite the fact we went on the hottest day of our holiday (sitting at 43'c). Our guide Zac was awesome!!! Really friendly, approachable, professional, funny and genuine. Kept us all together, in yet allowing us freedom within the mall and bazaar and clearly outlined times and meeting points so we all felt at ease. Best excursion I've been on for years! TUI beats many other travel agents.

Mix of shopping and river cruise Indoor shop was good, Biazzre was an authentic experience. Both for copied goods. Boat trip is great, swimming at the end so take swim stuff. Cheaper jet skis on the beach side £35 and a camel ride. BBQ on the boat was good

The guide zack was excellent! The problems was that it was a 2 hour bus journey to get to the river cruise, the bus hit another bus and knocked the wing mirror off so we had to go the back roads to change bus. The details of excursion did not mention to bring swimming stuff and we stopped at a beach for an hour and we could not enjoy the water! Very annoying! That alone would of improved the trip. The market was fine but the vendors really hassle you which I know is not a tui issue.

The guide didn’t speak much to us throughout the tour, except for journey information and tipping at the end of the trip. She stayed in the staff area on the boat The boat journey itself was enjoyable, but ordering drinks was very confusing and prices were high and unmarked. The indoor shopping centre is one shop that sells knockoffs, but was pleasant as you weren’t harassed into buying items. The waterfall is exactly what you would expect, good amount of time spent there. Bazaar stress

Loved this trip from start to finish. Our guide Mussafah was fantastic, his humour was spot on. We done the boat trip first which was amazing. Sat on the front of the boat sunbathing for the whole journey. Swam in the sea which was so warm (pebbles were harsh on your feet) also had a swim in the river which has freezing but nice once you were in. Then Dickman for shopping, then to the waterfall which we should of spent more time there as it was amazing. Would have loved to sit and have a drink.

The Manavgat trip is great, it’s our 2nd visit! I would recommend spending less time at the outlet shop and a bit more time at the waterfalls to allow time for a drink and look round the little shops. The guide, Memet, was very good. Overall I would recommend the trips with a few tweaks to the allocated time spent at each attraction.

The textile shop and river cruise was ok, not for everyone I’m sure. The waterfall was the best part of the day but we were only able to stay 25 min. The market was awful, I felt very unsafe and tourists are dropped off by the bus load to keep the locals going financially. It was dirty and extremely unpleasant, the guide was honest and told us that the market sellers can be pushy, maybe even grab you by the arm and shout. Why would you take your guests there?

Manavgat waterfalls was beautiful, the loat trip down the river was excellent. The bazaar was what I was worried about most, but was a lot better than I thought. Cafes and places to sit and drink if you don't like all the bartering. The outlet wasn't for me as it feels a little awkward and expectation to buy something.

I'd like to start by saying that the boat trip was great and also the waterfall...however this should be called a shopping trip as you spend about 2hrs 10mins dropped off at a clothes store, followed by bazare which is more of the same clothes. If you're wanting to go shopping and by clothes then fine but if you're just wanting a nice boat cruise down the river and to look at the waterfall I would look elsewhere. As you spend more time looking at clothes than you do at the waterfall.

More detailed description of the tour would be good prior to booking. Personally I did not like or enjoy the bazaar shopping, was like a cattle market and too much time dedicated there. Waterfall was excellent but rushed, should spend more time there, and river sail was brilliant, the beach really nice but the lunch was was very disappointing , more time at the beach needed.

The shopping part was unnecessary and way too long. The amount of time spend on the waterfall was way too short. Drinks on the boat should be included in price. People on the bazaar were very pushy and it was hard to browse anything without being disturbed. The prices were not cheap at all, I would say most of the time it felt like rip-off(most of people didn't want to negotiate). On the good side the guide was very polite, the waterfall (short) but still very nice, the boat trip was nice.

Felt the tour was done in the wrong order, it would have been a more enjoyable day starting off with the bazaar/market and textile shop then heading to the waterfall and finishing off with the river cruise and opportunity to use the beach. Starting off with the river cruise and beach meant you were then faced with the decision of to wether swim or not and then carry wet clothes around with you. An hour at the textile outlet was too long this should be cut to allow more time at the waterfall.

The river trip morning with a swim in the sea was great. The fabric retail outlet was awful- made Matalan at home look classy! The waterfall was really a wier no more than 3 metres high and the bazzar at the end was just full off literally tons of the same old knock off stuff. This was our third trip. Our first two guides were great but Mustafa was appalling - he appeared disinterested and made very little effort to be friendly-he really let you down!

The trip is loaded towards the less important things .More time should be spent at the water fall not a Hurried 25 minutes . Plus im not interested in shopping in at a textile outlet that was not even mentioned in the itinery . Plus was a hurried visit to the market . memet was a good guide but again to much information with reference to the outlet and not enough to the surroundings .Plus it says all entry fees included then they take you to a beach and pay 1euro for a sunbed for40 mins

To start off our Guide, he was excellent! Very helpful and informative whilst at various stops on the trip as well as on the coach journey. The shopping is interesting and you can pick up a bargain at the Textile Mall and lots to look at and haggle over in the Market. The Manovgat boat trip is fantastic, a picturesque trip down river with a decent free lunch and reasonably priced drinks, and finally stopping of for a beach/river swim. Over all, great value and thoroughly enjoyable.

There was a problem with our pick up but it was sorted promptly. Our guide, Memet was brilliant, giving us full information about the trip and extra information about the areas we travelled through on the coach. The waterfall visit was rushed and not a main focus of the trip which was a little disappointing. The lunch on the boat was lovely and added bonus of photographer.

This is advertised as a waterfall but it is actually more like rapids - pretty but very touristy with lots of shops etc around. Visit to the 'textile' centre was good if you want to buy fake clothing but an hour was too long there for me. Visit to the bazaar was intersting - again you can buy fake goods which didn't really interest me but it was interesting to see the food and spice market. Very hot and again too much time here. River cruise was pleasant, food good and guide excellent.

The shopping at the outlet was good and worthwhile, although we since found outlet shops close to our hotel! The waterfall visit was ok, all set up for tourists. The visit to the bazaar was not worth it- too much time allowed for visit, unbearable heat. Should not be included in the the tour. The river cruise including food, service was well done and definitely worthwhile. The TUI guide was great- told us how the day would be planned and clear about timings.

We were advised by the TUI rep that between 2 & 2.5 hours would be spent at Managvat market. In reality it was 1.5 hours which left very little time, & for us as a family was the core reason why we booked the trip. The afternoon session on the boat trip + food was enjoyable. The morning visit to the textile outlet (just a clothes shop in the middle of nowhere) was a waste of 50 minutes & the Managvat "waterfall" wasn't particularly impressive & worth seeing. Overall, a 2.5/5 star experience

Enjoyed the boat trip, lunch, time on the beach and the waterfall. Didn't enjoy the markets and the constant add on selling that was happening, photos, drinks, ice creams, jet skiis, camels, etc etc. Also the timings of this tour are all wrong. The shopping and markets should have been first, followed by the chance for a swim. My family were all just hot and bothered by the time we got to the market.

Did not enjoy the fact we flew on a charter flight on a plane which developed technical problems even before we took off. Cabin service was good on both flights. We did not use the transport provided to take us to the hotel so negated some of the time lost. The Royal Alhambra Palace is still trying to recover from the Covid experience and does not live up to its status as a 5 star hotel. We are tankful we were able to enjoy a wonderful break before the flight and airport chaos really set .

I have enjoyed all sightseeing part of excursion but I must say visiting outdoor Manavgat bazaar was not a part which I liked. It was already second bazaar which we visited and the indoor one was really enough for me .Was way too hot as we went there in the middle of the day , very crowded and easy to get lost. I would love to spent a bit more time round waterfall as it was such a nice place and we really have had only enough time to take a couple of pictures and had to go back to coach .

We Enjoyed this trip, more time was needed at the waterfall we were only there for half an hour so didn’t get chance to properly enjoy it. It wasn’t necessary to go to the textile shop & the market it was too much shopping. The boat ride & river were lovely the lunch provided was a bit basic though and didn’t cater for children. Disappointed with the transport as there was no TUI Rep in our hotel and therefore no welcome meeting we used the App and had to get a taxi to a hotel approximately 10 miles away 13 euros to pick up our coach only for it to go back the way we came. Thankfully Our guide arranged for us to be dropped off close to our hotel when we returned. Because of this we didn’t book anymore excursions unlike previous holidays when we have 2 or 3 I would only book a hotel with a Rep in future

The boat tour was amazing and calm Perfect for people with disabilities. I have bad back and was mad comfy throughout aswell as another person on the trip who had a walker Very well

Was a great day out. Perfect for a 4 year old as there were not that many suitable excursions that we could go to. There was lots included in the day. Overall was really good and would absolutely recommend it.

The experience was very good , your guide Memet was excellent, he shared his local knowledge and made our experience much more enjoyable. He organised the entire group ver well. Extremely good value for money as we had a very enjoyable boat trip along with the amazing waterfalls. My wife enjoyed the bargains found at the textile outlet and bazaar.

We had problems with one of our party taken to hospital abroad. Tui were very helpful in arranging for new a new flght. Tui aircraft cabin crew, from the captain to the stewards were as helpful as they possibly could. We have used Tui on many occasions and would recommend them to all.

The guide was great, he had great knowledge and was very approachable. It was a packed day and well planned. The downside was the pick ups from all the hotels meaning we were in the bus for 2 hours before getting to the first activity - this is something that really needs looked at and would put us off doing it again.

Please please please tell everyone the Euro is the preferred currency here not the Turkish Lira! Guide was exceptional. This trip was NOT suitable for wheelchair users or very bad mobility problems as getting on and off the boat and accessing facilities was difficult.

Throughly enjoyed the while trip, good value for money. I did think the indoor market was a little too long time to spend. 45 mins to 1 hour would be enough. Loved the outdoor Market and waterfall.

It was nice to get out from the resort. River seemed a bit like Manchester ship canal and the beach was dirty. The waterfall was it really a waterfall but it was nice getting out and seeing more of turkey. Guide was brilliant and transport was well organised
