Poor
The sea was a bit choppy, so the boat basically came out of the port and moored up for the whole time. I know these things are determined by the weather, but I feel that they should have cancelled the trip.

All staff were very helpful, the boat wasn’t overloaded. Well spoken English which made the experience 100% better. Crew were all really really friendly people…After coming to Bulgaria all inclusive the food that was served on the boat was the nicest food I ate all week. For how cheap it was definitely giving this experience 5 stars.

We enjoyed the cruise very much getting a great view of the coastline.The boat itself is lovely and beautifully kept. Even the toilet is spotless. There is ample time for a swim if you fancy if not you can just chill on the deck and have a beer, wine or soft drink. The lunch is good, chicken salad with potatoes, bread and an apple. The crew are happy and friendly. Fantastic value for 4 hours of fun

I attended this alone, was welcomed and looked after. The trip was well managed, and despite an issue with the boat, everything was kept held together by the crew. As a result, a very good value for money trip, with a lovely lunch and plenty of drinks.

Trip was excellent, the staff were fantastic and kept the drinks flowing and the lunch was lovely too. The day we went the boat was not very full so we had plenty of space. Only downside was the coach taking us back to the hotel was more fit for the scrap heap than on the road, seats were broken and the engine was making a noise.

From pick up to drop off everything was great, pick up was easy to find, bus was on time with air con, the boat was lovely, the staff were really nice and friendly. There was only about 20 people on the boat so it almost felt like you had the boat to yourself and wasn’t over crowded. The cruise itself was calm and relaxing, the boat had shade for those who didn’t want the sun. Food was ok, plenary of drinks available, Only thing I would say is that the food isn’t really suitable for young kids.

The trip was lovely and we all really enjoyed it. All the staff on the boat were very friendly and did everything they could to make the trip a good one. The food on board the boat was tasty and there was more than enough to go around. The only 1 negative was that they didn’t pick up from our hotel. We had to go to a bus stop outside another hotel. But this was minor.

The boat wasn't over crowded, the food and drinks on board were of good quality and in good supply, crew were very professional and nothing was to much trouble, the health and safety side was clearly explained and presented well.

Coach pick up all went to time. Lovely boat with a great crew. Much fun had jumping in the water and swimming. Tasty lunch provided. It really is only 10 to 2 on the boat so don’t expect a whole day.

Once you are on the bus to go to the boat can not fault the service or experience. The main issue is the bus does not come to hotel you have to walk down steam hill which is not assessable to those in wheel chairs or with walking aids. It's not about being lazy but it just is not inclusive from that perspective

Real lazy day cruise. Although we did expect it to last a bit longer. We were back at our hotel for 3pm. Would have liked to have had a bit more time in the sea. Food was great and staff wonderful. Would definitely recommend this trip.

The cruise was great, the guys brought us drinks throughout and were helpful and friendly. The fishing equipment wasn't great but that didn't bother me as I don't fish! The food could've been better but overall it was a very pleasant trip. The only problem I had was with the TUI rep, who didn't like that I booked through the app losing him commission!

The pick up was 50 minutes later than stated for the excursion. It's advertised as a lazy "day" cruise when in actual fact it's just a short morning - shorter with the delayed pick up! Once on board the boat the service was good, the food was simple but tasty, the staff were attentive and conscious of the guests at all times. The trip itself was much shorter than our party had anticipated for the price, especially compared to other similar trips we have made elsewhere.

The boat trio was great with friendly service. The food was tasty, we were served salad with potatoes and chicken. Only downfall of the food was no butter for bread and no mayo or sauce for salad. Drinks were unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks. The wine wasn't to my tasting. The transfer from hotel was good on way there, however on way back we were placed on a coach with not enough seats, which was warm and uncomfortable... hood job our journey was short.

Picked up from bus stop lovely boat. Staff were great. Went through safety check. Relaxing day out. As many drinks as you want. Food was ok.
