We booked this for the second day of our holiday, what a brilliant way to replace! Collection was prompt and a very short drive away from the hotel. On arrival the staff were very friendly and the process was very easy. There was no waiting around, as they had plenty of staff working to ensure everyone was seen to. You read some stories about being forced to buy extra services, we were asked but they did not push this after I declined. 10/10 and well worth a visit.

My Husband wanted to pay by card, unfortunately they don't have card payment facilities. It would be useful as I'm sure most of their customers are tourists, they should consider investing in this method of obtaining payment.

On arrival to Antalya, from the transport to the hotel was wonderful. The staff were also wonderful. They arrange something for us to eat as we arrived after the dinner was served. All the staff were polite and helpful. I could not fault it. Although, I would have like more option of activities for the children. Thank you for the fab experience. We will definitely be going again.

Firstly went into the sauna which was quite an experience itself, then made my way to the bath area which I received a really good scrub and felt refreshed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you are interested in a 5star experience then this is not for you. It is a traditional old Turkish Bath experience. They don’t speak any English but the guy in charge does and he was very polite. We upgraded our experience while we were there for an extra €25 each which was worth it. So ended up being €55 each. You have to pay for the drinks including the water. We enjoyed it and felt great afterwards.

The setting was a mix of run down leisure centre and model of traditional village scene with faux windows, plus is had the added weirdness of a a nightclub with strangely placed neon lighting. Saying that the Hamman element was traditional and a great experience. The rest including the massage and the salt therapy was just very odd. None of the treatments were explained so had no understanding of what was going on. It was relatively cheap compared to the hotel in-house offering.

Get the hotel to offer more reasonably priced treatments so that customers don’t have to leave the site. The cost at hotel was £150 per person the one I attended was £25 if the hotel offered a similar treatment for £60 I’d have used the hotel spa.

we booked for £25 with 10% off, which included the bath and a ten-minute massage, when we arrived we were offered an hour massage for an additional 25euros, which was amazing and worth every penny. it was in a little strange area but the staff were amazing and the experience was lovely if we had time we definitely would of gone back.

We are a young couple (male and female), the staff were friendly enough but we both found it very uncomfortable how it was all men and 2 woman there, they ask if you want to buy another massage or facial massage instead of the 20 mins included so be wary and during the massage it was a bit touchy feely in certain areas so I glad we stuck with the 20 min massage. The sauna/salt room was good however we just felt very uncomfortable with the ‘bath’ and massage aspect

We enjoyed the experience, but would have liked more details of length of massage so we could have brought some money with us to pay for the extra treatments. Luckily they are use to this & we were able to pay the drive when we returned to our hotel. Didn't have a sauna before the Turkish bath but would do so next time. The place was clean, well organised & staff were friendly. Would definitely do this again.

The Hammam was good as expected. The organisation during the experience was very haphazard. We were in groups and then were split up. At the end of the transfer a minibus didn't arrive for a long time. Then we were on a bus with other people and had to ensure they'd stop. They also stopped at multiple hotels and then waited for the people to go into their hotel and come back out to pay.

The staff were very abrupt and stern which made us feel uncomfortable. We were we’re all separated and didn’t know where each other were. My little boy, who is 10, was left alone and he didn’t know where we were. The massage therapist was very friendly. I wish we had been told more about the strict routine and what to expect. We were very confused about the bus home and my friend who was finished first didn’t know where we were or what she was supposed to do when she was finished.

This is a great experience which is good value except for the adults in the group will be told by the massage specialist (In the tone of a terminal illness diagnosis) that you require extra “special treatment” for some strange unheard of issue. You have to be very firm in saying no as otherwise you will be €150 worse off

it was ok, but they tried to sell us extra stuff and we went for a longer massage - however as there were no clocks there it was impossible to know whether we got what we paid for - it certainly didn't seem to take an hour. I didn't really feel absolutely comfortable - I know I could have requested a woman and in future I will certainly do so.

My overall holiday from start to finish was absolutely amazing. TUI app does it all for you. TUI are always there to help and send you everything with no problems. Airport staff were so good on arrival and departure. The resort we stayed at was so beautiful such value for money as it was all inclusive. Just remember to take your two pin plug converters with you and maybe a double plug as youd want your fones charged soon as you get there. We loved the hamam bath deffo a winner for me

The bubble massage was very good also the steam room and sauna very good. When it came to the oil massage the lady started and left the room after around five minutes. She came back with the manager who said the therapist is worried about my health and I should pay more money to have a longer massage which I would benefit from. I said no thank you I am happy with what I booked but she was very persistent and made me feel very uncomfortable.

There wasn't much too enjoy. Firstly the driver arrived over half an hour late, lucky we were still waiting and had not decided to do something else, despite messaging through the app and not receiving a response until after the event - which is pretty poor for time sensitive matters. We were transported in a minibus that had no seat belts. There was nothing spectacular about the place we were taken to, it was all a little ordinary and dark. The whole Turkish Bath experience was underwhelming.

The experience it’s self was very good, however, we were charged and extra 40 euros for a longer massage with hot stones, which was amazing but not clear before booking. In addition, the driver forgot us and we had to wait over two hours to be collected. It spoiled our day.

Whole experience was about extra costs, staff constantly telling you their tip number, drinks, and taken into a room and told ‘20 minute massage you have is rubbish you need to upgrade for €25’ Which we did, however most painful experience of our lives. Even-though we both kept saying we were in pain they would just keep going. Very unrelaxing and still aching 3 days later!

Transfer and experience was fantastic, everything was perfectly well organised. The only down side was that that when having the massage they tried telling both me and my partner and other people we spoke to that we had “back and circulation problems that could lead to chronic illnesses” however we both understood that this was purely a way to get more money from you. Other than that the place was great value for money and would definitely recommend!

We loved everything but we didn't get to go in the pool as we were covered in oil from the massage. So we had to wait for the girls to come out of their extra treatments on the hard beds. Someone should have said to get a shower and enjoy the pool while you wait.

The spa was a little but dark when you walk in and its all very much underground almost. HOWEVER, the service was impeccable, the treatments were amazing and the staff were wonderful. My 2 young sons and i loved it so much, we booked it again before we returned home. I would definitely recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the holiday apart from my experience at the airport and on board the aircraft which is the subject of a separate complaint via the correct channels. Once we landed everything was very smooth and extremely enjoyable. The hotel staff and TUI reps were first rate as was the accommodation and food. There is nothing negative I can say about this holiday and I was extremely impressed with everything.

The driver got lost trying to pick up a guest so spent 30minutes driving around to find them. When we arrived the powders were there to greet us and explained what treatments we would be having. The treatments were good but I found the massage therapist wasn’t firm enough, when the massage we finished we were left to relax and then a woman came over and told us we could have extra treatments and that we would have to wait an hour for our bus to arrive to pick us up which was a complete lie as it was waiting outside for us as soon as we got out. Overall it was reasonable value for money.

The Turkish bath experience was great. Driver was fantastic and very courteous. I was unhappy with the upselling, only because it was presented to me towards the end of our experience with “Would you like to pay an extra amount for a 90 min massage instead of 20? Your bus won’t be here for another 90 minutes so you might as well” which made me very nervous thinking our bus was late and we’d be stuck. It was obviously a lie as our bus was right on time. It does make me wonder what would have happened if any of our group had accepted. I also wasn’t happy that I was separated from my daughters for the massage. My eldest daughter is 18 but my youngest is only 6. I asked for us to go in together but they insisted I go in first (I am female) and my daughters go in together. I was made to feel like I was making a fuss but it meant I was fat too anxious to enjoy my massage.

The hotel room is clean as well as the toilets. Just invest on a more comfortable mattress and pillows but other than that important is it is clean and spacious. Food was delicious and what I like is good variety. Unfortunately we haven’t had a chance to book for other restaurants as we only there for few days. At Fish night I would have expected a grilled Salmon than a tuna. But again overall the cleanliness of the area and Covid safety is excellent. Your staff are all friendly even though they don’t speak much English they did tried their best. Loved the whole sitting areas and the cocktails and the service of the staffs who serving drinks . Unfortunately the entertainment team failed the whole experience. First night was great as they have hired professional opera singer to make a show. But consecutive nights it’s just some boring quiz nights and some playing of the old music. Again they should make an effort to improve this. Your entertainment staff should be more creative. Unfortunately the theatre is not open on my visit possibly because it’s not a peak time but as the theatre is close then the entertainment team should create an evening entertainment on the coffee Shop area or the lounge area to make our evening more entertaining. You have a big area in the lounge to create a show or something. I loved that the beach is near and the views are amazing. Again the beach bar only serve drinks. No snack available. Again possibly because it’s not peak season. But won’t expecting a hot food just a snack like crisp or nuts will do. But the area was well maintained and cared even it’s not yet peak season. We still like to go and sun bath even though it’s still windy but should put a wind breaker to cover the area around and able to sun bath in the sunbathing chair.

It was an enjoyable experience, though the hamman madame tried to upsell more packages to us whilst we were there. Only other minor issue was when getting the bus, we had to wait for the other tourist group to get on who weren't there or ready, resulting in a fifteen minute wait.
