We had a few errors on our bus with a horrible ringing noise and we nearly crashed a few times due to this fault

Tue bus was 30 minutes late and we had no communication about what to expect. There was about 10 buses in the time we waited and we had no idea if we were meant to be on one of them. A bus number would have been helpful.

Service was good. Coach was nice and clean. Arrived at Loro Parque at 10:30 and the coach left promptly at 17:30.

This transfer was perfect for us as a family with a one year old! Everyone is all given the meeting point (via email) and you arrive all at the same location then it takes you off to the zoo meaning no multiple visits to other hotels just a direct transfer! Took us just under 2 hours to get there from costa adeje and as you go along the coast it meant our little one enjoyed looking out the window

Coach arrived at pick up point late. Return trip was at 5pm and not 4:30pm as stated. Travellers should be made aware that if using this trip to go to Puerto De La Cruz and not Loro Park, then the dotto/tourist train which runs between the 2, only accepts passengers with Loro Park entry tickets. If you are only going to Puerto De La Cruz you will need to get a taxi there and back.

Was well organised, on time. Took one hour to pick up everybody from Costa adeje and las americas, I’m not sure what the difference is between exclusive transfer and normal, I paid for this hoping for less stops… If it took 55 mins for us to do pick ups, I wonder how long the normal one takes? Didn’t get into Loro until about 11am after the queues at entrance were big (holidays so expected) but they did tell us we were leaving at 17:00 maybe to make up for this? Overall, ok.

We arrived at the meeting point and there were multiple coaches and transfers, it was very unclear which one was ours. Everyone else booking with TUI seemed equally as confused. Also the transfer times back were incorrect. It stated we would we back at 16.30 when infact the coach left at 17:00
