We booked this cruise on the app and the day before we was supposed to go we asked what time we were getting picked up, the lady was great and told us we should cancel it as they do not offer this excursion from our hotel, this wasn’t there fault but shouldn’t be able to be booked on the app if it isn’t from the hotel We ended up paying £200 euros in taxis as we couldn’t cancel as less than 24hours before the trip. I spoke to a tui rep on a live chat who showed little interest

We were a little frustrated when the trip got cancelled due to bad weather on the day we had booked it for, it was cancelled very short notice and our taxi had arrived to pick us up. However it was rescheduled quickly and we loved the trip. The boat was great, the staff were kind and we managed to see dolphins very close to the boat. We would definitely recommend this trip! Thank you

Ok so firstly the emailed voucher didn’t state we’d have to change to a paper ticket at the boat office rather than being in the queue The boat itself was clean and the trip refreshing albeit we didn’t spot any dolphins but merely the crew staff looking for them through binoculars The onboard shop bar wasn’t manned all the time but probably the biggest issue was that at all times the crew said nothing about the trip itself Also we didn’t stop for a swim in the sea

Lovely trip out to see loads of dolphins . We were warned that the sea was choppy and it was a bit rough but still a good trip . Drinks on board not too expensive . Staff friendly .

Sea was a little chopy buy can't be helped drinks n snacks on board were a bit expensive might of been nice to have a drink ect but not for that price. How ever the main thing seeing a pod of dolphins hunting was amazing.

We enjoyed the staid at the hotel and the activities that staff provided for our staying. What I dislike is the communication between the hotel TUI and me. 1st - I wasn’t informed the meals if and when are included in my packed, the drinks as well 2nd- the departure time wasn’t displayed any ware , not on my booking document or on the hotel documents that was given to me on my arrival 3rd- the tripe that I booked , no instruction was given arrived at 12:30 for the both experience to found o

The whole boat trip was fantastic. Friendly helpful staff. Booking the experience was awful. Our receipt said the trip was at midday. We turned up and were told the trip started at 10.30. Luckily the staff changed our date so we went on the trip the next day.

Seeing bottlenose dolphins for around 30 mins was amazing! Would have liked some more info on the species from the guide though. The journey back to shore they travelled along the coastline which was very bouncy for around 45 mins. This caused nausea for both myself whom was on travel sickness medicine and partner whom doesn’t usually get travel sick. Would have been better further at sea. There was a bar and toilets on board which was a nice added convenience for a 2 hr trip. Would recommend.

The best €15 spent, out at sea for 2 1/2 hours. Captain said dolphins were ahead, and he wasn't wrong. We were surrounded by them for 10 minute's. Magical. Highly recommended.

The boat trip was fine and we saw the dolphins which was great BUT we were surprised to find that we weren’t being picked up from our hotel and the directions we were given were inadequate. We were told where to get off the bus and to look for Pinoch restaurant - in fact it was a 10 minute walk down to the port and all the way round to find Pinoch, we asked several times and the locals didn’t know it

Boat trip was great. We saw dolphins which was brilliant. Only one negative, we were there 15 mins early as requested but they kept us queuing on the harbour in the very hot sun. Thought they could have got us on the boat earlier. Other than that it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it.

The trip itself was fairly standard, however we did see Dolphins, which was a bonus, craft was spacious and comfortable enough. I had booked this in the UK, the day of the excursion my son was unwell, I contacted TUI and spoke with the most helpful lady, she rearranged the trip at no expense to us, the ease of which assistance was given and the fact we were able to enjoy the trip, which I thought would be a cancellation, made our day Well done TUI

Danielle the rep in hotel was fantastic. One of the trips we did was over priced and not worth the money but that’s one of them things. Holiday price was amazing and well worth every penny.
