Pick up was on time, boat clean and tidy, crew helpful. Trip to Capri was pleasant, the scenery superb with the crew pointing out attractions and allowing time to swim. Capri, although beautiful was disappointing as it was very crowded which made sight seeing difficult to impossible in the allotted time we had.

Extremely enjoyable trip sailing to Capri with a swim stop on the way. Lovely speedboat with 6 people on the trip. Captain and mate were super friendly - limited English but enough to get by. You need to make your own arrangements in Capri - buy tickets for fenicular etc so plan for that. We had 4 hours free time on Capri but at least an hour was spent queuing for transport. It’s chaotic but fun. Give yourself plenty of time to get back to the boat. Would recommend maybenot if you get sea sick.

Amazing staff, gorgeous boat, took us all round the island before stopping off, showed us all the special caves, coral, waterfall, fish, we swam in the sea, saw lots of fish through the clear water, had bubbly and limoncello, got tips on where best to go on the island. Highly recommend over any ferry journey, felt thoroughly spoilt for the day

The boat was smaller than we expectedand my husband was very seasick , this was down to us risking the tip when we knew he struggles at sea. However, the guide was xconcerned and when we met him to return to Sorrento he had arranged a bigger boat to try and help - really appreciated and well beyond what he needed to do - really impressive

The boat captain and the 3rd party guide were excellent. I was not impressed with paying TUI a cut to organise the excursion. If I had known that TUI were not taking us on the tour I would have gone private to save money.

The small group size was brilliant and the boat trip felt like a private trip. Free drinks on board were a great surprise although only normal coke, water and beer. Capri was very very busy and so we spent alot of time trying to figure out how to get to the top and where the taxi's are etc. That then left only a small amount of time to actually spend at the top. We got a taxi up and found the path so walked down which was lovely. More time in Capri would have made the trip perfect..

Organisation on the pier at capri do was non existent. It was carnage. Two boats collided as we waited for ours. The Italian staff waved shouted and gestured but nobody knew what was happening. I personally loved this it felt authentic and entertained me greatly

We had a lovely time on the boat trip, we had some swim stop off as we went around Capri and then more on our return after a 3 hours stop over in Capri . It was organised when we were collected from the hotel. The staff were amazing with drinks and a few snacks

Limoncello not included. We were given minimal information on the day, all I had was “pick up from 7.50”. No itinerary which meant we had no idea what time we were due to arrive at Capri, leave the island and return back. Returning, we were on the boat for approx 3.5 hours with no info. We had to ask on the boat if there was a toilet (which wasn’t very clean). We had to ask for a drink and we were in direct sun for hours - no shade, no idea on arrival time. Overpriced, but a good day. 7/10.

We enjoyed the boat trip to get to Capri but once there we did find it very busy so was pleased we had an early start before it got too busy. We used the funicular railway get further up where all the designer shops were and more cafes. It didn’t seem anymore expensive than Sorrento which is where we were staying for food and drinks.

Having never visited Capri before we were left confused on landing in the actual island. We were advised by the tour operator to take a private bus at an additional cost each of 15 euros, which took us to Ana Capri. He also advised us to be back at port by 1.50pm, having been dropped off at 10am. “ organised chaos” was the term described by ourselves and other guests. The island is beautiful just a shame that the visit seemed rushed and sadly disorganised.

This was a brilliant day trip. Unfortunately the water was very choppy so trip was cut short a little. Crew Federica and Rocco were just brilliant! Worth every penny and an ideal way to see the Amalfi Coast. We were a group of 9 and each and everyone of us enjoyed it.

Things got off to a bad start. Badly organised - guide late arriving. When we got to the boats 6 other groups who came behind us went before us. Guide gave no info about Capri. On arriving some of us decided to go to Ana Capri. Guide told us to get on certain minibus. We were charged €30 each. We found out at Ana Capri we could have got public bus for €4.40. On return we confronted guide who acted dumb. We then confront minibus driver over being ripped off. Lot of arguing we had partial refund.

We did this exact trip two years ago, and that time the bus on capri was laid on as part of the trip,this time we had to organise that ourselves and if it wasn't for the nice lady on the boat we wouldn't even have known how to organise that. Really should be sorted out that out .Charge a little more if you have to but please sort that out !

The boat trip to Capri was fantastic! Although the guide tended to spend more time on his phone than maybe he should have. Capri is not exactly what I expected. It is basically a big shopping centre. The lower port area for the working class & the top of Capri for the rich. It does have some beautiful views and the restaurants are good. Not somewhere I would visit again.

Trip was great and worth seeing beautiful Capri. Picked up was on time but then we were just dumped at the marina and no visible TUI rep. Finally found help. Crew spoke very little English and hard to understand. At Capri did the guided trip but with the guide little English very hard to understand and we were left to get transport while he walked away End of trip had to wait for 45+minutes for transport back to hotel. Not what u want at the end of a trip

Pick up from hotel to harbour was welcome in the heat. The boat was very small, Franco enjoyed giving everyone scares in the waves as he sailed towards Capri. The guide, Daniel did not make much effort to speak with all passengers, he tended to stick to one family. Explicitly asked for tips several times. There was a sign saying tips welcome and always happy to tip, this felt awkward. Wear swimwear under clothes as nowhere to change inboard. Lovely sail around the island.

The guide and boatman were great, and the boat trip was fun. However, Capri was time-pressured and involved expensive hot buses. The quay was so busy we had to pile off the boat without time to change out of our wet swimming attire. I would like to have known this was going to happen. I think ideally this trip should be split into two separate trips: a boat-only tour around the island and swimming spots, and a ferry visit that focusses on the Capri villages with more time.

Fantastic experience thank you! The boat trip was excellent, the tour guide and capstan could not have been any better and made for a very enjoyable day.. Good value for money as well, having spoken to other guests in our hotel they chose to make their own way to the island on a very hot, very crowded ferry from Sorrento for not much less than the cost of our experience. The limoncello and beer were a nice touch too, definitely the only way to travel in style!

The boat trip is beautiful. The boat crew are excellent taking you to little gems along the way .Only down was the island was just so overcrowded to the point of being scary. Queuing to get tickets for whichever mode of transportation was stressful. Even though we had over 3 hours it felt still not enough time to go to Anacapri to enjoy the chair lift etc

The experience itself was fantastic, with an excellent crew on the boat. One massive downside though: Tui's claim on their website that they "take every care" to keep guests safe from COVID apparently does not stop them from allowing guests on board who are coughing their guts up constantly (and I mean CONSTANTLY) with no attempt even to cover their mouths most of the time. After two minibus rides with these selfish guests, it was no surprise I tested positive five days later.

?? small boat, Capri and Ana Capri very pretty with adequate time at both, we chose to go on a bus to both at extra cost of 15 euro, sea beautiful short swim enjoyable ?? there was no information provided about getting around Capri given by the boat staff. The bus trip was ok but not well organised. The swim on the return journey was about 5 minutes. There was an issue with the boat with the skipper (who was brusque)at one point climbing over a passenger. Safety considerations were not discuss

Staff good humoured and went the extra mile even when they had issues with the boat they went out of their way to make sure we all got correct transport back to hotels. Captain ensured we all experienced same views by turning boat round near the cliffs. We had more time than expected on Capri and staff pointed us in right direction for different experiences.

Lovely staff. The boat was really comfortable with lots of room to spread out on padded seating for sunbathing. We didn’t know what to expect with the boat so were pleasantly surprised after seeing other boats with hard wooden seating and crowded. We were offered complimentary drinks which we weren’t expecting. It was great to cruise all around the island of Capri and the guide was very knowledgeable. Spent a few hours in Capri itself which had plenty of lovely restaurants etc. We had a lovely lunch there whilst others decided to go off exploring before meeting back at the boat for a relaxing trip back to Sorrento with complimentary limoncello of course!

Guide and boat tour was faultless and excellent fun. More information about getting around Capri would have been helpful ie; you need to get tickets for the furnicular before you join the queue. Etc. warning about potential extortion at quayside cafe (18 euros for 3 Coca Cola’s) otherwise an absolute gem of an experience.

The trip just wasn't organised in the slightest. Picked up completely fine, the driver dropped us off but there was no TUI rep to be found with no idea where we were supposed to go. Thankfully after about 30 minutes of waiting I recognized a rep from a previous trip that I was able to ask to figure out where we were meant to be. The trip itself is booked for an entire day, yet the boat rushed to drop us off on Capri for another booking. We were supposed to be able to have a swim on the return journey but due to the boat company over booking themselves they rushed back and never gave us the opportunity despite the perfect weather conditions. The isle of Capri itself was fine but the trip itself was ruined by the boat company that TUI use and overall it's been a waste of a lot of money.

Trip was great and when viewing the experience the detail doesn’t do it justice as you could think that it’s expensive. However, when you’re on it you really go and see a lot. Every blue pool, cave, waterfall etc so you are on the boat a long time with opportunity to swim twice which was great. For us an itinerary would have been great as we assumed it was a 20-30 min trip across to Capri then we would meander. Unfortunately, the waves and the couple of hours took toll on my daughter who is normally ok on a boat. So would just be prepared if it effects you. The crew were brilliant, we got some tablets for the journey back and she was fine.

An amazing experience for me and my family our boat was very luxurious and the journey over to Capri laying on the front of the boat made me feel like a movie star! The crew were fantastic and knowledgeable about the sea caves and Sorrento coastline too. We enjoyed our swimming experiences and going to the Faraglioni rocks and natural arch which we sailed through! The time on Capri island was around 4 hours to make the most of this we took a taxi to Ana Capri and went on the chair lift to Mount Solaro and enjoyed lunch up there and took the chair lift back to Ana Capri to do some shopping. We taxied back to Marina Grande for more shopping, drinks and ice cream before our return journey and more swimming - it was the highlight of our holiday !

The boat cruise was absolutely breathtaking and something we will never forget. It would have been good to have a guide when we got off the boat in Capri to point us in the right direction as I feel that our time on the island was wasted with not knowing where to go. The trip took you round the coast the tour guide did not say much about tvarious points on route not knowledgeable. Our main attraction was Blue grotto which most like to see and did not even have the opportunity to go inside even by paying extra. Would really been nice to get on little boat and go inside. We went back next day and did our selves.very disappointed as this to me was the main attraction of the tour and a main attraction to Capri. Maybe thing about including for future at extra cost 14 euro and boat wait whilst guest go in.
