Prima reisbegeleider. Duidelijke afspraken. De chauffeur/begeleider stond altijd klaar op het einde van de rondleiding om ons verder te begeleiden. Zorgde voor een lekkere pick-nick. De gids ter plaatse sprak verstaanbaar Engels en gaf goed uitleg. Zeker een heel goede organisatie. Een aanrader.

We felt like we were rushed round Birkenau, I have been before and we missed out so much this time, we didn’t look at the memorial, go to the women’s side at all, look at the carriage, it felt like the guide couldn’t wait to finish

Vóór de tour is er via WhatsApp contact gezocht. Dit gaf al een vertrouwd gevoel, de tijd van pick up is doorgegeven en het het verzoek of zij voor ons een lunchpakket konden verzorgen. Wij hebben daar gebruik van gemaakt. Prima pakketje. Helaas kon er tijdens het bezoek van Auschwitz geen gebruik worden gemaakt van de audio, de gids moest daardoor iedere keer de groep bij elkaar roepen en kon toen pas iets vertellen. Dat was storend. Verder een prima chauffeur en rit.

Hotel pick up was exactly on time, with good communication from Bartek the day before. We were delighted with the convenient option to pre-order lunch for €9. The lunch break is quite short, but I do understand that the guide's time is precious. The guide was engaging, compassionate and really painted a picture of how life was in the camps.The headsets were crystal clear and also to mention the toilets, they were spotless and plentiful in Auschwitz. This was an unforgettable experience.

I highly recommend it. Of course, for the touching experience of the concentration camps, but also because having a guide made a huge difference. Bartek (the driver) was really helpful giving us advices for the visit and our stay in Krakow too. Everything was well organised and we felt supported.

This is second time we have been to Auschwitz but disappointed that this tour was not as good as previous one. Admittedly a presidential visit interrupted our scheduled tour but guide had to rearrange the itinerary & it was very rushed.
Still a very poignant tour that everyone should experience.
