The museum can change your visit time, so your pickup time may change accordingly. You will receive final confirmation via email 1–2 days before the tour. Due to the extremely high visitors’ volume and internal policies, Auschwitz-Birkenau reserves the right to cancel tours or guides at any time, even a few days or hours before the visit. If this happens, you will be informed and if possible, offered an alternative date or program
Drop-off is at a meeting point (Wielopole 2) in Krakow
All visitors are required to pass through security checks before entering the museum grounds
The journey to the Museum and Memorial in Auschwitz-Birkenau takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes
The tour of the camp in Auschwitz ll will take around 3.5 hours
The pace and duration of the tours are determined by the memorial's visitor service
Remember to bring:
Every guest must carry an ID or passport matching the name and surname provided at checkout, which will also be reflected on your museum entrance ticket
Packed lunch and drinks
Comfortable shoes are recommended

Cannot fault the service. Had a hotel pick up and Bartek our driver was brilliant from start to finish. Kept us informed, arranged for us to meet up with our tour guide Karolina and collected our packed lunch too. Excellent service would recommend
