Validity:
Flexible
Do this because
- Visit the vineyards of the domain in a small group
- Taste locally produced wines with a wine expert
- Learn about the different grape varieties of the Chablis region
What to expect
Enjoy a friendly moment in a small committee in an authentic setting to discover the charming landscape and the Chablis and Auxerrois range of locally produced wines.
A master of cellars, Clotilde practices the expression of terroirs through the wines she elaborates since 1989. The Temps Perdus vineyard was created in 1992 when Clotilde planted her first chardonnays. Since then, out of a passion for terroirs and life, she cultivates and cares for her vines with the greatest attention.
The domain counts today 30 hectares of small plots of vines, of different grape varieties and ages, spread over the villages of Saint Bris, Chablis and Irancy. This typically Burgundian mosaic allows Clotilde to devote herself entirely to the elaboration of exceptional vintages.
Visit the vineyards at the foot of the domain and learn all about the terroir and its history with your guide. Next, visit the winery and take part in a wine-tasting session from a choice of Chablis, Saint-Bris, Irancy, Bourgogne and Crémant appellations.
