Discover Venice, the most magical city in the world, with our tour. Enjoy a flexible experience with our pass and explore the city at your own pace with the included Vox City app. Out of all the cities in the world, Venice undoubtedly holds the most magic. Rising dramatically from the Adriatic Sea to form a maze of canals, bridges, churches, and palaces, it seems so artistically constructed that it must be a Hollywood movie set. Join our guided Venice walking tours to discover how the wealth and ambition of these influential people shaped this distinguished city. From the most pictured palaces to the most discreet side streets, our tours show you all sides of this multifaceted city.

Start your Venetian voyage with The Heart of the Serenissima guided walking tour ("Option1": English and Italian; "Option 2": English and Spanish"), which leads you around San Marco, the heart of the Floating City. We begin by strolling along the Riva degli Schiavoni, historically the centre of international shipping and slave trade in Venice. Today, it is a peaceful restaurant-lined waterfront with dreamy views of Bacino di San Marco. We then turn left into the narrow passages and canals of Venezia, passing the Scuola Grande di San Marco which Ruskin once called ‘the most refined building in Venice’.

As we find our way through sunrise-hued terraces, hidden piazzas, and over-ornate miniature bridges, our guides tell tales of religion, warfare, and aristocracy that shaped the Venice we see today. Along the way, we stop by Marco Polo’s home, the magnificent Rialto Bridge, and Mercerie, one of Venice’s finest shopping streets. The tour completes in Venice’s palatial St Mark's Square, where we discover its most revered buildings like Ducal Palace, the Clock Tower, St Mark's Basilica, and the Correr Museum.

After stopping for a coffee in San Marco, having completed our tour along Venice’s main tourist trail, you can explore at your own pace the Cannaregio and San Polo neighbourhoods with the Vox City App. The two neighbourhoods are separated by the Grand Canal, Venice’s main waterway, where we will discover some of the fanciest buildings in The Floating City, including the Noble Palaces, Fondaco dei Tedeschi, and Casino di Venice.

However, our tour is all about seeing the more authentic side of Venice, so in between the impressive buildings, we discover quiet campos and quaint calles that make Venice so quintessentially… Venetian. There are still 2 self-guided tours you can follow throughout the city using the Voy City app and at your own pace. Walk along the Grand Canal in an epic self-guided tour where you will be able to discover in depth emblematic landmarks like the Rialto Bridge and the Grimani Palace, whilst listening to the stories of the iconic Gondolieri. Meanwhile, in the Cannaregio self-guided tour you will discover one of the most hidden neighbourhoods in Venice, where the ancient Jewish ghetto used to stand.

So, after witnessing the Floating City’s unimaginable beauty with your guide, use the free Vox City app (included in your ticket) to discover more delightful walking routes in and around Venice from Murano to Burano.
