Learn the secrets of handmade pasta, immerse yourself in the nature of the chianti hills.

With only flour, water and eggs we will teach you the secrets to make Ravioli, Tagliatelle, Cappelletti, Gnocchi in a lovely place nestled in the picturesque hills of Chianti.

Learn how to make fresh pasta and condiments depending on the seasonal products, with the guidance and explanation of a Chef, using professional equipment.

After the pasta is done, you will finally enjoy its authentic flavor while tasting some excellent Chianti wine paired with lunch.

At the end of the class you will receive recipes to reproduce at home with your friends and family.

Your dietary needs are not a problem for us: our classes are also vegetarian, vegan, gluten and/or lactose-free upon request and with ingredients that are always local, fresh and in season.
