- The Margaret Mitchell House (temporarily closed due to COVID-19) - the apartment where the Pulitzer-Prize winning author lived and wrote Gone With The Wind. If closed, you will visit the Gone With the Wind Museum in Marietta and its extensive collection of memorabilia from the book and film
- The Georgian Terrace - the historic hotel where the film's premiere party was held in 1939
- Inman Park - site of the Battle of Atlanta, featured prominently in the novel. The neighborhood now contains some of Atlanta's grandest Victorian homes
