The staff were wonderfully friendly and attentive, the food and drink were delicious, and the number of top-ups of tea/coffee was plentiful, too. The boat is comfortable, and the overall environment and atmosphere were lovely. Just as I hoped it'd be! I booked this as a birthday surprise for my wife

Thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon tea. Very well organised and the staff really friendly and efficient. Food qas really good and plenty of tea and coffee and the choice to purchase other beverages if required. Lovely relaxing afternoon, would do it again

We took an elderly lady neighbour for her birthday surprise. She has limited mobility but assistance was there if required. The gap between the seat and table was a little tight for her, so getting seated and getting out was a little awkward. Overall we all enjoyed the mini cruise on the canal. The service from the two crew was great, and the food was very nice. Would reccommend. Thank you.
