It will host a series of long-term exhibitions, renewed each year, that will explore the complex and fascinating history of Russian art and its changing relationship with European culture.
From July 2024 to May 2025, the extraordinay collection UTOPIA AND AVANT-GUARD. Russian art in the Costakis Collection – MOMus Museum of Modern Art in Thessaloniki will be at The Collection of Russian Museum in Málaga.
It is not a mere collection of works of art, but a testament to the unwavering dedication and visionary spirit of George Costakis. The Costakis Collection contains the essence of a time in which artists fervently explored new paths for art, trying to integrate it with life and practical applications.
