In addition to the typical local craft stores on the island you can taste delicious dishes of lake fish in the renowned restaurants and trattorias.
• Isola Bella is an extraordinary place, where flowering gardens adorn architectural treasures. Transformed from a rock to a flowery oasis, the island is entirely occupied by the Italian-style garden of the Borromeo Palace, a masterpiece of Baroque architecture suspended over the waters of Lake Maggiore.
