You'll reach the Sfoglina's home in the historic center of Bologna for a live cooking show and class, during which you'll prepare homemade puff pastry and fresh stuffed pasta including tortellini and tortelloni.

Your Sfoglina will reveal the tricks of the trade of three authentic Bolognese recipes that you will make with the utensils and ingredients provided. Have fun testing your cooking skills!

You will finally taste everything at lunch: delight your palate with affettati and crescenza, homemade pasta and dessert paired with a selection of local red and white wines and an excellent Italian coffee.
