What to expect
Get ready to explore Porto from the coast to the historic center on a tuk-tuk with an expert guide. On this private tour, you'll stop at the main attractions to learn more about them and take all the pictures you want.
You'll start your experience in Matosinhos, a fishing area with golden sand beaches, where you'll see the largest urban park in the country, Parque da Cidade. You'll continue your ride along the coast until Foz, and proceed along the Douro's bank, passing under the Arrábida bridge towards the center of Porto.
Once in the city center, you'll stop at the Cordoaria garden, located behind the Rectory of the University and near to the Center of Photography and the Justice Palace. You'll head to the Clérigos Tower, and once at the Lello Bookstore, you'll stop to admire it. You'll continue your tour crossing the Praça dos Leões where you'll see the Carmo and Carmelitas churches. The visit will continue along with the neighborhoods of Miragaia and Vitória before passing through the most emblematic square in Porto, Praça da Liberdade flanked by Avenida dos Aliados. You'll continue on the commercial area of Bolhão and the street of Rua de Santa Catarina, where you'll find the most luxurious café in Porto. You'll head to the Porto Cathedral and the Sé neighborhood where you'll discover the city's tradition and, proceed to the São Bento train station, whose hand-painted tiles in the interior and illustrate part of the history of Portugal. You'll pass through Praça do Infante square until arriving at the Ribeira old neighborhood.
Before returning to the departure point, prepare yourself to cross the Luis I bridge and stop at the Serra do Pilar Monastery, to enjoy a glass of Port wine and contemplate the Douro River and the city of views.
