- Enjoy a drink stop at at a Surinamese café
- Take a stroll through the streets and become part of the city
- You'll become so familiar with the city that it'll start to feel like home
What to expect
Discover Paramaribo by night on this half-day evening tour and immerse in its diverse atmosphere through its top sites (and hidden ones too): Warungs (Javanese eateries) at Blauwgrond, Henk Arronstraat's monumental buildings, Jules Wijdenbosch Bridge, and more with a local guide.
After being picked up, you'll be taken to the entertainment center of Paramaribo for a curious wonder past its establishments. You'll sip a drink at one of the catering companies and see the popular Javanese eateries at Blauwgrond. Then, admire the monument buildings lit up by street lights in the Henk Arronstraat. The moonlight of the Suriname river slither is truly special as it merges with the glow of the Commewijne district on the other side.
Hear about the guide's personal favorite waterfront eateries as you walk along next to the almond trees that provide shade during the day. Lastly, you'll be driven through the streets of Paramaribo towards the Jules Wijdenbosch Bridge. Once over this bridge, you'll look back at this capital city and marvel at its breathtaking night view. A stop at a Surinamese café for a last drink ends the experience.
