Admire the grandeur of the Basilica from inside while discovering the throne of the Virgin, the Black Madonna. On certain days, you can listen to the Escolania songs of the Montserrat Boys' Choir, one of the oldest in Europe, which accompanies religious ceremonies and group prayers in the basilica.

Located in a building designed by the architect Josep Puig i Cadafalch, the National Museum of Montserrat (MDM) houses one of the most important art collections in the country. Containing works by Caravaggio, El Greco, Rusiñol, Casas, Picasso, Dali, Monet and others, it also has a valuable collection of archaeology from the ancient world with archaeological remains from the Near East (ancient Persia, Mesopotamia, Egypt, the Holy Land...). Discover also temporary exhibitions in addition to the permanent collection.
