What to expect

Known as the historic state of Malaysia, Malacca is the site of the earliest Malaysian sultanates. In this tour, you'll visit various sites with Dutch, British, and Portuguese influences in the country.

Start with a pick-up from your hotel, you will first visit St. Peter's Church, a Roman Catholic Church built in 1710. Then you will head to the Dutch Square where the majestic salmon pink town hall is located. The hall used to serve as the Dutchgovernor’s residence. Today, Stadhuys hosts a museum showcasing a wide variety of Malaccan artifacts. Next, you will see the Christ Church and the Queen Victoria Fountain before going around Chinatown - Jonker street, known mostly for its antiques the town is bustling with unique shops that sell local souvenirs and delicacies. Followed by Harmony street and Millionaire street.

After that, you will visit the Ruins of St. Paul’s Hill, before getting the chance to admire the surviving gate of the Portuguese fortress, A Famosa. One of the oldest European structures built in Southeast Asia dating back to the year 1511. Then, enjoy a delicious lunch made with fresh ingredients, cooked in truly a Malaccan style.

Once your energy level is back up, you will have a view of the Straits of Malacca, the replica of the Sultan's Palace, and also pass by the Independence Building. Enjoy a memorable drive through the picturesque countryside and stop by to visit an old Malaysian fishing village, locally known as kampong. When the tour is over, you will be dropped off back at your hotel.
