This tour is perfect for you to understand the culture of Muscat and Oman in general and to get to know how a family nowadays lives. Your first stop will be at the Grand Mosque, which is one of the largest and most beautiful mosques in the world and is famous with its amazing architecture. Later, you will drive to the Seeb souk through the Seeb beach area, a beautiful, natural and untouched corniche. The beach is open for all visitors to enjoy the refreshing sea breeze and see the local fishermen.

When you get to the souk you will notice the old Omani homes are mostly fishermen colonies. The souk itself is a cozy place to stroll around and get a glimpse of the traditional Omani fish market, live stock market, fruit, vegetables, dates, coffee and above all amazing spices.

Next up os the 30-minute drive from the souq to the Omani family, who will welcome you in their traditional dresses to their own household for a refreshing treat and a traditional Omani meal.
You will enjoy the colorful majlis (seats on the floor), relax and talk to the family.

Afterwards you will have the chance to take some stunning photos at the Royal Opera house. Later, you will drive to the very famous Muttrah souq to experience the traditional market style of Oman before returning back to your accomodation.
