Experience the breathtaking Protected Marine Area of Tavolara - Punta Coda Cavallo, in northeastern Sardinia. Be amazed by the vibrant colors and intricate ecosystems that thrive beneath the surface.
Embarking from the picturesque Marina di Puntaldia, you'll set sail on a spacious and comfortable rubber boat and reach the protected marine area in about 20 minutes. The wind will guide you toward the most favorable spots of the day, ensuring you experience the very best that Tavolara and Molara islands have to offer.
Your guide will share information about the surrounding territory and hold the first in-depth lesson on the dive's profile which will have a maximum depth, variable according to the patent in possession. You'll also learn about curiosities and legends about the protected marine area. Then, you'll stop for about an hour and take the first dive in the south wall of Tavolara. After a snack onboard, you'll navigate to the island of Molara, where you'll stop for a second dive. You'll explore the shallows of Molara among large groupers, clouds of damselfish, shoals of salps, bream, barracudas and, with a bit of luck, it will be possible to spot dolphins while sailing back to the port.
