Start the day with a short 5 metre abseil to learn the techniques. Then with your instructor explaining each step, work up to some bigger 15-metre abseils. Finish off with an adrenaline-pumping 30-metre overhanging abseil.

After a tasty lunch, begin the afternoon with a lesson on rock climbing techniques, then complete several single-pitch climbs.
