Please note that your voucher isn't your entrance ticket; you'll receive the tickets a day before the tour date via e-mail and WhatsApp (if used) so don't forget to check your mailbox (the junk folder too)
Your cruise ticket can be used on another day, but the museum ticket must be used on the scheduled date
The river cruise departs every 30 minutes from 10.00 am to 10.30 pm (April to September) and every hour from 11.00 am to 8.30 pm (October to March) at the feet of the Eiffel Tower: Bateaux Parisiens, Port de la Bourdonnais, Pier number 3
The boat can host 300 people in good weather conditions and 120 people when the weather is rainy, to comply with the rules
The audio guide on the boat is available in 14 languages: French, English, Hindi, Arabic, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Dutch, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean
You're suggested to arrive around 30 minutes in advance; indeed, even with prepaid tickets, there may be waiting time at security checkpoints

Alleenstaande wil ik toch even kwijt, skip the line bestaat niet bij het Louvre. Kaartjes kan je zowie zo daar niet kopen. En je moet echt wel in de rij staan om binnen te komen! De mensen van het Louvre noemen het ook een scam?? Dus misschien moeten jullie dat aanpassen. Achteraf zijn de kaartjes ook best duur. Normaal betaal je 22 € en kinderen onder 25 gratis! De boot was top. Louvre was ook leuk! Maar achteraf had ik het beter niet via Tui kunnen regelen.

Leider konnten wir weder den Louvre noch die Seine Bootsfahrt mitmachen, weil wir nicht die (für die bereits bezahlten !!! vier Ticktes) benötigte E-Mail mit den Tickets bekommen haben. Somit wurden wir nicht eingelassen. Wir erwarten daher eine komplette Rückerstattung!

We did the river cruise in the evening and it was really lovely. However, the staff before boarding at the Seine Cruise were extremely unhelpful and quite rude. Only one person helped us with explaining the QR code they needed. Also the security was very lax. A quick glance in our bags and didn't even bother with one! As there were 100 people plus on board, this made me uncomfortable. The Louvre queue and staff better. Very crowded and difficult to see Mona Lisa.

Trotz Reservierung muß man noch mindestens 20 Minuten Wartezeit einrechnen. Orientierung ist im ersten Moment etwas Schwierig aber dann kommt man gut zurecht. Sain-Rundfahrt war sehr schön aber man muss beachten das es Erklärungen nur über eine App und Kopfhörer für das eigene Handy gibt.

I recommend to buy tickets from here. One of the top points is if you have an issue they respond very quickly. One thing to note is that at the Louvre even if you have skip the line you still must stand at the time slot for security check.

Het was jammer dat we de tickets pas op de dag dat was 30 oktober via de app kregen doorgestuurd. Ik alles ging via de e mail. Dus wij moesten 2 uur wachten voor we het Louvre in konden. Ik kon ook nergens lezen dat de tickets zo werden verstuurd. En liet de vouchers zien waar de q r code op stond. Dat was wel jammer. De treinreis en het hotel was prima geregeld. Handig echter misschien ook een vervoer optie aanraden. Louvre naar de Eiffeltoren waar de boot vertrekt lijk weinig want je ziet de Eiffeltoren echter werkelijkheid is weerbarstig en je loopt ongeveer 5 kwartier :-(

Il salta fila del Museo del Louvre è stato solo una cosa inutile perché anche se siamo arrivate con 40 min. di anticipo non siamo riuscite ad entrare per le ore 9 ma alle 10 con una fila lunghissima.
Per la navigazione sulla Senna invece il tutto è stato eccellente da rifare.

The Louvre is fantastic, but there is no way you can see it all in one day. There are millions of stairs and the map is super confusing. The stairs are mostly marble and very slippery. The food they have in the museum for purchase is expensive and doesn't taste very good.

A pesar que que había mucha gente se puede pasear por dentro del museo relativamente bien, menos para ver la Gioconda, da vergüenza ver como se comportan algunos para al final ni poder ver esta obra en condiciones.
Creo que el museo debería organizar la visita a esta obra de alguna manera mas lógica

Skip the line to the Louvre excellent and they are really so organised in getting the line moving. Did not take long at all to her in. Well worth the visit. Incredible building packed with many treasures.
Ticket for boat trip on Seine was not used as boats just too busy and packed with people.
