Your bus from Vienna departs at 12.40 pm and around an hour later you will arrive in Bratislava. Enjoy some free time in the city before meeting your guide at 2.30 pm in front of the main entrance to Park Inn Danube Hotel. Your guide will take you on a tour around the historic city center of Bratislava. Try some local wine in a wine cellar, and listen to stories on the wine traditions and wine history of the country. Learn about the Small Carpathian Wine Road that begins here in Bratislava.
Next, you will head to the traditional cafe 'Cafe Stefanka'. Taste some goose pate as your guide tells you about the Goose and Duck feast that takes place in Autumn. Stroll further through the city to a local microbrewery to try 3 samples of local beers served with a traditional pretzel. Find out all details on the Slovakian beer culture and its customs.
