What to expect
Embark on a premium cooking, hosted in an elegant 18th-century apartment once owned by Catalan aristocracy. Led by a professional chef, you'll explore the vibrant La Boquería market, learning about Catalan gastronomy while selecting fresh ingredients for the menu.
In small groups, all participants actively cook each dish, from Spanish omelette to seafood paella and Crema Catalana. Enjoy a tasting of 10 Tapas paired with wines, experiencing the essence of Spanish cuisine.
From kitchen novices to cooking enthusiasts, those of all skills will take pleasure in learning how to cook Just Royal traditional menu of Spanish omelette, seafood paella and Crema Catalana. Not to mention, the workshop is heavily assisted by an endless flow of wine, making both cooking and dining even more enjoyable.
- The menu includes: Seafood paella, Potatoes “Bravas” with three sauces, Assorted Iberian cold cuts, Andalusian fish, Traditional garlic prawns, Traditional croquettes, Manchego cheese and Cantabrian anchovies, Mussels with salsa, Octopus “feira”
