First up, you'll hit the Rachaprasong district for some high street shopping and a host of Hindu shrines. Then take a canal cruise to the Golden Mount – also known as Wat Saket temple. See the iconic symbol of the city skyline, and then jump in a traditional tuk-tuk to be whisked to a typical restaurant for lunch.
In the afternoon, you'll drop in at Wat Pho – Thailand's premier royal temple and home of the huge reclining Buddha statue.
