The North and East region covers everything north of Lihue and the Airport. This includes the town areas of Kapa’a, Princeville and Hanalei. You can easily fill a whole day exploring this area, its beaches, and the famous Wailua Falls. Kilauea Lighthouse, the northernmost point of the island, will give you amazing views, and it's refuge for birds and a variety of marine life.
The South and West region includes Waimea Canyon and the Kalalau Lookout. But there are also many great beaches, and artsy communities. This part of the tour will also take you driving under a Tree Tunnel of 500 trees, that are over a 100 years old, and to see Spouting Horn, the island’s most famous blowhole.
