Obviously everyone wanted to be on the top floor of the boat to get the best view and therefore the experience was overbooked. We had to stand. The drinks available with the voucher given were absolutely disgusting as was the fizz at the point of sunset. The TUI guide was good and the transfer from our hotel was very comfortable. We had a nice evening but felt that the boat bit was below our expectations.

Coach transfer was really easy - all I would say is it felt like we went round in circles so maybe a more central meeting point would be more efficient? Staff were amazing, the boat was great and overall a fab experience! Well worth the money!

I turned up at the meeting point on my text 15 mins before the start and waited more then an hour for no one to show up , I asked port staff where the TUI boat goes from no one had every heard of it , I could not even see any people getting on boats , I never got to go on the trip

It was fantastic, from pick up to drop off. The staff were really pleasant and I got the feeling that they just loved what they did. The sunset was spectacular that night too and the tour around the coast was really informative and interesting. Due to the extremely high temperatures that week, the breeze was a welcome beak too. We never got on the cruise because the bus that was supposed to pick us up never turned up at our pickup point. We were ment to be picked up at 7.11, we arrived at 6.57 at our pick up point and finally gave up at 7.35 with no bus arriving. My wife and I were really looking forward to go on this cruise as it was the last evening of our holiday. It was such a big disappointment and took the shine off our first holiday in 10 years. I am looking that you will fully reimburse us the full cost of£92.

Pick ups were to long, drivers were miserable and no introduction, driving horrendous and scary, guide was not orderly, not enough outside spaces for everyone so we ended up sitting inside looking through a plastic window, when guide was doing her speech upstairs we couldn’t hear anything, no actual stopping for sunset, when boat trip finished we got 1 hour 30 minutes to do something which wasn’t long enough, then to top it off walking down a dark smelly alleyway to get back. Dreadful waste!

Was picked up on a coach that only had Polish people, the rep spoke very little English. Very disorganised, boat trip was ok wouldn’t say it was a relaxing experience, best part was the 1.5hours we spent alone in San Antonio. On the return coach journey 2 of the Polish guests didn’t return at 11pm, chaos broke out on the coach, everyone arguing and took control of the mic, to shout down the coach, we were delayed by 30 min then we set off without the missing passengers.

Sent us to the wrong pick up point and couldn't find the boat taking us. Rang Tui for help and although they tried to help us they couldn't so I've asked for a refund which I will demand for on my return to the UK, as this was a shocking experience which I don't recommend at all

The tour guide was nervous to begin with as her first excursion. But Sophie soon calmed her nerves and was an excellent tour guide. On arrival at San Antonio, we met up with Olivia and joined some other tourists also. Once on board the boat, we were soon on our way and enjoying the knowledgeable commentary,gliding past the enchanting little beaches and caves. Once, we had seen the sights, we stopped to view the beautiful sunset and celebrated this with Cava. The captain was also very attentive.

We had no idea the boat left from San Antonio, only that we had time in San Antonio after the cruise, didn’t realise it was an hours bus ride to get the boat. There was no guide til we got to San Antonio, felt we were on a magical mystery tour initially. When we met guide, we were so far back couldn’t hear what she was saying, blindly followed others to the quayside where the guide pointed out landmarks for our return to the bus station. Drinks on boat awful, cava was sooo dry! Sunset amazing!!

We loved the adult only areas. The pool was gorgeous. All staff were superb! So helpful and lots of fun. The gardens were spotless and beautiful. Food was good. We particularly loved T Beach.

We both thoroughly enjoyed the trip, the whole experience, unfortunately we did not get to see the sunset but that was nobody's fault, a bonus to see the dolphin, dead man's cave and all the rock formation,and getting to walk up Sant Antonios sunset stip and take in the atmosphere,

It is a great way to visit the west coast of the island and we enjoyed having time in San Antonio after the cruise which meant we got to see the Sunset strip. The sunset was disappointing both times (non-existent the second time) which isn't anyone's fault but we felt that the guide on the boat could have done better to upsell it - instead of mentioning the lovely colours the clouds were producing she just said 'oh well no sunset this time'!!!! Hmmm. The coach transfer is also SO long...

The staff on the boat were excellent although the actual boat trip was less than a hour. It says the excursion 2-4 hours. We were 5 1/2 hours from getting picked up to being dropped off. The first bus was so hot heating was set at 23° had to ask to turn it down

We absolutely loved this. We were collected promptly and all the instruments given were clear about the pick up time. The cruise was brilliant and the Ibiza sunset is just so special. Good value bar too which is a win.

Pick up on time, guide met us at San Antonio and explained where to go etc - the boat trip was amazing, great to see the sunset from such a great location - the only downside was we only had about an hour to explore San Antonio and get something to eat & drink before heading back to our pick up bus.

Tui rep who picked us up from our hotel for the coach did not explain to any of us that we had 4 more pick ups on route to San Antonio and that where the coach stopped in San Antonio there was a 15 min walk and toilet facilities where in the bus terminal. Of which majority of us used after queuing. Then 6 of us were wondering where the rest of the coach people were a d the rep had taken them to the boat and did not wait for us 6. We had to find our own way. On our return at 10pm toilets we're cl

Communication poor from the rep when arrived at San Antonio, passengers left behind when using the WC at the station, passengers had to take it upon themselves to ensure everyone was accounted for. It was a bit of a mix up and we had no idea where we were in San Antonio, just make yourself back here for 10:30pm! Could have done with an area map.

The people on the boat were amazing and friendly. The tui guide was appalling, Kristoff didn't make it clear where amd when to meet, he disappeared and could not be contacted. He also got off the coach at his stop and let other guests find their own ways to their hotel. Timings should be made more clearer and maybe not for children as we didn't end up getting back to our hotel until gone midnight

Trip was beautiful, well organised. There was a lady taking pictures as you boarded the boat…. She printed them and put them in a card then was selling them for €7 each! Please be aware that she then also takes pictures at sunset so might be worth waiting! Would have been better if she sold two for €10. But just my thoughts. Cruise took you all round and saw some beautiful sights! Definitely recommend!

Lack of onboard snacks and also 2 euros for a small cup of water seems harsh. When viewing the sunset, only those on the right hand side of the boat get a good photo opportunity, the boat needs to turn to give everyone a chance.

We booked this trip to meet up with our son for his 21st birthday who was stopping in portinaxt . There are no TUI excursions from portinaxt which he wasn’t informed about upon booking the holiday. In fact there is only 1 destination on bus now from portinaxt so my son felt very isolated as he doesn’t drive abroad

A well organised trip,with very friendly and informative guides. Picked up on time in resort. Good service on the boat with 2 free drinks. Photographs taken as you were boarding, and again as the sunset. Available to purchase on board , but no pressure if you didn't want to. A beautiful sunset with amazing photo opportunities, finished off with some free time in San Antonio. The second time we have booked this trip and would do it again! Excellent value for money !

Best sunset cruise ever! Friendly staff. Lovely views amazing highly recommended. Cruise was running an hour and half behind so oit walk in San Torini was cut short just about enough time to grab a takeaway for the hour bus ride back. Did not spoil the tour at all and would do it again! Treat yourself !!

We loved the cruise and the information we received about San Antonio from the guide. We could have done with more time either before or after the cruise. 30 mins spare before was not enough to explore or get food then 60 mins spare after was not enough time either. Could do with maybe starting the cruise a bit later to have food before. Also felt like once the sun was down it was full steam ahead back to the dock. Would have enjoyed more sailing around

The ferry did bot have enough seats fir everyone to be able to sit and watch the sunset. Too many tickets sold. Constant badgering by ferry staff to have photos taken and then pay for them. To be able to geg back to the coach the Tui rep told us to walk back up an unlit alleyway at 11pm at night to get there, totally unsafe

This was a truly lovely experience. We were picked up promptly as stated. Our TUI guide was very good and knowledgeable. Our trip on the boat was lovely and experienced a gorgeous sunset, also able to take some wonderful photos. We then had some free time in San Antonio and able to have a meal. It was really nice and I would highly recommend it.

Pick up fine though face masks had to be worn on the bus… but strangely not on flight or airport transfer.. TUI bus guide was good but had a few strange ideas… told us times wrong for pick up and we had to double check, but generally conscientious and looked after us.. boat trip was good. Had about 90 minutes after leaving boat of Free time in San Antonio which was ok , but some people might not like, especially with young children… overall we enjoyed the trip and thought it was good value .

This was a nice trip. The guide was informative of the local area and friendly. The boat was clean, plenty of seating with freedom to walk around, looking out at every aspect. Scenery was stunning. I wouldn’t recommend the trip if you’re prone to feeling sea sick.

The bus ride left on time, the boat ride was longer than I thought it would be and the sunset was fantastic. It was a nice touch to also get a glass of Cava at the end which I wasn’t expecting. What let it down was the TUI reps commentary as they were both awful. It was like they hadn’t been on the tour before and were winging it. They lost what they were saying mid sentence and it wouldn’t have made a difference if they weren’t there. I would still recommend the tour for the sunset & boat ride.

Trip was great, got to see the San Antoni coastline and a fantastic coastline. Only criticism was the wait to get on the boat as all passenger groups posed for a photo, the then sales pitch was quite forceful to buy the photos. Other than that I’d recommend and all ages enjoyed it.

This trip is a great opportunity to sail into the sunset around secluded coves amongst other fabulous yachts and boats ,,, just wonderfully peaceful and serene ,,, we even witnessed a propel of marriage on board as the sun disappeared into the ocean <3 beautiful!

This was a nice little sunset boat tour for me and my family. Overall we were pleased and got nice views of San Antonio from the boat. Only negative the glass bottom section wasnt open and the toilet was not the best.

Beautiful excursion from start to finish. TUI rep was happy and couldn’t help enough. Added bonus of being able to explore San Antonio for a hour or so after the beautiful sunset. Fantastic views on the boat of the beautiful colours with a glass of cava to toast. For £35 it’s an absolute must whilst in Ibiza!

Lovely trip on sunset cruise. A complementary sangria and then cava to watch the sunset and lovely views of the coastline. Time afterwards for us to have dinner in San Antonio before return to hotel.

The excursion itself was very good. It could have been made clearer that people would need to check the restaurant times of their all inclusive hotels just in case there is no way to get dinner before being collected at 6:40pm (as happened to us).

Seeing a perfect sunset.. beautiful & having free time too. The only downside was, on arrival to the boat a lot of people were pushing & shoving to get on board, perhaps an organised queue would be better.

Amazing excursion however let down by poor wine on boat - absolutely dreadful cava - seeing the sunset is special and it should be celebrated accordingly and 15 euros for undrinkable Cava is unforgivable
