Transfer took 1 hour 20mins. We were informed it would be a 20 min. Shorter time there ment we didn’t have long. Guide was a lovely lady but only spoke for a few mins on the way back. I would not call that a guided tour. Once your there, we were informed that the cathedral was at the top but not the best route, so lots of taking the wrong way, which isn’t great with children and wasted more time.

This trip, like one the following day and our transfers to/from the airport were all on vehicles that have inappropriate seatbelts for a 2-year old. Otherwise this was a good trip - could have done with 4 hours rather than 3, but good all the same.

The bus was 25 minutes late. There was no guided tour - it literally was directions when we arrived. It was therefore less than 3 hours in old town as it was late. Basically paid 100 euros for a bus journey for a family of four for half an hour which is a lot. Would not recommend. The lady who was the ‘guide’ wa really lovely though.

Unsure of role of tour guide as she simply indicated the direction of the old town and where to get the return bus. Set off could have been earlier (and was 30 mins late) to avoid midday heat and ensure we return in time for the lunch we have already paid for. Value for money is scored low as a taxi would probably have been cheaper.

Basically a coach ride to Ibiza Town and back on coach which works out cheaper than a taxi. (About 40 mins each way). Nice surprise to found we had longer than we thought ie coach left at 1.15 pm. Guide pointed the way to old town and shopping district. Quite a lot of traffic there and back.

Great trip, a must visit. Basically a bus service to the location, nothing more. If there is more than 2 of you it might be worth getting a taxi so there is no time restraint on your visit. Definitely would go again, a lovely place.

Pick up was on time Rep explained about the pick ups en route When we got to Ibiza town she explained pick up time for return Also about go left at Cherry restaurant for Castle right to new town Cautioned on the slippy cobbles and making sure we knew to keep drinking water and keeping cool

There was always a TUI rep available when advertised. However, the trip to Ibiza town stated it was a guided tour. Apart from being on the coach, we weren’t given a guided tour at all. We were dropped off, told to the left was old town and right was new. This was our first visit so went on the tour as thought the guide would give information, show us around but it wasn’t as described and had to find our own way missing out on things. Very misleading information.

Just a lot of pick ups along the way , We were too far away to get a taxi which is my preferred option but the bus trip was the only other option . What should have been a 40 min trip was over hour and a half each way because of all the pickups

The tui guide could have gone a little further, we went in to ibiza town, but as first timers I thought our guide would have spoken over the microphone what places we was traveling through and a little about them, but nothing, I was not impressed as I would have liked to have known a little about the island we was visiting. When we booked the tour in our hotel, we thought it sounded amazing, but for the quietness of our guide, we decided it was rather alot of money, we won't do this again.

When we arrive should be given a little map and some popular food and touristy must see spots so that we can choose from a few. The time slot needed to be a 5 hour slot and more from 10.30-3.30 as opposed to 9.30-1.30 as most places were still shut and empty and closed. As we were leaving it was livening up and staff were saying to come in to their place or restaurant or bar. The price for children and adults should offer all of the above.

Der Ausflug war sehr schön. Fanden es im Nachhinein für knapp 30€ für nur den Transfer relativ teuer. Der Guide war ja "nur" im Bus und bei der Rückfahrt da ansonsten war man alleine unterwegs.

Resort was fantastic for families only disappointment we had was at the beach restaurant which was a fantastic experience which we paid for did not include all the drinks so if you wanted a G & T you had to walk to one of the all inclusive bars which was strange but wine and beer were included.

This is basically a coach to Ibiza town and back, you get a couple of hours there. Just be aware that it’s absolutely baking hot in the summer and it’s a lot for smaller children. We walked right up to the top of the castle from the outside and went in the church, when we walked back down we came through the old town inside the castle walls and it was really nice, shops and restaurants. Back at the bottom there’s not much else to do, basically tat shops. Worth a trip out for 1/2 day

Perfect way to spend the morning! We are a family of four with a 9 and a 6 year old and it was just the right amount of time to spend exploring, shopping and getting ice cream before heading back for an afternoon in the pool! Would definitely recommend. Only downside is that it’s quite pricey in my opinion, definitely cheaper to get the water taxi from the beach but still a fab morning exploring the old town :)

De ochtend om Ibiza stad te bekijken beviel ons heel goed: de temperatuur is nog niet te hoog en de tijd die je daar door brengt was ook lang zat. Wij hebben door het moderne gedeelte gelopen en dat was leuk en goed te doen. Het oude gedeelte ligt hoog en daar moet je goede schoenen en conditie voor hebben.
