What to expect

Op vakantie gaat het om relaxen. En de beste manier waarij je ontspant is met een uitgebreide spabehandeling. Verjong lichaam en geest in Aqua Club Termal met toegang tot de verschillende sensatiedouches, stoomcabines en sauna's, elk met hun eigen therapeutische gezondheidsvoordelen.

Alles was leuk,maar voor mij is het 10 op 10 als er nederlands gesproken wordt.Volgende keer reseveren we teug.Het mag wel 3 uur duren.

No towels or robe included however we booked a treatment so they then included them. Sooooo relaxing and left almost in a trance. Highly recommend for a chill day!!!

It is a huge pool with lots of different areas within it with different water jets. There was also separate jauzzis, a floatation pool & cold pool as well as a huge steam room, sauna and a variety of shower types. We were able to stay as long as we liked and staff were very friendly.

Is echt geen 38€ waard (veel te duur) Je kan voor dat geld beter naar het Siam Park gaan

Although busy as a Sunday you still feel treated to something special and lots of elements to try. Water is nice and warm too. Remember to take a towel, flip flops and either a swim hat or tie your hair up. Also nobody times how long you're in the spa so no rush.

it was really nice . but for the price we paid i would expect clean showers as well a nicer service at the swimming pool. reception was perfect nice and friendly but leter on i didnt feel so welcome

Spa was OK, slightly underwhelming. Initially ignored by one staff member, waited to be served by another staff member. Spa was more a glorified pool than an exclusive spa. Loved the relaxation/flotation pool at the end of the experience.

The spa area does not look like the photos provided by TUI. It is quite dated and tired looking and dirty in some places, particularly the lounge beds. Whilst there is a variety of different stations and pools, these areas are small and get very busy so we found ourselves queuing for things or sharing a small space with lots of strangers which wasn’t very relaxing. The experience was excellent value for money as we were able to stay as long as we liked. The facilities were great and I particularly enjoyed the floatation pool. It would have been good to be able to access drinks and snacks without having to leave the pool area and then wait to be let back in

The place itself is lovely, a welcome break from the hot weather and it wasn't too busy. I would definitely recommend. The only thing that I would suggest is clarifying the age limit on the Tui description. It states age 12 and above yet this wasn't the case at the spa. There were children younger than this there (although obviously not really suitable for toddlers). Also, I recommend taking 2 towels or hiring one for 2 Euros from the spa.

Jammer dat alles binnen was. Juist op Tenerife zou het fijn zijn een buitenbad of zonneweide te hebben. Ook vond ik het jammer dat je in de spa zelf niets kon eten of drinken daarvoor moest je terug naar de hal bij de kassa. De massage was helemaal top!
