Poor

We selected the trip without pick up option which I would not recommend. The hotel taxi could not access the beach which made us late. After several phone calls between the taxi driver and the boat company we had to walk through an abandoned derelict hotel to meet a boat representative the other side to access the beach company and boat, the glass bottom boat had already left so we were taken by a smaller boat to join them, we didn’t see as many fish as expected but it was okay

The excursion said 1 hour but from entering the boat to getting off it was 40 minutes, we didn’t get to see much under the boat and the staff weren’t great hounding us for tips and taking photos of us then asking for money. Overall poor experience!

Time is a missleading

Even the time was 10.30 we were told as boat is going at 11.20-11.30. We left at 11.36 and come back at 12.15 so not even an hour. Boat is also old and visibility is botbvery well as the glass is old and full of bobbles of air. The way to the boat is also unstable temporary pier. Overall nice experience but so many things to do better.

Enjoyed everything The guide was very good and very friendly especially with the kids. The boat ride was amazing and the host very informative with all different species of fish. Overall very enjoyable.

Booked for 10 am to avoid mid day temperature. Picked up at 1110 with no explanation. Coach driver was terrible and almost caused a crash. Once getting to destination we then had a 45 minute wait for a body in the hottest part of the day with no shade or water. Eventually when the boat arrived it was dangerous walking over a moving gang way to get the the boat. Do not book this trip

Finding the boat set off point was difficult, but thanks to kind locals, we found it. We were quickly taken to a speed point and ferried to the glass bottom boat. The kids loved it, and the guys on the boat were brilliant with kids.

The guide and boat staff were very good however if I’d known you had to get on a floating walkway and a speedboat to get on the glass bottom boat I’m not sure I would have booked it as I’m in my 70’s and my grandson is 3 so from a safety point of view it was a bit off putting music on boat was far too mound couldn’t here the captain explaining what the fish were overall too expensive for the short time on the boat

I enjoyed the overall experience, great value for money and brilliant views of the ocean and surrounding areas. Can’t really give any negative feedback but possibly a suggestion that you can purchase water and/or beers, however we were well prepared so didn’t matter to us. 5 stars review and would recommend to anyone.

I have a phobia of water and they went out of there way to help me to the boat and back again the glass bottom boat tour was great I seen a lot of different marine fish in there normal surroundings

Great

The staff was very friendly and gave lots of information about the the fish and corals we were seeing. Finding the location was very confusing as it was through a hotel that is no longer in use with a security guard inside then out the back end of it was the beach and boat.

Tricky to find the boat location as the listed hotel where it was next to is shut down. Good trip though, friendly crew.

Wa ls as little hard to find the place but the tour was brilliant saw lists of beautiful fish and the water was really clear, the staff were super friendly and helpful would definitely recommend
