I enjoyed it all. We have been over 3 times. And we love it. We decided this time that we will probably not come again as it seems like it has gotten more expensive. We paid a lot of money for 2 adults this time. I also didn’t like the. Xcaret bus that picked us up at 7am. They were pushing the customers for tips and I feel like the trip was expensive enough for them not to request a tip. The person talking on the bus probably mentioned leaving him and the driver a tip about 15x. It was excessiv

Der Park war gut Schade ist nur das für alles extra bezahlt werden muss Schade war auch das wir eigentlich den Park mit Wasserrutsche und Seilbahnen gebucht hatten und zum Schluss in einem Park gelandet sind wo es ein Fluss gab wo man durchschwimmen konnte und das war’s der Rest war ein Tierpark mit verschiedenen Gehegen.

Very very overpriced. Basically an outdoor zoo and if you wanted a better experience you have to pay over the odds for speed boat rides, guided snorkelling etc…. The place was super busy and non of this explained by the rep. Our advice would be to find a private trip for a family adventure instead of wasting time and money at xceret .

It was a very long day from our hotel in Costa Mujeres (pick-up at 6:30am and return at 11.30pm) but well worth it. We did the stingray experience which we loved and also really enjoyed swimming the underground river. The nighttime show was good but too long and got a bit repetitive after the first hour. The park is expensive for tickets, any additional experiences you want to do on the day, drinks, and anything you need to buy (sunhats etc).

The park is beautiful but the attractions are weather dependant so for anyone who planning to go there check the weather. Our 2 out of 3 attractions were cancelled so we picked another one and part refund. Apart from that it was well worth to go and see most of everything and the show off course. The food was fantastic

Enjoyed every bit of the experience. It's expensive but when you get there you see what why. . Always extras when you get there. But fantastic day /night out . It's an awful lot of walking. So might not suit everyone. We did 24,657 steps. But recommend this trip. We have done 4 on this holiday with TUI and all amazing.

Der Park an sich ist wunderschön und man kann dort viele Tiere sehen. Was echt schade ist, dass man 150€ fur den Park bezahlt und dann dort noch Aktivitäten angeboten werden die extra bezahlt werden müssen und extrem teuer sind. Für eine Aktivität sollten wir nochmal 80 Dollar pro Person bezahlen. Das ist meiner Meinung nach extrem teuer.

Was informed that we would have food and drink included. We were only able to get lunch and a free drink with lunch after that we had to pay extortionate money for drinks. It was a very hot day as well. Due to having to spend on drinks we were unable to stay for the evening show as we couldn't spend so much money on drinks. Was vet expensive for what we got. We were all inclusive at the hotel so should have at least been given a bottle of water so we could re fill or advised to take 1 with us.

The time of the two coaches back to hotel are to far apart forcing you to stay for the meal We only did part of the river plus two extra activities due to making the coach back at 4pm Could do with being bit longer maybe 5/5.30

Our bus guide was much better for this trip than Xplore explaining what was included and about the photo discount. However, there wasn't much included for the entry price, apart from the underground river, aviary and butterflies, everything came at an extra, quite expensive cost and unfortunately on the day that we visited, most of it wasn't operating due to poor visibility which I know is out of their control but was disappointing. Aviary and river amazing, show good but too long on hard seats.

It’s a good park with lots to do. However if you want to do some of the activities you have to pay for them and there quiet expensive. Paragliding was amazing and really enjoyed it. Swimming with Dolphins I didn’t really enjoy, the trainers shouting commands at them constantly and there enclosures are small. It’s a long day, if you don’t get the 4pm coach you’re stuck there until after the show at 9pm. Having been in the sun all day the show dragged and not as amazing as everyone claims.

The park s lovely. Far too much to do in one day though. Also left early due to the heat and the amount of walking . So paying for the evenong show was a waste of money. Disappoining that you can only get the photo discount thats included, up to 11am. Its not enough time to do what you want. By the time we did the river swim we imissed the deadline. The excursions are also very pricey.

The park is very clean . Sadly it is really too large for a day visit and poorly sign posted. Animals were limited and due to heat often out of view in shady areas. Shops were clean , spoilt by overbearing untrusting staff and extortionate prices .

The park was excellent, a fabulous experience. The dream activity listed on the voucher was not available and they would not transfer the discount to the alternative booking we made of swimming with dolphins. We paid full price for 5 photos of the dream activity & one photo was incorrect. I have emailed but am yet to receive a response. Excluding above, Parks amazing, lots to see/do- we didn't get all done! Swimming the river was great fun & photo package definitely worth it, we got 65 photos

We didn’t get picked up early enough and so didn’t get to the park until 10am which was too late to do everything. There was only 2 options to come back at 4pm of 10pm which was too late with 6 children, one as young as 3 years old. Ideally should be an early pick up and the option to leave at 6pm. Apart from that the park was fantastic.

We enjoyed the whole experience, loved the shows in the evening well organised. Downside it was a long day 15 hours from departure of hotel in the morning, returning after 22.30 in the evening! With the heat and humidity we found it tiring. Overall a fabulous experience and the Mexican food was delicious.

TUI failed to explain the expectation to purchase additional experiences and photographs whilst at Xcaret, making the price of the trip substantially more than expected. There was also no prior warning that we’d be on the coach for almost one hour picking up other guests, before making our way to Xcaret - this meant we didn’t arrive until 10am losing us two hours in the park. Prior knowledge of the site app and map would also have been useful, to help maximise time spent with prior planning.

Park was very peaceful.Well maintained.Lots of available bathroom facilities.Lunch was varied and lovely with good entertainment whilst sitting.Show was very good.A bit confusing at first as non Spanish speakers.Bus guide was nice but catered more for Spanish speakers.We also felt we were taken straight into up sell part straight away but obviously that’s only as expensive as you want.Staff in park lovely.On coming out of show would have been good if staff indicated correct direction of exit.

The pricing is ridiculous! We paid to enter the park, paid to swim with dolphins, as well as for pictures. After swimming with the dolphins and having had pictures taken, we were told that the 17 pictures we wanted would cost $289.00 dollars! If I wanted one picture, it would be $55.00 per picture! We denied the pictures, but what a joke. Offensive!

The park itself is huge and we had the Tui plus pass which means your lockers are included in entrance price. This should be standard anyway in my opinion. We were told you got 50% discount on activities with the pass however it’s only certain activities and surprise the one we wanted to do wasn’t applicable 50% discount. We did the sea trek which was an amazing experience but again I feel you should get an activity of your choice in with price. That said we had an amazing day although expensive

A great day out with plenty to do!! Staff and tour guides were excellent and we never got bored. It was very very expensive and it would be nice if a little more was included in the price, maybe dinner or another activity. I don’t feel like our rep warned us enough about the price of activities. But the evening show was exceptional and well worth staying for! A real look into Mexican culture which is simply amazing.

In the day we went the rep in the coach talked up all the activities that can be done there. Upon arrival only 2 experiences were available as most were closed due to bad weather however snorkelling still ran. The sea was dangerously choppy to swim and 3 people in our party were seasick due to the choppiness. The reps should call ahead and be able to advise visitors of what is available in the day so as to advise guests on the best land based activities to focus on. Felt like an expensive con!

Wow not as expected or described , not a good value took over an hour to get there *only 10mins from hotel people taking a ridiculous amount of time to be on time was not acceptable, on arrival the guide is not a guide , advise to take under ground river first which I think everyone else on the park was advised it was too congested for safety people kicking my children and pushing throughout, no butterflies no pumas no jaguars things closed awful experience

The dolphin experience was the highlight of our day with the evening shows close second. The problems we had were twofold: firstly we were advised that the park was suitable for the electric wheelchair my wife uses which, unfortunately was not true and we thus struggled all day. Secondly, the cost of some of the add-ons was frankly ridiculous; we would have bought photos from the dolphin experience but they wanted US$170 for the full package whilst for one digital image they wanted US$50.

Paid for an additional snorkelling tour which wasn’t cheap. They were very quick at the park to get us booked on and take our money but didn’t tell us the swell was bad and the visibility was very poor. 50% of the people board were throwing up as the conditions were bad. Complete waste of money and two members of our group felt ill for the rest of the day. The pick up back to the hotel was also very early or late and given our disastrous start to the day this didn’t help feeling ripped off.

The park is great and I would recomend it. The baby changing facilities are not so good and the opportunity to stay in the shade was limited. Great show in the evening but doing this 6-8 would be better. Overall a great park, lovely restaurant and staff.

Nice park. The underground river us a bit overhyped. The first shoe was not very interesting with no translation. The second show was better and mostly music and dancing so less need for translation. Overall a good day out. Probably better for younger people and families but it us also a long tiring day.

The XCARET staff didn’t tell the truth to some questions we asked and tried to scammed us by selling the cell phone water protectors for a higher cost, they were actually cheaper in the gift shop of Xcaret. Also their recommendations were not accurate on terms of what is allowed to do, to carry with you at the entrance, etc. You need to be very careful with these tour guides.

Very well organised. Excellent buffet lunch. Park was good in places, no big cats on show - disappointing. River swim and boat good. Evening show was booked as an ‘extravaganza ‘ featuring over 300 performers. It wasn’t and it didn’t. They have changed it and now have a very basic show in the ball arena followed by a 15 minute walk to a second amphitheater for the rest of a show. Not an extravaganza and I would not recommend it.

We were told that for food we would get unlimited food and drink but you were restricted to one drink. The underwater cave was brilliant we were told you needed to be a strong swimmer however you didn’t as you get given a lift jacket and it’s so chilled going round and are ropes to help. The dolphins were amazing aswell but I do love them! I would definitely visit again it was a lovely experience. Also dotted about were showers so you could cool yourself down if needed

We were visiting swiming in the river, Dolphins and lunch and the time was 4 pm, started at 9 o clock. We lost a lot of time discusing with the guy selling us aditional experience, then choosing pictures with Dolphins - too much time and money was spent there. We didnt see a lot of things, so maybe better described top locations and knowing the cost of the pictures before visit would be nice.

Aufklärung bzgl. des Ablaufs, beim TUI Führer wäre schön gewesen. Die Ausflugtruppe bestand aus ca. 80% spanisch sprechenden Personen. Worauf der GUIDE sich sehr ausführlich, AUSSCHLIESSLICH um diese Gruppe kümmerte. Die Touransagen wurden, gefühlt als Buch in spanisch angesagt, auf englisch als "Einleitung"... xCaret an sich sehr schön! Essen super!

Er was helemaal geen gids. Er werd vooraf geen uitleg gegeven over de werking van het park. Er stonden weinig bewegwijzering zodat we dikwijls op dezelfde plek terug kwamen.

My wife and I did not go on this experience. We tried to cancel when at our resort but was told by a new rep, as the original rep “ no longer works here” that as you booked a twin experience, Chichen Itsa as well,we could not cancel. What annoyed us was that we were not informed of this at the time of booking, I emailed customer service to cancel due to my wife’s health condition in advance before seeing the rep,no reply.😠 Extremely disappointed with how TUI handled this,happy to take our money

The travel to the park was easy and comfortable. The tour guide was friendly however spent 45minutes providing information in Spanish regarding the park. He then came to us when we had arrived at the park and rushed through telling us 3 things in English. Considering the ride was 1hr 45mins there could have been sufficient time to provide us with information regarding the park. We booked the meal for the evening show. The seats had limited views due to props on the stage. Otherwise wonderful.

It is very expensive once you arrive you are encouraged to purchase the photo package which actually is not essential also the additional extras eg swim with dolphins etc are very expensive plus then the additional photos too. We ended up spending an extra $280 just on photos and an additional. $500 plus on experiences. Obviously no one makes you buy these and they are special events but they are so over priced almost prohibitively so.

The coach rep will waste an hour of the duration of your visit guiding you to the entrance then to a map, how to read the map and then to the lockers. Abandon this ASAP and get on with your day. Lockers not included anymore in the price. Visited in September 2025 and it was..not sure why TUI has removed it. $10 to use and $10 cash only deposit.

An excellent day, fabulous facilities, stunning environment and awesome animals. Our only disappointment was being “sold” reserved seats in the middle of the arena with a drinks package for the evening show - the reserved seats were not in the middle and in fact at a corner which limited view of part of the show. We had arrived earlier than advised and raised this immediately as we were seated however with delays for a manager to speak to us, the promised seats were then full. Very disappointing

Trip very well organised. Transfer took a little too long collecting other clients. Staff on site exceptionally good. Quite expensive but worth it as so much to do, the activities and things to see were really good, animals amazing 😍

Wir haben den Ausflug mit vierjährigen Kind gemacht , das abholen und der Park haben super geklappt. Das abholen war allerdings eine Katastrophe , es gibt zwei Abholzeiten einmal um 16 Uhr und 21 Uhr. Wir waren um elf morgens im Park da war für uns 16 Uhr zu früh allerdings 21 Uhr zu lang man ist echt platt. Um 20.30 gingen wir raus wo uns die Guids sagten das wir vor 21.30 nicht fahren wir können mit dem Taxi fahren.!?? Da fehlt die Kommunikation, dann wären wir früher schon mit dem Taxi gefahr

We vinden dat we laat arriveerden voor zo'n groot park. Prachtig opgezet en onderhouden park. Veel, meestal aardig, personeel. Geen reisleiding. Ook niet nodig. Alles in het park staat duidelijk aangegeven. Goed en veelzijdig buffet voor de lunch. Inclusief bij de toegangsprijs. Veel mogelijkheden om even te zitten en water te tappen. We hadden dit graag van te voren geweten. Mooie souveniers.

Very good information and directions given by guides. Once inside it is very expensive even for water. The final show was amazing but it was a long day. More information on dinner and photo package costs would be helpful at start.

I just we was walking around in circles we only saw flamingos and parrots. It’s a lot of money just to see those things. We also don’t realise there’s extras that would need to be paid for. None of this was explained from the tui rep that we could have had extras. I just think it’s a lot of money for what it is.

You get picked and and then its constant upselling. It isn't mentioned about people with health conditions can enter the river, until you've walked all the way down to it. No locker included, not a whole lot included. $45-$50pp for a buffet lunch per person if you don't pay for the £143pp ticket! It's so misleading on the cost. Expensive yet they want tips on top too... rip off. Oh and you have to take a credit or debit card with you. You need about £200-£400 for 2 people. The photo add on's etc

Pas de visite guidée. Activités variées et repas inclus. Certaines activités proposées sont optionnelles ( comme la nage avec les dauphins et sont a mon avis très chères) J'ai testé le service médical ( malheureusement) ils sont top. Le spectacle le soir dure 2 heures et à lui seul justifie la visite du parc, il est magnifique

The park was very busy. I didn't like seeing dolphins being used in shows as this should be a thing of the past. Also, seeing flamingos and macaws with their wings clipped so they can't fly was upsetting! The evening show was amazing. We also enjoyed the Mayan village which had a live show too and the church and incredible cemetery.

Alles sehr gut organisiert. Es ging ja nur um die Abholung und Rückfahrt vom/zum Hotel und den Eintritt in den Park. Im Park selbst sind auch überall Personen die einem weiterhelfen. Trotz vieler Besucher herrscht hier kein Gedränge. Gute Mischung aus Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten. Die Show am Abend ist auch außergewöhnlich. Wer Themenparks mag bitte hinschauen. Der Preis dafür ist allerdings auch nicht ohne. Aber es war's wert.

We had a small issue with transport to start our day trip as the driver had gone to the wrong hotel, this was quickly rectified after calling the emergency phone number, they arrived 10 mins later. Xcaret itself is one of the most amazing day trips we’ve been on as a family. Full of culture, colour and natural beauty. We loved it!

Xcarat is overpriced attraction. Cenote river island boring and not to many things to do there. When going to VIP is to long time there. From 7.40 am pick up and hotel drop 22.20 . So long. Xplor is much better.

Die Mitarbeiterin Sandria von xaret war völlig inkompetent. Ihre Aussagen stimmten nicht und sie war nicht in der Lage eine Plan vom Park zu besorgen. Ihr Englisch war sehr schlecht (Akzent ) und sie sprach viel zu schnell.

Be prepared for a lot of walking so take plenty of water, the park and staff were great, the day time shows were extremely good but the main show in the evening was absolutely spectacular. A must go to when in Mexico.

The park itself was lovely lots to do i payed for locker, Lifejacket, but for some reason was refused entry for the life jacket? so cld not go for a swim try showing the young boy my tkt on phone, did not understand n there was no one available showed my 'wristband' so £150 wasted, explained to rep when i got back who apologised said something about a refund? not heard anything, dont suppose i will either. ??.

Je betaald letterlijk alleen de transfer en entree. Daarna moet je in het park voor alle activiteiten betalen. Wij hebben €150 betaald voor 30min met dolfijnen zwemmen waarna we ook nog gevraagd werden €160 te betalen voor 10 foto’s. De avond show is wel een aanrader. Zelf zou ik Xplor meer aanraden daar zit alles inbegrepen. De parachute activiteit werd gecanceld door het personeel waarna we met moeite deels ons geld hebben terug gekregen ervoor.

The ground was very slippery even though it was dry. It was like a commercial kitchen floor that needs to be washed with degreaser. I am not elderly or disabled but I was afraid of falling and breaking a bone. Sometimes I was confused and felt stupid and this brings out my worst personality. (I wasn’t rude but my face was red).I don’t like to complain but management might find this helpful to better understand guest behaviour. To describe the good things I would need many more pages!

The guide on the bus was pushing extremely hard for the 'dream activities' fir extra charge, basically telling you that without any extra paid activity the parc is nothing which is absolutely not true at all. This gave gave us a lot of stress while the park is delightful!

Es wäre gut, nützlich und vor allem hilfreich deutschen Gästen ein Flugblatt mit allen notwendigen Informationen über bzw. im Park auszuhändigen, anstatt nur dort hin zubringen. Man steht dort wie die Kuh vorm neuen Tor und muß sich erst alles erlauben und erfragen. Ansonsten ein unbedingte Muss.

Xcarat is fantastic!! It’s one of those places you have to see, it was our second time visiting the park and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time! Theres plenty for everyone to do and see. We enjoyed swimming in 2 of the underground rivers. None of us snorkel, so we didn't take advantage of that opportunity. It is an expensive day out for a family of 5 and we couldn't afford to pay for further experiences when we got there - dolphins, sting ray, speed boat. The lunch was very nice. We all enjoyed the evening show and the pick up at the end was very well organised.

All of it! The sea trek is a must. The night time show was phenomenal and so emotive seeing all of Mexicans culture and history and how they celebrate this. The park is so clean and love how this compliment the area and wildlife. Amazing and absolutely a must when coming to the Yukatan peninsula. It’s left me feeling a new found love for Mexico.

This was a great experience and we paid for the photo package which was worth it, then we did not need to carry out phones around. Glad we looked at the reviews as the swimming shoes were useful. Only downside is the shower and changing facilities are very different to the UK. All open. The night show was great and buffet lunch options great. Swam with dolphins but the photos they take were extra and extortionate.

XCaret ist ein schöner Park, Natürlich. Aber, wir haben Rund 300€ gezahlt für in den Park und da glaubt man wohl es sei erlaubt die aktivitäten im Park zu machen so wie es eben für üblich ist. Leider bekommt man für 300€ fast keine aktivitäten die man machen kann. Den die aktivitäten die sich wirklich lohnen muss man jeweils noch extra bezahlen was uns im voraus nicht gesagt wurde. Pro extra aktivität( und das die Aktivitäten die sich wirklich lohnen!) Zahlt man rund nochmal 100€ Pro Person!!

Erg duur voor wat je er voor krijgt, onderwater rivier erg leuk, verder wat dieren, waarvan een aantal in een veel te klein hok. Snorkelen in een heel klein baaitje, met nog 300 andere. De echt spectaculaire dingen moest je allemaal flink voor bij behalen. Show in de avond was leuk. Goed georganiseerd voor heen en terug reis.

Alles was echt fantastisch. Geen slechte dingen gehad in het park! Wij hebben een extra (betalende) activiteit en dat was geweldig. Alles schoon en netjes. Iedereen behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De foto optie is echt een aanrader. Zoveel foto momenten, zodat je kan genieten van alles om je heen zonder telefoon of tas! Top! Wij hadden 1 dingetje vooraf, er was ons niet verteld dat je je paspoort moest laten zien voordat je bus in stapte, je e ticket was voldoende. Niet dus....

Excaret is amazing. Unfortunately when we where there this time it was pouring rain and insane thunder. It did not feel safe to stay and I´m surprised that they kept the park open. We left due to safety reasons with the children after half the day.

The park is first class but it needs a tour guide we asked to download a map but couldn’t get a signal even if the could hand out paper maps that would help the park is more suitable for young kids younger adults the butterfly section is amazing though.

The park was good but you definitely need at least 2 days to do and see everything. Pick up time is late morning so if you dont want to stay untill the 9.40pm pick up, you have very limited time to do anything in the park.

We both enjoyed every single moment ??,the butterflies and the different birds was amazing,and the settings they are in just makes it .we had a lovely meal and stopped at a bar for a drink which was really a relaxing atmosphere,would definitely go again when visiting Mexico,Cancun,our tour person from tui really explained it all to us before we booked ,Is name was julio, thanks a lot to you .

We enjoyed the service. We enjoyed the discount/ deals; the 2 for 1 for the dolphin experience, discount on photos, etc. I purchased them all. We did the sting ray activity, the adrenaline boat activity, and the dolphin activity. We also really, really enjoyed the show at the end of the day; its a must see.

Xcaret eco park is a must do if travelling to Cancun. Although it was a 06.40 pick up and arrived back at hotel at 23.00 is was utterly worth it. The Admission cost could be considered expensive by most people, due to having to pay separately for most of the activities within the park. However I believe it is totally worth it as the park is beautifully maintained, the animals look well cared for and it is such a peaceful place. The buffet food in the beach restaurant gets a 10/10 from me.

Food at the restaurants was appalling. Food was warm at best, restaurants were over crowded. The Park rep that came on the bus to pick us up spoke for a good 25 minutes of n Spanish but less than 5 minutes in English. No paper Park Plan on offer all the information was on the App but the park WiFi was terrible. The show at night though was very good

The park was busy with many of the attractions having an additional charge, making it a very expensive day. The underground river swim which was included in the package was exceptionally crowded. We had VIP passes which included a good buffet lunch. We also booked for the evening Mexican show which lasted two hours and was excellent entertainment. Thankfully we booked dinner for an additional cost so had great seats. A bit of a mixed bag with a long 14.5 hour day.

Lovely park set in beautiful surroundings. However not enough information given as to where to pick up your locker key by the Rep who picks you up on the bus transportation. Just more interested in selling added extras. Maps around park hard to follow. Not enough information given as to where you can sit for the main show. All you in all a wonderful park and the main evening show is a must see. But felt very lost and confused as to where to go to see most that the park had to offer.

Day is far too long for what is on offer, very enjoyable but 15 hours is madness. Personally I’d prefer a 10-11am pick up, arrive at park, do the ‘lazy river’, which is actually hard work - completely natural, no jets buzzing you along then split the animal/park visits in two with a late lunch in the middle followed by the evening show which was worth going too. Overall a brilliant excursion, 100% get the photo package!

The park was excellent as was tje sea trekking and photo package. However the driver took a detour home due to bad traffic, this was via miles through a very run down area and severe pot holes. The driver did not communicate to us what was happening, it felt unsafe and took and took an extra 1.5 hours to get home

Very confusing instructions and the park itself is baffling. The signage is poor and be prepared for a lot of walking!! The activities are very expensive and the photograph package for the dolphin experience is hugely expensive at over 200 usd! It is very man made and artificial. A little disappointing to be honest. Lunch was extremely busy and tables had to be shared or you didn’t get food. It all seemed a bit chaotic.

Overall a great experience with plenty to do and see. That said, we found it far too long (pick up at 0720 and didn’t get back to the hotel untie 11pm) and the guide on the way was far too loud & repetitive, particularly that early and seemed to obsess over the ‘additional’ attractions which he tried to ‘push’, including leading us to the booking area on arrival. The park was great and final show well worth watching - overall, glad we did it, just wish it had been shorter!

This a a great experience for family or solo exploration. The park is very big with lots to do, unfortunately many of the notable things have extra charges. The included food is ok but nothing to write home about. The main event for me was the show describing Mexican history in a very exciting way. Well worth doing at least once for the experience but unless your paying for all the extras, it's probably not worth a repeat visit

The lunch service and food was amazing. The cost of the trip was expensive but probably worth it. The night show is out of this world, educating on the Mexican history. A lot of work and training to accomplish the show. The TUI bus transfer was great.

Again very little instructions on what to expect so had to follow the crowd. Not told that we would not need our stuff so carrying things around needlessly so had a long walk back to put in the lockers. The swim in the river was great and the navigation of park was clear. All the extra costs not so much. Very expensive day in all.

It's a great day out with a variety of activities FOC and paid for. The staff are all very helpful. We did the lazy river, saw a load of the animals, the ruins, the chapel and more. We had the traditional Mexican lunch with live music but there are other restaurants.

I bought a photo package and the wrist band didn't work 40% of the time I did the sea trek and expected good pictures of me with the fish no fish in any of the pictures.I also paid extra for Adreline speed boat told it would be be very fast and we would go to sea,didn't go much distance and only a couple of spins and fast braking I think the pilot and Co pilot got more from it.very expensive for the time approx 20 mins £64

My problem was that we booked up through our tui rep in hotel. When we arrived about 1 hour in they took nearly 40pound out my bank. Came up as optional xcaret. Don't no why they did this. I paid for our day trip in full. I didn't authorise it. Didn't no what else to do about it so just didn't say anything. Thought that was something that shouldn't have happened.

Xcaret Eco Archaeological Park is stunning, but overall I didn’t feel it was worth the high price, especially as tickets are cheaper directly from the site. Lockers aren’t really necessary if you have a waterproof pouch. The night show was fantastic and visually impressive, though the story could flow more smoothly. Beautiful place to visit, but the overall value for money was a bit disappointing.

Although expensive, it was a fabulous day, and we felt it was worth it. Lunch was very good and plentiful. Water refills all over the park, so take a bottle. There is so much to do. I Reccomend you stay for the evening show. A great day out and a highlight for us.

We arrived at a desk where we were expected to buy additional activities for the day but our impression from the time of booking was that there was loads to do without additional purchases, but the local guide said that wasn't really the case. So we booked one extra activity We were also unclear on the best way to explore everything. It was only when the guide suggested wet activities first, then dry off, have lunch and explore that a plan was made

The activities we thought were great, Although there were maps around the park, it would’ve been a better idea to have a paper map that we could’ve had. When we got to the park, the reps go and your left to your own devices, which meant at the end of the evening we went to the main show and were a bit confused if we had the right show.. but otherwise a brilliant experience.

Due to me being in a wheelchair, certain paths were unavailable due to difficulty whilst going round the park. It was very difficult to go up certain parts of the path due to how steep it was. the water ride that was there was not disabled friendly as it had stairs to get in and out of. The nighttime show was good to watch.The only problem was be paid for the dinner.And they told us it was all inclusive , and then we received the bill at the end of the night for the drinks that we had.

De rio river was echt top! Leuk om 600m te zwemmen. Park groot opgezet leuk aangekleed, jammer dat we niet alle dieren hebben kunnen spotten. (Jaguars) Park is kwa indeling niet erg overzichtelijk, verschillende lijnen of de grond dus dat was wel handig! Verder hebben wij een leuke dag gehad in het park maar wel erg veel geld voor het geen wat je ervoor krijg!!

The guide on the coach explained more in the local language and maybe only 3 words in English. No instructions or recommendations. Wasted my money on the park as it would have been much better if we had maps to know where we are going and how long it would take walking to each point. Once we went on the lazy river we missed our snorkeling as we did not know how long it would take to walk to the point. Lack of information was a real dissapointment. However, the night show was amazing.

was sold to us as the Disney land of Mexico with all inclusive of everything but was in reality a very hot museum and zoo tour which anything that was slightly interesting for children u had to pay alot extra for . even after paying for a photo package and upgraded dolphin package was still asked to pay more money for photos after we had Swam with them . basically blackmailing us with these memories (photos) of our children with the dolphins . would not recommend or go back

The transfer was ridiculous. The park opened at 8:30. We were picked up at 9 and then went to other hotels to pick up other guests (which is fine) however 45 minutes later we drove past our own hotel! Meaning we didn’t get there till after 10. Valuable park time wasted.

Excursion was mis sold you me. I was told about being able to do different activities not that they were at an additional cost. Also I was told snorkelling equipment was included with my package yet I was being pushed to pay for items. Guide was non existent and the visitors huts were empty. Guide on transfer spoke in Spanish for over 1hr and only 5 minutes in English giving hardly any information and completely ignored us when calling his name.

Xcaret is incredible, thooug if Im honest, too big for one day. Key thing is to plan your day as best you can to ensure you get everything you want to see and do in. Get there as early as you can to make sure you get plenty of time in the park. Lockers are small which is a pain as I couldn't leve my medium sized backpack in there. All facilities are amazing, genuinely spotless. All staff are amazing! Photo packages are expensive, but the Tui discount does help a lot

Was a fabulous day (2 adults and a 5 year old) you need water shoes.to.walk around (buy for 799 pesos) lockers are small but had 2. If you go in river they put your towel in a bag to meet you at the end (this wasn't clear). Signage around d the floor is good to the different areas but would be good to have a board to show you times of other things ie horse show etc. Great day though and the evening show was brilliant. Great value for money for a full day

It would be good if the maps were more accurate. We spent an hour walking around trying to find the included restaurant following the apps guidance only to be caught in a loop in the kids section. Ultimately we never ate there except for spending money on some very over priced snacks.

Way overpriced. Not a lot of staff and directions inside the park. Especially to be stuck for an hour on the river with our non swimmer daughter who has special needs. It was terrifying. We were told we had to buy the water shoes at the park. That was a lie. We had already spent $600 to get in. We took a taxi back to the hotel after 4 hours. It was not an ideal experience

Great day out for all the family.Plenty to do for all ages, in fact you struggle to fit it all in.Lots of restaurant choices, water stations, free WiFi and a decent sized beach to cool off during the hottest part of the day.In our experience all the staff were very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable.In our party we had a 10 year old and an 81 year old and both had a fantastic day.

First the night show was out of this world and I would highly recommend it to everyone. The guide well, all he wanted was to get you in the park as quickly as possible and get you to spend extra money at the main desk. We booked TUI VIP access and were told to put money and cameras etc in the lockers. Don’t get a safety bag at the desk. That way when you get out of the river you have all the stuff you need waiting for you at the top. Buy basic package and add to it on site.

Wij vonden het zonde van ons geld. Je hebt kort tijd om het park te zien. 15.45 verwacht men alweer bij de bus. De activiteiten zijn erg duur en nadat je gegeten hebt kun je alleen aan een loket een drankje halen. Ondanks dat we gewoon wilde betalen mochten we geen restaurant meer in. Ik vind deze excursie niet TUI waardig. Zo positief als ik over de andere excursies ben zo negatief is deze ervaring . Wij hebben nog wel een tour gemaakt met de Adrenaline. Ondanks de TUI korting erg duur .

Great experience! Park is bigger than we expected. There are lots of hidden costs if you want to do the activities but they aren't actually essential (although do get pushed by the guides). There are a couple of pick up times so you can either leave earlier (4pm) or later after the show (9.30pm) all really well coordinated. We did all free stuff and just paid for the "dinner" which was pricey but a tasting menu - made sense once we had it! Xcaret website is useful for knowing what is included!

Awful. Worst experience ever and a complete rip off ! Crowded, over priced, over commercialised, queues for everything. Animals in small enclosures, impossible to snorkel as water was crammed with people, and evening show seating was also over crowded and uncomfortable, bodies packed so close you became coated in other people’s sweat. Cannot imagine anything worse. Waste of money. Nothing worth seeing.

700 pounds for 5 people to essentially see a very basic zoo with a couple of rivers . It cost me an extra 500 pounds for dolphin swimming and sting rays I only got one free meal. Despite being there 9-9, that wasn’t made clear at all The bus home , I was separated from my wife and 2 of my kids and put on the smallest mini bus ever with no air-con It took 2.5 hours to get home as we literally went into the jungle to drop off 2 people and the ride injured my son

The day was too short as we arrived at 10am and told to be back at the coach park for 15:50 for a 16:00 departure, this meant we only saw a small part of the park, basically a walk around mayan village and Avery, then went down a lazy river to the beach, had lunch where I had to pay for my 2nd beer (told we were all inclusive), then did a experience, before rushing back to the coach, only to find we weren’t travelling back on a coach, but an 11 seater minibus with intermittent air conditioning!

The site is amazing, organisation is on par with a 3 year old organising a trip. Multiple busses arrived from the same company, identical decals , identical staff uniforms. And by mind power alone we should know which line to get in , sadly most of us failed our Jedi training so failed in the task. Driver was not happy we didn’t understand his mind control or Spanish so in a rather rude manner pointed to line 2. 3 buses n 30 minutes all say xcerat and we have NO idea which is ours.

At 7am at our hotel we were told we were going to a bus terminal to switch to 2nd bus. At booking we were not told it would be 2 buses. It was stressful finding the 2nd bus & we were put on a bus with Spanish speakers & had to ask the guide to speak English too. The trip there took over 3 hours - Xcaret is 1.5 hours from our hotel. We couldn’t stay for the evening show (our autistic daughter was struggling) & had to take a 4pm bus back to the hotel. We spent more time on buses than in Xcaret!

Firstly our rep gave brilliant advice and said to get the basic package as there a lot to do as you don’t have time to stop to sit down and eat so took snacks with us The rivers were excellent with beautiful under ground caves to see. Adrenaline was fantastic and the 2 staff members were brilliant and got the crowd going Dophjn and shark swimming highly recommend and to finish the day off watch the show was second to none absolutely brilliant. Highly recommended this trip

Very little time to enjoy the park. We actually missed one booked service (drone photos) as we had to rush to catch our 4pm return bus (2nd.option was a 10pm bus). Very crowded too. Lunch ok. Ridiculously overpriced activities. Guide recommended to try everything but failed to inform about time management. We arrived at about 9:30am and only sat for 30mins while we lunched., the rest was spent at activities and rushing through the park. Swimming in the underground river is a must!

Wij zouden worden opgehaald op het resort maar bleken niet op de lijst te staan van de transfer bus. Daar werd aangegeven dat we dan met de 2de bus zouden gaan.45/60min wachten verder geinformeerd bij de receptie en die gaven aan dat er nooit een 2de bus komt dus met de taxi naar het park. Welke we zelf hebben moeten afrekeken. Daarnaar aangekomen bij het park 1uur moeten wachten voor de ze onze boeking gevonden hadden en we naar binnen konden. Met 2 kids en iemand in rolstoel niet heel handig.

Man hat uns 3 Personen insgesamt 210€ für einen 10 Minuten Transfer abgenommen .Ein Taxi hätte 15-20€ gekostet. TUI bereichert sich zu sehr an den Ausflügen! Le guide très compliqué pour s’expliquer pour nous expliquer, on s’est retrouvé lâcher à nous-mêmes sur le parking à payer énormément de choses. En fait la seule chose qu’on a payé c’était juste l’entrée pour marcher sur la terre et faire un tour dans la rivière. Le Buffet, c’est le plus catastrophique que j’ai mangé depuis que je fréquentes les hôtelsdonc ça ne vaut pas le prix malheureusement très déçu.

Xcaret was amazing overall. Our guide Aamir was very informative and told us everything we wanted to know. However we left our hotel at 9am and returned at approximately 11pm as we stayed for the evening show. That’s 14hrs at the park and in the heat with two children. We were very exhausted as it was a very long day. Our confirmation email stated a duration of 8hrs only so we didn’t expect to be back at the hotel for 11pm. This was our only disappointment.

Down points I found were after you paid your entrance the dinner, dolphins, and photos were about an additional £700, when have done the dolphins in many other countries and photos after were around £80 here they were £285. Jättefin park med massa upplevelser. Floden var jätte skön och vid snorklingen såg man massor av fiskar. Såg massor av djur. Maten som ingick var jätte god. Showen var magisk. Overall very good day out for myself and my partner , the park itself is amazing and so much to do but only downfall is the time you get as the park is massive. Definitely worth the experience and we’d recommend to anyone. Evening spectacular show was amazing and the staff are very helpful only downfall is the value for money whilst In the park can be a little bit on the expensive side especially the photos for the dolphins ?? I think we paid 166 USD for 10 photos so expensive. Brilliant day

No idea how long activities takes. Hard to plan your day. Also most attractions worth doing are chargeable, on top of an already expensive day. Not value for money at all. The only benefit was the 50% off some activities by booking with TUI Mexicana however these still felt like fair value as apposed to a saving. Finally, the 2 departure times are trapping. You either have to leave to early and lose value in the park or stay late and be really tired and try to get as much value as possible

The day’s experience was amazing from start to finish. Transport on coach was punctual, comfortable and guides talk about the day ahead was thorough. Lack of translation and no understanding of what we can do on a massive park makes the whole experience a total waste of time and money. The transport it’s was like a bus ride to all the hotels on the way back. We don’t know any Spanish language and our guide he didn’t care to explain more than 5 minutes compared with others quests who they natively spoke Spanish. Also overpriced!

Xcaret is an amazing place with so much to do. Having booked the coral reef snorkelling and Interactive Ray encounter we felt like we could have done with another day just to explore the place! The night time Mexico Spectacular show was wonderful too. We would highly recommend to any family looking for a fun filled day, packed with things to see and do.

We enjoyed the park and the discount that we were given as we booked with TUI. However, we were misinformed about the timings of the day which really affected the experience. We were told the pick was 7am when it was 7.25am. we were also told that we would be home for 8pm, we're not told to make alternative dinner plans which resulting in having to pay for room service as we returned after 10:15pm.

Het was voor ons niet echt duidelijk dat het zo'n groot park was waar heel erg veel te zien was, anders hadden we de buggy voor de kleine mee kunnen nemen en hadden we veel meer kunnen zien en beleven. Van de rit naar het park begon de gids een verhaal in het Spaans en Engels door elkaar te vertellen van 20 minuten, wat uiteindelijk niet meer dan een verkooppraatje was om deel te nemen aan de extra betaalde activiteiten. We werden gedropt aan de poort en succes ermee...

Idac sciezka numery atrakcji nie sa po kolei, skacza. Przy kazdej atrakcji tylko tabliczka co to jest, a moglaby byc informacja o godzinach pokazów- tego brak. Very bad information given on coach and in park. Spent an hour in park trying to get WiFi and download the app so we could get a map as no print outs. Passed on lunch queue was 40 mins. Left on the 4pm bus back as were generally bored and very hot due to lack of shade. Very many people on the 4pm bus had pink bands on and had said the same. Shame as we had 2 great trips with you.None of the points mentioned above advised in the booking conformation. We would like to request a refund please

When we booked as it was a full day we’re were under the impression that food was included. To us that meant as it was from 7:am to 9pm - lunch and dinner. We had our buffet lunch and that was lovely but when it came to booking the meal with the show we were told that this would be an additional $180. Even if we had bought lunch the meal with the show wouldn’t have been included. The communication of exactly what is/isn’t included should be made clear before any money changes hands.

The transfer took to long. Pick up was 9.10am but we didn't get to the park for another hour and half. We missed a lot because of this. The show was good but we could understand a lot of it. Some subtitles to songs would help to feel more engaged.

Firstly the tour guide on the bus explained going to Xcreat what we will see dropped us off a the gate and told us to look out for staff in red teashirt of need any help but we did not see any all day. We did not know where the lockers was we asked a member of staff at the park and they said no speak English, we walked round in circles and found them. The showers was cold and outside so had to leave our swim wear on I myself had to go in ladies toilet to get washed and changed they was smelly

Didn’t get to see half the park, followed the arrows to the kids zone which just stopped and left us in an area we were not allowed in, a lot of the park was closed off. Paid for vip which included lunch and a free gift, only restaurant to be found was one Mexican out of an apparent six and gift shop to get free gift could not be found!! Total waste of money and left feeling very disappointed, not a tui rep to be found anywhere!!

The park was amazing. Attractions and show were outstanding especially the evening show. We didn’t do any of the additional activities as there was more than enough the do throughout the day. The staff on the park were helpful and no pressure to spend more money with the extra activities. The lockers and transportation of clothes/bags to the end of the river was safe and well organised.

Wir haben den SEA trek und die Delfin Interaktion dazu gebucht, beides hat sich sehr gelohnt. Der Park ist wirklich sehr groß und durch die zwei Zeit-gebundenen Termine haben wir vermutlich viel im Park verpasst. Man kann halt nicht alles erleben, wenn möglich sollte man also so früh wie möglich kommen :) die Show war atemberaubend - wirklich weiterzuempfehlen! Es gab überall Spinde und locker, insgesamt haben wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Alles war komplett durch organisiert, es lief alles super

Overall the staff did amazing however we found it very overpriced for what it was and ended up leaving early. There was hardly any fish whilst snorkelling and all the bits that looked really good were extra on top. I wouldn’t do it again but I can see why this would be great as an easy family activity as there are lots of animals to look at but personally wasn’t our favourite.

Due to the weather conditions no sea activities were allowed. Apart from this the experience was fantastic, especially the underground river, the aviary and the evening show which was world class. The included lunch at our chosen restaurant was excellent and the waiting staff were very attentive. The transport in both directions was well organised too.

It sounds quite expensive but you get so much for your money. The transfers to and from the park are straightforward and lots of people on hand to help to find you the correct bus. The park itself is beautiful, so much to see and do all day long. Amazing animals and so many activities to try. Lots of activities to do at an extra cost too if desired. I guess the only downside is its a really really long day when staying to watch the show as well, but the show is amazing.

We enjoyed the sanctuaries and the fresh water rivers are marvelous. The grounds are beautiful and easy to follow the routes with the colored stones on the ground to get to place to place. I would have liked a paper map to be provided as the internet on phones are not always reliable and I had a hard time getting the Xcaret app on my phone. I prefer a hard paper map to be able to follow to know the park better. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the Xcaret Spectacular! It is beautiful!

Xcerat its self is an amazing place with lots to do, the problem for us is we didnt get picked up till late and didnt get into the park till 11 and if your doing the night show is not enough time to see everything unless you run round, think we sore 60% of the park and did 1 activity in there

Tour guide on the journey there very friendly and informative. When you get there, the rivers are amazing and the lunch is great 2 downsides for me is you cannot leave before 4 pm which is fine if you like walking around in the boiling heat or don’t get sick yourself, but if you need to come back before 4, you won’t be able to Another thing that is not good is it takes three hours to get there and 2 1/2 hours back on a boiling hot Coach with no air-conditioning

We asked for a recommended trip for myself and my 70 year old mother. Walking around for 10 hours in extreme temperatures was the worst recommendation ever. She was exhausted and could hardly stand by the end of the day! No explanation of the colour coded route around the park. The show was nothing spectacular as promised and the recommend meal at extra cost was inedible and extremely over priced. Overall the trip was not worth the extortionate price we were charged and we would never go back.

Loved the underground swim only bad points were not realising about using the belongings bags to get shoes at the other end - husband had a long walk back to the lockers shoeless, and the actual final 10 yards of the swim was full of debris and nothing there to say you were at the end where as earlier in the swim there was a lovely “photo” section. Food at the restaurant was outstanding and all the staff friendly. Mexico show was amazing and we loved watching the turtles & sharks.

Eine tolle Anlage und die Abendshow war wirklich super. Der Fluss und Das Schnorchel waren auch toll, noch besser auch wenn und da schon zu viel los war. Die Gehege für die Tiere sind aber teilweise etwas zu klein geraten, da sollte man nachbessern. Das inkludiert essen war lecker und es gab reichlich Auswahl bei guter Bedienung und Mariachi Musik

This is possibly my favourite excursion in Mexico to date the park is absolutely amazing. It’s laid out perfectly. There is lots to do for everybody. Fabulous day. Out highly recommend to anybody. Consider considering this as an excursion.

It was an enjoyable experience the transport picked us up on time. We paid for the whole day and stayed for the show. The park is set in lovely grounds, wear comfortable shoes there is a lot of walking If you have young children and book the whole experience it maybe a long day for them. There were lots of animals it was wonderful to see the monkeys walking amongst the visitors. For the most part it is wheelchair accessible however my grandson said his chair kept slipping on the walkway.

Thought the park in general was very good with lots to see & do, The part that was really disappointing was the time of the bus back & being miss informed by tui! when we booked the tour we where told that the bus would return to the hotel at 6pm & 9.40pm Once on the coach we where told the return time was 4pm which wasn't enough time to see all the park so then had to wait nearly 6 hours for the return coach as out 4 year old daughter was not interested in the evening show’

I think there should be more transfer time options. 4pm is too early especially as you don’t arrive until almost 11am. I think there should be another service at around 6pm for people who do not want to stay and watch the show.

The TUI rep Julian overcharged us for the Xcaret trip. Charged 8,183 pesos for two when advertised for £304 for two people on TUI app. Pick up was almost 1hr late - told to be at reception for 7.25am and did not get picked up until 8.20am. Xcaret part was clean, well organised and very professional, and shame about the service from TUI that hindered the experience.

I thought the day worked out really well the organisation was excellent. We had free time to use as we liked at the park the guide offered to booked any extra optional trips for us, we also had a choice of what time we wanted to leave. We didn't want to do the wet events in the park but there was so much to see and do without getting wet. A quality day out for all ages, also visually a pretty place to visit. Would recommend this trip.

I really enjoyed the 50% off on photo package and the manta rays . Would be nice if more options were offered for a discount since they were offered at the park the day of . Which kind of accelerated our day since they were not pre planned and we could not turn down 50% off other experiences at the park . But, overall the offer was good.

Seeing the reviews at first I was a bit anxious on how the day will go but after speaking with the hotel rep, I felt a bit more at ease and the reviews may be for other packages. VIP package made sure it was stress free. Transfers to and from the park were reliable with a guide (from Xcaret) and driver on board to give you info and if you were a TUI customer explained your package. Buffet was decent and there was plenty of choice. It is a long day so make sure you are prepped for it.

Tui rep did not explain to us that upon arrival at xcaret we would be charged hundreds of dollars for the activities the only thing free was the river swim we paid for the sea walk the staff where rushing people into the sea walk and did not give them time to acclimatise to the cold water and my wife panicked after the helmet went on they did not give her time to compose herself to try again they just wanted to get more people in so we paid 190 dollars and did not receive a refund

We booked the entrance and transport only and booked our own experiences there. It’s an absolutely fabulous day with everything and more you could want ! We won’t forget this trip as it exceeded our expectations, beautiful birds, sealife, beach, Mayan show, evening show… it’s wonderful. We were picked up at 8.05 and stayed till the last bus at 9.40pm.. we loved it. Only downside food is outrageously expensive as we didn’t have it included, so take some with you.

Sugerencia para TUIGROUP , los mail en español para gente que habla en español .. ya que leer o traducir un mail x celular con todas las indicaciones es muy difícil … TODOS SUS REPRESENTANTES EN LOS DIFERENTES HOTELES ME DICE QUE NO ES POSIBLE .. país lleno de latinos donde contratamos sus servicios y ni siquiera tienen un mail traducido al idioma local .. the tour guide who picked us up on the coach Manuel was unfortunately very rude. The entire 2-hour journey was filled with aggressive upselling of additional experiences, such as swimming with stingrays. This left my 8-year-old feeling quite upset when he realised he wouldn’t be able to take part in all these exciting activities. The hard sell from the tour guide really did let the experience down. If the guides focused more on hospitality and less on commission, it would make a big difference.

We thought the xcaret experience over all was super. Some aspects of the day were not explained to us properly. On our tickets downloaded for us by our tui rep was "VIP tour" tickets we thought we had a meal included in the evening show. None of the staff we asked in the park had heard of the VIP tour tickets. We did not get a meal as expected.

We were picked up at 9.40 by the yome we reached the place and were shown whot to do that was 11 so only had enough time for 1 river and butterfly House and birds and something to eat that was it . When we went years before we had taxi at 9 and left at 5 which gave use plenty of time especially if you dont want to stay till 9 at night for the show as already seen it the times need to change for the amount of money you pay it's not worth it

After getting picked up at 9.10am and only being 20 minutes from the park. By the time we picked others up and dropped people off at Explor and the guide talked to us in Spanish and English at the entrance to Excaret we didn’t get into the park until 11.30am.

very long day, leave at 6:50 AM and would have returned by 11;00 PM. we left at the 4;00 PM slot. lots of extra cost which were not brought up until we arrived on site, this is basically an amusement park. we were told it was a cultural experience to learn more about the Mayan civilization.

The only part I did not like was that xcaret did not honor the 50 % discount that we were supposed to get for activities. With TUI we were supposed to get 50 % discount and that was not the case.

Traslado ida e volta no horário, motorista experiente, parque maravilhoso não necessita fazer atividades extras para se divertir ao contrário do que dito pela guia Amélia que insistiu e até foi rude porque não compramos atividades extras. Restaurante Oaxaca com comidas internacionais impecável. Parque é limpo e organizado. O show noturno é imperdível.

The incredibly early start completely ruined this experience. When on holiday, it is completely unfair to find out that you have to wake up at 6am to be able to go on our booked excursion. It was my birthday and I was extremely tired and it ruined the entire experience and we had to leave early and miss the shows and alot of time so we did not get to properly enjoy Xcarat as we should have done. This factor alone ruined my birthday which we travelled to Mexico for so what was the point? Terrible

I enjoyed everything however I was disappointed to miss the butterfly section because it closed at 6pm. Could you please have it open half an hour later so people don’t miss on.

We had a great day and evening here. The river swim was amazing. Loved the photo stations as you go around the river and park creating lots of memories. The restaurant no 20 had a good variety of food and drink. The show on the evening was fabulous

We really enjoyed this excursion swimming in the caves was an unforgettable experience- The buffet lunch was brilliant something for everyone. The evening show was just outstanding well.worth the money.

Too long a day, 9.30am pick up and again 9.40pm. The show was well worth it, but having to walk around the park for the while day in the heat was a bit long for us. Would maybe have only done the show for this reason.

We had a fabulous day trying the various activities. I personally loved the butterflies and birds. We also walked on the sea bed which was amazing. Very tiring but definately wait to see the show at might this was excellent.

Vi valde tyvärr att åka med Tui. Vi fick felinformation om restiden. Tui ska självklart hämta och lämna vid andra hotell. Resan som skulle ta 20 min tog 1tim 30min. Vi anlände till xcaret närmare 11 tiden! 3tim och 30 min efter att de öppnade. Känns som restiden den dagen kunde ha expanderats på bättre sätt. Hemresan var också tung med trött barn. Bussen som skulle avgå 21.30 åkte närmare 22 och vi anlände närmare 23. Hade vart bekvämare med taxi och vi hade fått mer tid på Xcaret för pengarna.

A great day out and we got discount on photos and the show in the evening because we booked with TUI. Useful info: For the river trip\swim, you can put your bag\personal belongings in a bag with a padlock, which you get the key for, and they then transport it to where the river ends. Maybe use a locker for valuables, but it is up to you.

The park was amazing. Only little things were it wasnt too clear in english for instruction on what you need ppe wise for certain activities, and there were only 2 bus times available 4pm and 21:40. We didnt want to stay that late as we had young children but 4 o clock wasnt enough time to take a lot of the activities in, so we paid for a taxi back to the hotel at 6pm. More bus options would have been better but overall we had a great day

Es ist schade, dass viele Aktivitäten im Park extra bezahlt werden müssen, z.B. schwimmen mit Delphinen, Haien und der Sea Trek. Außerdem darf man nur einmal in ein Restaurant essen und trinken am ganzen Tag, auch, wenn man abends noch zur Show geht. Man sollte eine Trinkflasche zum füllen mitbringen, da es überall Wasserstationen gibt. Die Show am Abend ist mega gut. Man sollte genug Zeit für das Mayadorf und die Shows dort einplanen. Sonst ein sehr schönes Erlebnis!

The visit was expensive, but we were chiselled for extras all the time. This left bad taste to what otherwise would have been an excellent day. Tui gave us a special paper bracelet with which we could collect our “Free” present at the excaret gift shop. the gift was a small paperback with cartoons about wildlife, the pressure was on for us to upgrade to an expensive gift. This was just a ploy by tui to get us into the gift shop to buy a stuffed monkey costing about £50. Shame on Tui’

Parc trop touristique et aucun moyen de trouver des infos en français. Plans et infos uniquement en version numérique (espagnol ou anglais). C'est bien de proposer des excursions mais il faudrait fournir les documentations et les recommandations en version française quand il y a aucun guide français. Par contre très beau spectacle en fin de journée. Merci de prendre en considération mes remarques pour les prochains touristes afin d'éviter ces mécontentements. Cordialement Mme deshayes

The day was brilliant Loved the park and the food at the buffet The guide on the way there spoke so fast No one could understand her I know she had to speak in different languages But it was all rushed we just had to keep asking staff in the park questions who were very helpfull Would definitely recommend it tho

What annoyed me was that our reps say it’s a 20 min ride no it’s not we were still in playa car 75 mins from being picked up it was a 90 min ride there also on way back rep tells u 845 collection yea but it don’t leave the park till 945 so ur not getting dinner and we was lucky on return first drop back
