Bezoek de Tower of London, niet als gevangene, maar als gast op deze ervaring. Dit kasteel, dat wordt beschouwd als een vanaf de grootste toeristische attracties vanaf Londen vandaag de dag, was ooit een historisch fort, omgeven door een gracht en bewaakt door wilde dieren. Van tevoren weten:
Houd er rekening mee dat vanaf 2 tot 12 april 2026 de middaguren in de Tower of London niet langer per half uur worden aangeboden. Deze tijdslots zijn vervangen door een all-inclusive slot vanaf 13:00 - 16:30, waardoor bezoekers op elk moment binnen dit venster naar binnen kunnen.
Kom op het door u geselecteerde tijdstip aan. Als je een algemeen toegangskaartje hebt gekocht, is je kaartje de hele dag geldig tijdens de standaard openingstijden. De openingstijden kunnen variëren, controleer dit voor uw bezoek
Concessiekaarten zijn voor jongeren vanaf 16 tot 17 jaar, senioren ouder dan 65 jaar, studenten met een geldig identiteitsbewijs en bezoekers met beperkte mobiliteit.
Dit ticket is geldig voor de geselecteerde datum, in het geval vanaf een ticket met tijdsaanduiding is het geldig voor de geselecteerde datum en tijd.
Houd er rekening mee dat de Yeoman Warder wandeltour beperkt toegankelijk is voor rolstoelgebruikers omdat er 21 treden zijn en geplaveide, ongelijke paden.
Tours kunnen worden aangepast of geannuleerd in slechte weersomstandigheden of om tegemoet te komen aan grote mensenmassa's
Sommige delen vanaf de Yeoman tour kunnen beangstigend zijn voor kleine kinderen, dus ouderlijke discretie wordt aangeraden
Kinderen vanaf vier jaar en jonger krijgen gratis toegang en hebben geen ticket nodig

Tolle Führung vom Yeoman Warder. Viele interessante Gebäude - der Tower ist eine Stadt für sich. Kronjuwelen auch sehr beeindruckend. Ein Tag ist zu kurz um alles zu sehen. Sehr empfehlenswert - ein Must bei einem London-Aufenthalt.

Eerst is het zoeken waar je moet zijn qua verzamelen, je staat met denk echt wel 80-100 man bij de rondleiding, waarbij je de gids bijna niet verstaat omdat er zoveel mensen zijn. Ben uiteindelijk zelf maar gaan rondlopen, ik zou de gids zelf nooit meer boeken.

Die Führung lohnt sich nur, wenn man die Sprache gut versteht. Die einzelnen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind sehr interessant. Man kann sich im Tower gut und gerne einen halben Tag aufhalten.

Yeoman Simon tour was great full of fun and historic knowledge. Did'nt mind queuing for 1hour 45 minutes to the crown jewels which were beyond our expectations. I took my grandchildren aged from 7 to 16 and they absolutely loved the whole day. We went everywhere and saw everything. Brilliant day

Wichtiger Tipp: vor der Yeoman Tour und der Besichtigung des Tower of London - unbedingt die Kronjuwelen zuerst sehen. Beste Zeit 09:30 Uhr, dann hat es nicht so viele Leute und es ist angenehm. Locker um 12:00 Uhr etwas essen und danach die Yeoman Tour machen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Der Tower ist unbedingt sehenswert und ein Muss für alle, die sich für Geschichte interessieren. Negativ zu bewerten ist, dass einfach zu viele Menschen zeitgleich eingelassen werden. Trotz Buchung eines Tickets mit Zeitslot steht man ewig an und vor allem auch innerhalb des Towers wartet man z.B. bei den Kronjuwelen nochmal 90 Minuten in Warteschleifen.

Having lived in London for 13 years I was how much this 'tourist' attraction blew me away. Great guides and lots to learn and see! Really well kept and great facilities. Highly recommend. We stayed for over 4 hours.

We had a great time at the tower of London. The Yeoman guide (I cannot remember his name) was excellent, and told the story of the Tower of London with facts, humor and a deep knowledge of the history. Access to all the exbihits was very well organized, and the descriptions on items and audio media were above average. the staff were very helpful and restooms were clean.

The Yeoman Warder tour at the Tower of London was very entertaining, informative, and simply marvelous! Our Yeoman Warder gave great explanations of history at the various points we walked to around, and in, the Tower of London, and we even had access to a point on the tower grounds where normal guests don't get to go to (where the 3 beheaded Queens are buried). Truly a wonderful time!

Servizio davvero impeccabile, serio e puntuale. Biglietti arrivati immediatamente via mail e alla cassa dell'attrazione nessun problema riscontrato. Ingresso veloce e prioritario con prezzo contenuto rispetto agli standard perché ho usufruito di un buono sconto. Sicuramente riutilizzerò il servizio in futuro!

The 45 minute Yeoman tour is a must. You can see where heads were chopped and queens are buried. The Crown Jewels alone are worth the visit. The armory is also excellent.

The yeoman tour really brought the history to life for us (thanks yeoman Matt Pryme) and is highly recommended as a start to your tour. Make sure to allow ample time to see the plethora of exhibits, especially if young children are involved. Lineups to see the crown jewels can be lengthy, but you can zip right in near the end of the day (e.g. we went in 15 minutes before closing time) and still have time to see them without rushing through. Photos are not allowed inside the jewelry vault, but people ignore the signs and snap away anyway. However, the staff are vigilant about that point so be prepared to be stopped and asked to delete your photos if you don't have the self discipline to respect the rules.

I booked this through musement to avoid queues (there weren't any) but interesting thing is that I had to go to the "group ticket office" with my voucher. I was not aware of that, may be should be written on the voucher to avoid going to the ticket office twice. In times of long queues the group ticket queue maybe shorter, so very important.
