Net ten noorden van Lanzarote's drukke stranden ligt La Graciosa. Een ongerept Canarisch eiland met maar weinig auto's en geen verharde wegen. En de beste manier om het te verkennen is op zee. To be pre warned of the 2hr plus transfer would have been good and relieved some early frustrations. However overall it was a great experience, with sea swimming, snorkelling and kayaking. Paella for lunch would have made the day, instead we had a pasta and sauce dish which was mediocre.

Really enjoyed the overall experience, particularly swimming and kayaking from the catamaran and the scenery. Lunch could have been better, but acceptable for the price of the trip. One of the best booked holiday experiences we have had, helped by the perfect weather!

Es war eine sehr schöner Ausflug und hat Spaß gemacht. Wir haben uns wohl gefühl, aber wir hätten von der Insel gern ein bisschen mehr gesehen. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass nur englisch und französisch gesprochen wurde und wir nicht alles perfektverstandenhabn. Unser Reiseleiterwar aber sehr nett und freundlicher. Das wir nicht die einzigen deutschen Gäste waren, ging es uns nicht alleine so. La Graciosa ist eigentlich viel zu schön um nur drumherum zu fahren

1. Bus kwam veel te laat. Geen probleem voor mij, mits ik wel even geïnformeerd wordt over de vertraging. Ik stond zelfs op het punt zelf naar het punt te rijden waar de ferry zou vertrekken. 2. Gids sprak beroerd slecht Engels. Niet te verstaan. 3. Eten aan boord was heel erg matig.

Lors de mon inscription, on m'avait dit que nous étions susceptibles de voir des dauphins et éventuellement une baleine, que le personnel ferait tout pour que cela se fasse ! A aucun moment, on ne nous en a parlé sur le catamaran... Ce fut une journée très fatigante : trajet en bus d'1H30 pour l'aller et le retour à l'hôtel

Un flop total ! Guide excédé, expéditif, désagréable. Nourriture ??, trop monde (surtout qu’il a plu donc tous au centre), clients irrespectueux (sauter sur filet et renverser vin rouge sur client mais équipage laisse faire. Dégustation rhum/miel qu’à ceux proche du comptoir et pas aux gens sur les extérieurs ou sur les filets. (Pas prévenu) Déposé au port « aller consommer pour l’économie locale » Excursion « tour de la graciosa » alors que c’est qu’un tout petit bout de côte.

Ne correspond pas à ce qui est présenté. 2 heures de bus avant d'arriver au ferry. Il était prévu d'accéder à la plage, et nous avons constaté que cela n'était possible qu'à la nage. Nous sommes donc restés sur le catamaran...Au retour, très déçus par le port où nous avons attendue ferry. Village totalement désert, sans boutique, avec une petite plage sale. Très mauvaise excursion.

Les plus : club à taille humaine. Très propre. Équipe d animation au top. Nourriture variée. Les moins : un peu de grignotage à l apéritif serait appréciable. Et également le reste de la journée (pas de goûter). Et un peu plus de cocktails dans le all inclusive ( premier Club où je vois la pina colada ou les mojitos payants). Tous les specactacles des animateurs au top. Mais celui du prestataire extérieur mexicain show était mou et extrêmement kitch

Belle expérience pour cette sortie en catamaran, nous étions bien encadré par notre guide français et l'équipage, le repas assez simple (Pâtes sauce tomate ??, Bananes mais bon, boissons à volonté, vsoft, vins, bière.... . Dommage pour nous avo^s eu du vent ???? avec des rafales l'après-midi ce qui nous a empêché de profiter des activités, baignade bronzette au soleil. Partis à 9h de l hôtel à playa blanca pour un ferry à 11h30 puis catamaran de 12h à 15h30 C'est un peu court mais à faire??

Guide français pas aimable, à l'humour passif-agressif et aux explications expéditives, ds 3 langues en 3min top chrono = (Cyril? de Biosfera Express ?) a déblatéré ce qu'il devait dire dans la journée et était content de pouvoir rentrer chez lui pour 18h15... Déj mangeable = pâtes sauce tomate, avec ou sans thon, pain blanc, banan. POV =vive le tourisme de masse

Our first booking was cancelled by the company. However, we was offered an alternative date. Pick up transport arrived late and there was some confusion on who was taking us back on the return journey. This was eventually sort between the guide and coach company (we had to take a 2nd bus after a short journey) Overall, the day was good. There could have been a wider food choice on the catamaran.

It was advertised as being 4-8 hours long but it eventually lasted over 10 hours. 4 hours were spent on the coach to and from the port. Far too many pick up points. This was the only downside of an otherwise enjoyable day.

Resan med Katamaranen var en kort bit Bussresan till Orsola var dryg då vi först spenderade 2 tim på att hämta upp resenärer på olika hotell. Hem fick vi resa en minibuss så då var vi hemma tidigare. Står att resa ska ta 4-8 tim men den tog 10,5 Maten var bra tilltagen kanske lite väl enkel

Leider war das Wetter etwas schlecht...die Sonne ?? war am Anfang nicht da...aber zum Glück ist sie noch hinter den Wolken durch gekommen. Leider war es der Guide nur auf Spanisch. Englich und Französisch eingestellt...Deutsch wäre sehr hilfreich gewesen...nicht jeder kann englisch... Aber zum Glück hat es ja geklappt.

Chouette petite île, guide français très agréable, ********** ambiance sur le catamaran, accueillis avec cava et tapas, all in a volonté. Merci au guide qui a aidé mon mari en difficulté sur le kayak! Sécurité assurée! ********** aide pour monter sur le bateau et le zodiak. Point négatif, journée assez longue, mais dépend du lieu de prise en charge. Partis à 9h30 de l'hotel et retour à 19h00. Nous étions à puerto calero,1h30 de car, 2x25 min de ferry, 4h sur le catamaran et retour 1h30 de car

Der Trip hat insgesamt Spaß gemacht, mit ein paar Abstrichen. 45 Minuten Busfahrt und anschließend nochmal 20 Minuten mit der Fähre muss man allerdings in Kauf nehmen, bevor man am Katamaran angekommen ist. Besatzung war freundlich und motiviert. Essen war sehr einfach gehalten, es gab Nudeln mit Tomatensoße. Bier/Wein kann man so viel trinken, wie man will. Der Strand an dem man abgesetzt wurde, war sehr steinig, Schwimmschuhe sind zu empfehlen. Für das Geld könnte man etwas mehr erwarten.

Leider hat man von der Insel selbst nicht allzu viel gesehen. Das war für uns eigentlich der Grund des Ausfluges. Das Schiff war eher ein Partyboot. Es fuhr mit Motor. Die aufgespannten Segel waren nur Show. Insgesamt hätte das auch irgendwo sein können. Allzu charakteristisch war der Ausflug nicht. Spaß gemacht hat er trotzdem. An dem Strand an dem wir gehalten haben wurde mit Kayak und Schnorchel für Unterhaltung gesorgt. Insgesamt ganz gut. Den Charakter der Insel konnten wir nicht einfangen

This trip was the highlight of our holiday! Two words that sum up the day are ‘absolutely fantastic’. From the very start, we felt so welcome and relaxed. Our guide (Cyril) was great - as were all the crew on the ferry & catamaran. They were all so friendly and went out of their way to make it a very special experience. The drinks, canapés and lunch were delicious. We truly felt like millionaires for the day & the surprise rum shots and dancing ended the day perfectly. Thank you so much to all x

-le chauffeur de bus est arrivé avec 25 min de **********, nous n’avions pas été mis au courant. Nous sommes arrivés tous juste pour le départ du ferry, l’arrivée au ferry était un peu chaotique + l’arrêt à la plage pour se baigner, les paysages depuis le bus, le ferry, le catamaran partout. Le nord de Lanzarotte et l’île de la Graciosa sont superbes

Very knowledgeable guide, everyone was helpful and worked hard to make it an enjoyable day. They served fizz & canapés as soon as we boarded, then a decent lunch (cooked on board!) Even got to see dolphins. Coach journey was a bit long, but that couldn't be helped as we were staying at the other end of the island. There is a bit of a walk from the coach to the ferry that was taking us to the catamaran, but they gave plenty of time for that.

The crew and staff of Biosfera who ran the experience were second to none! TUI however were less than useless! Haven’t seen hide nor hair of anyone on the island and have no idea how to contact anyone!!

The only problem we encountered was the return coach journey which took 2 hours to get back to the hotel as the driver kept going around in circles to drop off many passengers before dropping us off. We actually passed IKEA shop 3 times. It should have only taken 1 hour tops.

Toppen tur. Tapas och bubbel när vi kom på katamaranen. Åkte till stranden eller simmade in från båten. Möjligheten att paddla kajak och vattenlek för barnen. Sedan enkelt men väl tilltagen lunch fri dricka hela turen. Lite svårt med alla detaljer, då guiden pratade mest spanska och franska. Engelska var snabbt. Men får ta rygg på någon annan i gruppen, så vi inte missade tiderna för avfärd.

Personligen tycker jag allt var jättebra, men en sak slog mig. Allt var beroende på att man var en rutinerad resenär. Överhuvud taget fanns ingen kontakt med en enda reseledare. Det var dåligt. Inte för oss, men jag tänker på alla ovana resenärer, som har svårt att söka hjälp vid ev behov. Själv har jag rest mycket, så för egen del spelar det ingen roll, men det finns ju fler. Annars var allt helt kanonbra!

Cancellation from operator with limited options of other days They turned up 1hr late collecting us from the hotel which left us calling around almost abandoning the trip However it’s an amazing day and well worth it. Guide rushed the English translation and was a bit rude. We thought we had booked the family trip but it seemed more aimed at a party crowd. No escape from loud music. Food was very basic - dry pasta and a little tuna sauce. Only allowed one limpet!

Had so much fun! The guide was amazing, he fluently spoke 3 languages and was very attentive. In the sea, while swimming underwater I've never seen so many beautiful fish. The crew on board were lovely, they would regularly throw bits of bread in the water to get the fish to swarm in big shoal so you could watch them. If you love swimming, would 100% recommend!

De catamaran zelf was leuk. De gids was erg aardig en de lunch was lekker. De tour ernaartoe duurde alleen erg lang. We zijn in totaal 10,5 uur onderweg geweest (vanuit La Playa Blanca), waarvan we maar 3 uur op de catamaran hebben gezeten. De lange busreis en de ferry haalden het plezier wel uit de dag.

The catamaran sail itself was great. Very windy day but the catamaran coped really well. Lots of room on the boat. Fantastic crew. Great fun and really friendly. Beware the ferry journey from Ortanza to Graciosa. Very choppy crossing which felt like we were in Vikings! Would not recommend for little ones. However, adults with sea legs will have a great day.

THE BUS RIDE TO GET TO THE NORTH TO THE FERRY WAS LONG ----2 HOURS WITH PICK UPS BUT ONCE THERE THE FERRY TRIP, LA GRACIOSA AND THE CATAMARAN CRUISE WERE GREAT FUN. A FRENCH LADY FELL ON THE CRUISE AND FRACTURED HER ARM WHICH PUT A BIT OF A DAMPENER ON THIINGS BUT THE CREW HANDLED THIS VERY WELL.

This was our second trip to La Graciosa (first pre-covid). Although we did not have as much free time on the island as the first time, the trip was excellent. Our Guide was informative and really on top of health and safety especially in relation to mask wearing so we felt safe at all times. There was a chance to take a boat taxi to the beach or stay on board to relax, swim/snorkel (with own equipment). . The food and drinks on board the catamaran were great. Such a relaxing trip helped by the fantastic weather!

Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Ausflug. Von Lanzarote fährt man mit der Fähre zur Insel und dann geht es auf den Katamaran. Die Crew war sehr freundlich und die Tapas und Getränke super. Zum Mittag gab es Nudeln mit Tomatensoße und Fisch. Für uns völlig ok, wobei man sicher noch leckerer frische Meeresfrüchte auf La Graciosa hätte essen können. Für uns war es insgesamt ein sehr schöner Tag, man konnte das gute Wetter genießen und schön schnorcheln.

Fantastisk båtupplevelse, otroligt vackra vyer och en magisk dag. Däremot är namnet på upplevelsen ”katamaran runt la graciosa”, vi seglade bara fram och tillbaka till en strand. Så namnet stämmer inte riktigt!

Fantastiche ervaring. Je komt aan in een een dorp aan het einde van het eiland. Hier stap je op de ferry naar la Craciosa. De boottocht alleen was al een ervaring zodra je aan wal komt stap je op de zeilboot. Wij hebben een hele mooie en zonnige ervaring gehad. Neem zeker je snorkelset mee!

Leuk personeel. Jammer dat de transfer 40 minuten te laat kwam en we niks te horen kregen. Gelukkig kwamen ze uiteindelijk gewoon en was het verder wel goed geregeld. De lunch wat er bij zat was prima, had iets meer variatie mogen zijn. Wel lang in de bus zitten er naar toe, mar verder leuke tocht

Great trip but far too long on coach transfer and that part was not properly explained on the itinerary

Too many people on the Catamaran, very little space to move around or spread out. Overlooked by crew when welcome drinks were handed round. Dropped off at different location in Matagorda - not familiar with roads so got a little lost getting back to accom.

Das Team war sehr engagiert und unterhaltsam. Die Anfahrt mit dem Bus war mit 90 Minuten zulange. Deshalb einen Stern Abzug.

Very well organized and enjoyable excursion to La Graciosa by coach, ferry and catamaran. Picked up on time and although journey was slow due to number of pickups arrived in good time. Great catamaran trip, with hearty lunch and drinks included. Excellent crew esprcially multilingual MC! Great vfm.

Little time on catamaran. Spent more time on the coach, ferry, beach and in the town. Food was basic. Main meal - pasta with sauce - no meat or little tuna.Tapas was 2cm piece of melon, half a salad potato in garlic oil, thin slice of baguette, thin slice of cheese/tomato and a limpet. Helpful staf

Good value for money catamaran trip. Well organised from the ferry to the catamaran. Nice trip around the bay with a stop off at a quiet beach followed by a nice lunch. The guide was very good. The only downside was having to pick people up from other resorts meaning the transfer to Orzola was long

Beaucoup de car et de ferry pour une petite navigation en catamaran et 1/2 heure sur l'île de la Graciosa. Excursion longue et peu d'intérêt.

De transfer bus was dik een half uur te laat en hebben wij 50 minuten staan wachten. Verder was de trip super leuk en zeker een aanrader.

Deze activiteit was heel goed na een verlaat begin. Bus was 45 minuten te laat maar daarna ging alles prima. Jammer is dat TUI onbereikbaar was. Maar de zeiltocht en begeleiding van de Spaanse dame en rest personeel zeer goed.

The coach journey to the ferry was 45 minutes which was a bit too long. The catamaran was fab but I did think there could have been a longer stop at the beach. The lunch was really nice and plenty of it. Just the coach trip let it down really.

Leuke, goed verzorgde excursie naar la Graciosa met meer dan genoeg tijd om te kayaken en te snorkelen.

Das Timing innerhalb des Ausflugs war perfekt. Das Mittagessen war geschmacklich hervorragend. Das Kanufahren sollte als "Extra" beim Strand- und Badeaufenthalt beibehalten werden. :-) Beeindruckend war das Wasser-, Landschafts- und Luftfarbspiel..... Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Overall it was a good excursion, good value for the price. I wish we spent more time sailing and exploring the beaches, overall it was only around 3.5 hours, while the rest of the time we spent it on transfers/waiting
