What to expect
Je avontuur begint wanneer je ervaren gids je 's ochtends ophaalt in een comfortabele minibus om de beroemde Golden Circle te verkennen.
Je begint in het geothermische gebied Geysir met honderden kleurrijke warmwaterbronnen en twee geisers (uitbarstende warmwaterbronnen). Een daarvan wordt "Geysir" genoemd, die zijn naam heeft gegeven aan alle geisers ter wereld. Tegenwoordig barst het echter zelden uit. De andere geiser wordt "Strokkur" genoemd en barst om de 5 minuten tot 40 meter uit.
Ga vooruit naar Gullfoss Waterfall, het smeltwater van de op een na grootste gletsjer van IJsland, Langjökull, valt in een diepe kloof die de majestueuze "Golden Falls"...
