There is nothing bad it was all amazing thanks to our server Ardem( sorry not sure of the name) and to calamar who made the experience worth it all absaloutely loved it when h the 2 boats come together and the show was great, staff were amazing with everyone. This boat has been my fave out thing I have done on my 2 week stay in Mexico can’t wait to return next may.

Was good just we were too old i think for it, staff were fantastic, transport was great, never went without a drink, drink and food included waa good just more for up to mid 20's although loads more ovee mt ahe of 41 there enjoying it. Just personal preference I felt too old for it

We upgraded to VIP bottle service which was an extra $90. When we first arrived on the ship it felt a little penned in. A bit like sardines. So we paid extra to move to the balcony of the ship and from there the experience was great.

Great time had by all , only problem we had pick up at moon palace and had to wait in taxi, trip took 1 hour and 20 mins when we were told 40 mins but we all had a great time would highly recommend

Booked adults only and was half children on the cruise. Booked Surf and Turf, they then sent us to cold buffet, 2 drinks served, when Captain Hook realised most people were Mexican, stopped translating. Awful experience and dissatisfied, awaiting TUI response to our complaint

The experience overall was ok but very different from TUI trips on previous holidays. We was the only English people on the boat with the majority being Mexicans. This wouldn’t have been a problem to us on its own but the majority of the show was in Spanish which was a problem! There was no mention within the listing that to sit at a table with a chair (rather than a stool) you need to upgrade on the day at a cost of £75 - £150. Our host (Charlie) was excellent though.

Great activity! More aimed at families than couples, our kids absolutely loved it especially the pirate fight! The food was better than expected and definitely worth ordering the upgrade to steak. Well organised staff and very friendly, couldn't do enough to help (But kept mentioning tips throughout). Only thing to be mindful of is when we arrived we got put in a queue to pay a $20 each surcharge and show ID, when we got to the front they didn't charge us this as we booked through TUI.

It was all in Spanish/mexican so we didn’t know what was going on for most of the time which ruined it for us. Someone also cut in front of me in the line checking in and staff were told but nothing was done about it. All in all disappointing and feel we wasted our money on this unfortunately The food was good and drinks were served often but other than that we didn’t know what was going on as not aimed towards the English

Staff spoke mainly Spanish ( they did speak some English ) but mainly Spanish. Seating was so crammed and uncomfortable. We had no idea what was going on or what was being said. We asked for soft drinks a few times but the staff were more interesting in dishing out alcohol and getting tips. It was basically one big mess with no structure , just cram as many people in to get as much money and tips as they could.

What a waist of time and money. Sitting us on the most uncomfortable bench with no table to put our drinks on so we were holding it all the time, while people's drinks from above dripped in me. Every time the waiter needed to go past (which was a lot) we had to move to the side as we were in the way making our seating even more uncomfortable. The food was cold and the steak was cheap and nasty and bearly eatable. The staff was rude apart from one who was lovely. Worse night of my holiday

Short transfer from our hotel. Once got to the entrance, found the communication and guidance a bit poor. Not very helpful. Once on the ship.... Absolutely outstanding ?? ?? Staff very friendly and always wanting to be helpful. Show was brilliant, cast and crew very entertaining Loved every bit of it. Food very tasty. Recommended it ??

Funeral filled action packed party boat. The staff were friendly and worked hard. The food was good and the transportation was on time on the outbound journey and sitting waiting as the show finished for the return journey. The only thing that wasn't quite up to standard was the drinks. The local brands could have been better. That aside we had a good time and I would recommend to others.

Really poor trip overall. It was chaotic when the transfer dropped us off. They said I needed ID for my tickets which I didn't know about. Eventually they let me through. Over an hour wait afet that in the sun to get on the ship. Poor seating arrangements, the four of us we on tiny stools that were uncomfortable and my two 5 year olds kept falling off. Queuing for food took ages despite pre ordering and seating arrangements unpractical. Eventually got back and had to wait over an hour for taxi.

The whole experience was overall an entertaining night, however the show probably goes on 1 hour longer than it needs too. Food on ship was very good considering the amount of people to accommodate but the beer which was served was flat, had ice in it and generally undrinkable. There was confusion over pick up times from hotel which didn't get the trip off to a good start.

Food was not what expected to what had paid for garlic bread was rock hard couldn't taste garlic looked like it had been cooked hrs meat was flashed on fire grill like was re heated flashed cooked I had 1 scoop of mash that was bare able so portion size not good at all wouldn't risk the pasta etc didn't look fresh

Our transfer to the boat was a nightmare changed 3 times then vehicle was dangerous as was the driver we actually said we would get a taxi back at 250 dollars rather than come back with him, but different experience on the return, but actually ship was great fab experience all round

I was one of the furthest away hotels from Cancun, so the trip estimate time was way out and the transfer was very long. Some confusion at one of the hotels, as the guests had the wrong collection time and didn't get on I don't think, but we wasted half an hour waiting for them. The boat trip itself though was great fun and well organised.

Excellent trip. One of the best excursions I have been on. Transport was good,to and from the venue, reception good, safety instructions good, show and food excellent. Service whilst on the ship very good, we were properly looked after and we'll entertained. Would definitely go back again.

Transfer there was quite long as we spent a while waiting for other guests outside a hotel. However, once we arrived it was definitely worth it. On board the captain and the girls interacted well with the guests. We were given drinks whenever our cups were empty including margaritas and pina coladas. There was a good selection of tasty food which we ate in the galley. My youngest daughter liked it in the galley as it was quieter for her. We enjoyed dancing on the deck.

Overall the trip was very good .The pick up in a taxi and drop back off was great .The food very good and the show entertaining. The only thing we didn't like was standing in the blazing sun for 30 mins to board the ship .

Was recommended by your Tui rep as was looking for disabled friendly options. I did question that it was probably for families as it was just me and my husband. Was told we would enjoy it and it was good. Unfortunately we did not enjoy it and 4 hrs long, it was painstaking. We lost 4 hours of our time, we could of enjoyed else where.

We thought it was oversold. As a result it was way too crammed. Through no fault of ours we were the last people to board. As a result there were no seats left for us and instead we were squeezed onto plastic stools at the back corner. We couldn’t see a thing other than the backs of other tourists heads.

Our transfer to the boat our pick up up time was far to early we arrived 2 hrs before sail time and check in was not open for another 45 mins with no seating area and shade, then once check in opened we were only second or third in que and still spent another 20/30 mins checking in, the staff on the boat were first class but trip is definitely for kids and most of the talking was in Spanish

What I didn’t enjoy was a lot of it was in Spanish which others understood and it felt very one sided in that respect. I didn’t understand a lot of what was going on and very little English. Apart from that it was good and food, service was excellent

Really fun, really good for kids. Food was decent, above expectations. But they came round demanding tips twice and then again as you left the ship. Drinks were brought out without asking what we wanted and couldn't swap between alcohol/non. Entertainment was mixed, some parts really good, some parts school disco. Still a good laugh.

the experience once we got to port was fantastic. All the crew on the ship were brilliant. Food great drinks continually being served. The transfer from the hotel to the ship was not good. A trip from Riviera Maya to Cancun is 1 1/2 hours drive it took over 3 hours. We stopped at two other hotels and the people were not there instead of phoning immediately the driver waited 20 mins before trying to contact them. He then stopped for fuel on the way taking up another 15 mins

The driver had our names, took us to the incorrect trip. Phoned another driver, police checkpoint were not letting us through. When we eventually got through the checkpoint he drove like a rally driver to catch up with the correct bus. Quite frightening for the child we had with us.

The tui rep wasn't there. A man in a minibus collected us. He was nice but didn't speak English. The journey took over 2hrs because we stopped 4 times to pick others up. When we got there we were left to find our own way, no tui rep! The experience on the boat was fantastic highly recommended. On leaving no tui rep we had to find our own way. Found a mini bus a short distance away and he took us back, 3 hrs because of other drop offs. An experience described as 4hrs by tui took 10hrs

Long transfer time, left the hotel at 3pm and did not board until 6pm. TIP focused servers. No AC in the bus, 34degress too. Great fun once on board and food was amazing too.

Love this and not the first time I’ve done it. It is busy on the boat but drinks are regular. There is a port tax but that is explained at booking, we didn’t have to pay for some reason, they said it was included. Long transfer from Príncipe Coba. Show is funny and flows, 6 yr old was a bit bored at times. Battle at the end is fantastic. Lasts around 3-4 hrs inc. food.

We really enjoyed the show but would say that it wasn’t very suitable for very young children. There wasn’t enough English translation so we were a little confused about what was going on some of the time. Overall, a really enjoyable evening with great service and food.

You get packed on the ship like sardines unless you buy a drink package where you get to sit upstairs. however it's run like clockwork, our server Leonardo got us drinks almost as soon as we sat down and they flowed all night. The show is in both Spanish and English. At times it was hard to hear what was being said but despite this we could follow what was going on. Food was good and plenty of it. Fight scenes on the 3 ships were well organised and the party on the way back was great fun.

The Captain Hook team were very very entertaining, with interaction pretty much the entire 3hrs of the trip. The battle scene was really good between the boats. Our only issue was not being able to choose adult food separate from the child’s food. Also, the mini bus turned up with 2 less seats than there were passengers going. Otherwise, really worth a go !

Der Ausflug verspricht eine Tour auf einem Piratenschiff mit Show und Spaß. Das Schiff liegt allerdings im Hafen und fährt nicht auf See! Zudem gleicht es eher einem Piraten-Partyboot. Bereits nach kurzer Zeit (20 Minuten) wurden Trinkspiele (Bier/Tequila-Wetttrinken) gespielt. Eine wirkliche Piratenshow gab es bis auf die ersten 20 und zwischendrin 15 Minuten nicht wirklich. Das Essen war sehr gut! Leuten, die Party machen wollen zu empfehlen, aber nicht ansprechend für kleine Kinder...

This event was so fun! We went as a couple but I’d say this event is great for all ages both families with children to couples… everyone! We had a great waiter who came and brought us new drinks like every 2 minutes so we got our money worth for sure! The show is really good to watch and I loved that it was interactive getting everyone involved too. Great experience and would definitely recommend!
