The views are amazing and the water is fresh and beautiful. The buggy’s and rafting were both enjoyable. However, there was no 4x4 tour which was also advertised as an off-road adventure. We were taken around in an old Ford transit van which actually had holes in the floor (I took photos) with no seat belts. The zip lines did not feel safe whatsoever. When you take off on the first one all you can see is an immense amount of litter in the form of alcohol bottle crates which ruins the area.

Wir wurden nicht informiert das die Tour ausfällt . 07:00 Uhr sollten wir abgeholt werden . Wir standen um 06:45 Uhr zur Abholung bereit . Bis jetzt keine Information. Sehr Schade , ans Telefon ist auch keiner gegangen, wir haben es mehrfach mit den Mitarbeitern im Hotel probiert.

Sehr einfache Abwicklung. Bei Fragen stand uns der Guide schon im Vorfeld per WhatsApp zur Seite. Abholung vom Hotel lief reibungslos. Die Tour selber war echt gut. ???? klare Empfehlung, auch mit jüngeren Kindern. Unser Guide „Mario“ war einfach klasse ????. Worauf man die Leute nur im Vorfeld hinweisen sollte, das es ein Fotografen gibt und man die Bilder kaufen kann. Dank Mario, haben wir sie im Nachgang noch bekommen. Allein für die Leute würde ich gerne 11 von 10 Sternen geben.

Einfach Genial, eines der besten TUI Erlebnisse die ich je hatte. Ich war mit meiner Tochter 12 Jahre, bei diesem Ausflug. Wir hatten zunächst gebucht weil der Mix echt toll klang. Dann hatten wir einige negative Bewertungen gelesen, die uns verunsichert haben. Was wir aber ziemlich schnell merkten war das es absolut nicht nachvollziehbar ist wie man hier etwas negatives sagen kann. Von A-Z alles einfach Genial, absolut weiterzuempfehlen!

This was a very difficult day for us. There was no tui rep, no English rep. A Anex rep met us and hardly spoke English then spoke for the whole journey in Russian, when confronted to help us understand she said she is giving local information which she can only give in Russian. We started to feel very unsafe at this point. Travelling with two kids on my own this was not ok. Once we got to the attraction. Everything was in Russian and my daughter started to get upset as we didn't understand the r

AMAZING experience Being the first time in Turkey it was a really lovely time to spend with new friends . Laughing getting soaked having fun dancing laughing. What a day anyone that is able to do this do it!!!!!! Thankyou so much again Team Mario :)

So, the positive is that you definitely get your moneys worth as a lot packed in a day, which can be viewed as both positive or negative. Not a lot of the staff spoke English, which impacted the whole day. English speakers, spent majority of the day not knowing what was going on. No idea on instructions being given. Not much knowledge of the health and safety aspect because of that. Just a state of complete confusion, and feeling disregarded as there was there was barely any interaction.

The day was very good, we were in Mario group and our tour guide was very good (joeseph) the buggies were very good and being able to swap was good, the rafting was very fun. The only downside I could think of was as we are English speakers our transfer did not speak English which made it difficult to understand what was being said, it apart from that I was a very good experience.

Really good excursions, really good value for money and the guy who took us for the day was really cool, me and my family had such a great time. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting.

Waited outside my hotel for 1 hour - told I'm booked for tomorrow (they booked the wrong date) - left me behind at one of the activity sites (not head counting before leaving). Told me to put my cap in the staff cabin and then somebody took it.... Pretty shabby overall

The transport there and back was dreadful. You really need to vet these companies much better. He was going too fast, overtaking in dubious places but the worst bit was coming home when the driver was falling asleep and we were blasted by other drivers for him wandering into other lanes. If I had of known it wasn’t a Tui bus with a guide I may not have booked this.

Guter netter Fahrer auch sehr unterhaltsamer Guido namens Camus Mario sehr nett hilfsbereit lustig Man könnte eventuell 1 -2 Flaschen Wasser zum essen anbieten ansonsten war es ein traumerlebnis mit dem Veranstalter

De reis er naar toe en de terugreis was zeer slecht. Bus chauffeur neemt op de heen reis een pauze om uitgebreid te kunnen eten. Op de terug reis hebben we 1,5 uur extra moeten wachten tot de andere groepen terug waren. Verder zijn we als eerste opgehaald en als laatste weer af gezet bij het hotel. Voor een 4 uur durende activiteit ben je 9 uur weg.

Das war einfach nur klasse , die Jeep Tour fand ich klasse weil der Fahrer da richtig Gas gegeben hat und man da drin auch stehen durfte , die buggy Tour war auch sehr schön und lange , Rafting hatte mir auch sehr gefallen da wurde man richtig nass aber auch anstrengend auf Dauer das paddeln

TUI need to review the safety of this activity from pick up we were transported in a vehicle is faulty seatbelts, a speeding driver and air conditioning that didn’t seem to work. This is significant safety risk. This continues at the activity site where we were being piled into vehicles too many people for the size of the vehicle which could have sustained fatal injuries should an accident have occurred

Leider ist diese Ausflug nur Massenabfertigung von Touristen. Man wird eingeteilt und von Station zu Station geschickt. Hier bleibt das persönliche komplett auf der Strecke. Fotos und Videos finden in jeder Gruppe gleich statt, wie in einer Endlosschleife. Den Ausflug kann man nicht weiterempfehlen.

Wartezeiten zwischen den Aktivitäten waren zu lange. Ausrüstung (Neopren, etc) wird zwar vor Ort zur Verfügung gestellt, allerdings ist dies alles extra zu bezahlen vor Ort. Viele Kosten zusätzlich! Man wird im Vorfeld nicht darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass ein Ersatzkleidung gut wäre. Aufdringliche

Ansich war es ein toller Ausflug! Leider fehlte die Information, das man am besten festeres Schuhwerk, eine Sonnenbrille und ein Buff oder ähnliches als Mundschutz benötig. All dies konnte man aber gegen Aufpreis erweben. störend war das man oft Pause machte und dort wieder essen und trinken kaufen sollte. Die jeeptour war kurz aber das Rafting super. Buggyfahrt war gut aber aus Sicherheitstechnischengründen durfte man nicht sehr schnell fahren. Aber trotzdem war das Preisleistungangebot gut.

Abholservice war eine halbe Stunde zu spät als angegeben. Es wurde kaum deutsch gesprochen. Organisation schlecht- sehr chaotisch. Zipline ist ein Witz. Mittagessen trocken. Zu viel Zeit zwischen den einzelnen Stationen. Rafting viel zu lang. Guide war aufdringlich. Im Bus mussten wir über eine Stunde auf die anderen warten, da wir am Anfang von unserer Gruppe getrennt wurden. Ausflug hat insgesamt 10 Stunden gedauert, was nicht angegeben ist.

This trip is fantastic value for money and an amazing day for families. We had myself, my wife, 15 and 11 year old, each one of us loved the whole experience and each activity was of a good length, the rafting and karting were particular highlights

Es wird als Halbtagestour angeboten, wir waren 13 Stunden unterwegs und haben knapp das Abendessen verpasst! Leider ist unser Hotel auch etwas außerhalb , der Fahrer von Bus war auch sehr unfreundlich. Ebenfalls unfreundlich der russischsprachige Guide, der uns Deutsche etwas von herab behandelt hat! Immer und überall wartezeiten, die Tour war ca um 17:00 Uhr zu Ende , wir mussten auf den Rest der Gruppe warten bis 18:00 Uhr und waren selbst um 21:30 Uhr beim Hotel zurück ! (Von 7:50 Uhr morg.)

Die Safari fand ich ein bisschen unnötig man ist ca 1 Stunde gefahren um an einem Canyon für 15 min Fotos machen um dann 1 Stunde wieder zurück zufahren das Essen war kalt. Der Rest war aber top hat ich würde es immer wieder machen und auch weiterempfehlen

Fantastic day out, excellent value for money

We had a great day starting with rafting which exceeded my expectations massively. Then onto the off road buggies which was also great fun. Lunch was provided and the food was good followed by a 15km drive out to a stunning canyon high in the mountains. I highly recommend this excursion.

Had a fantastic time. Safah looked after us throughout the whole experience and went above and beyond to ensure my granddaughter Francesca had the best time. Would definitely recommend this experience

Das einzige was wir empfehlen können ist die Rafting Tour. Der Rest war nur Abfertigung. Mittagessen bestand aus Salat, Nudeln ,Brot und 1 Hänchenspieß pro Person. Nachschlag gab es nicht.

Me and my boys ages 7 and 10 really had fun and a good time at toros outdoors. They made sure each of us had a good time and a turn, it was safe, fun and very beautiful scenery of all the mountains behind. The food cooked was light but healthy and enough for an adventuring day. The rafting and the two lads who took us on there were really accommodating and made sure my youngest was very safe over the bumpy parts. He held onto my son to make sure he didn’t fall in. 10/10 will come back
