Weet vooraf:
Voer bij het afrekenen het e-mailadres in van de persoon die de pas inwisselt en gebruikt. Deze informatie is vereist om uw pas in te wisselen. Passen zijn persoonlijk en kunnen niet worden overgedragen.
Uw Explorer Pass is 1 jaar geldig vanaf de aankoopdatum
Na je aankoop ontvang je een digitale pas met een unieke QR-code (en instructies voor toegang tot de Go City-app). Toon deze vanaf je mobiele apparaat bij de door jou geselecteerde attracties. Een medewerker scant de code op de pas van elke reiziger en geeft je toegang.
Let op: een bezoek aan het Empire State Building moet vooraf worden gereserveerd (volg de instructies in de app) en het is niet mogelijk om met uw pas een tijdslot bij zonsondergang te reserveren. We raden u aan een avondtijdslot te boeken om te genieten van een adembenemend uitzicht op de stadslichten van Manhattan bij nacht.
De lijst met attracties kan op elk moment zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving worden gewijzigd. Voor sommige attracties is een reservering vereist of ze zijn mogelijk tijdelijk niet beschikbaar. Controleer de betreffende attractie in de Go City-app voor actuele informatie over het toegangsbeleid, de openingstijden en speciale instructies voor toegang voordat u vertrekt.

Pass an den Attraktionen mit der GoCity-App auf dem Smartphone funktioniert super einfach. Zur Sicherheit hatte ich den Pass in ausgedruckter Form mit großem QR-Code mitgenommen. Mit dem ausgedruckten Pass funktionierte das Scannen aber überhaupt nicht.

Durch den Pass konnten wir einiges an Geld sparen und das gute war es ist recht handlich von der Bedienung her. Pass käuflich erwerben, App runter laden, die Pässe aktivieren und fertig. An den einzelnen Attraktionen dann den Pass Einscannen lassen und fertig.

Great selection of experiences and definitely worth it if planning a few days in NYC wanting to do all the big sights. Need to be sure to book slots for some activities - not time effficient having to physically go to the sight to get given a time slot rather than being able to book online.

Die Beschreibungen in der App: Sehr gut. Einzig: Weil man fast bei keiner Attraktion die Besuchszeiten im Vorfeld auswählen kann bei Pass-Benutzung,, wäre es schwierig gewesen die Pläne einzuhalten, wenn die Stadt voller gewesen wäre.

Op sommige plekken hoef je niet in de rij voor een kaartje te gaan staan, op andere plekken wel. Als het kan, reserveer dan ruim vantevoren een plek. Dit kan niet overal maar doe het daar waar het wel kan, het scheelt je enorm veel tijd.

We came in everywhere we wanted. But, you have to realise that you have to queue everywhere, because you don't buy tickets directly, but book the option on it and so no direct time window. Except for the Empire State, it was possible to book only one time slot.

Two reasons:
1 the information about the Statue of Liberty trip is wrong - no pre-booking is necessary. From your links, we got messages that the passes couldn’t be redeemed. We got no response when asking via the WhatsApp link on your app.
2. We couldn’t see how many passes we had redeemed.

Easy to download the QR code and scan at all our attractions. Whether we were lucky or not, but we didn’t queue for more than 10mins for any of the top attractions we went to. Not only saved us a lot of money, but for ease of use I would highly recommend (and already have done!).
