Having used the service last year, we couldn't fault it, so decided to use the service again this year, however, we were not met when we stepped off the coach and had to go to the information desk where we were advised that they didn't have receipt of our booking. The TUI member of staff did stay with us the whole time whilst it was sorted, but the airport hadn't received instruction. It was however rectified and we were able to use the facilities that we paid for.
