Not allowed:
Tattoos are not allowed into Japanese hot springs. If your tattoo is smaller than a palm and there's only one, you may cover it with a tattoo sticker. However, if the tattoo is large, entry into Japanese hot springs is not permitted
Know in advance:
Please choose your preferred designated meeting point by filling out Additional comments field while booking: Tokyo Station or Shinjuku station. There's no hotel pick-up service provided
The night before your trip, you will receive an email regarding important information, such as the phone number of the tour guide and the license plate number of the car. Please make sure that your email and mobile phone can be reached
During winter, it is not possible to go to Mount Fuji 5th Station. From Dec 1th to April 25th of the following year, the tour operator will offer a visit to Arakurayama Sengen Park instead
Due to the traffic congestion during Japanese holidays/on weekends, the return time could be later than 8 p.m. Any extra fees for the driver and guide will be taken care of by the local operator. This may also result in less time at attractions, changes to the itinerary, or cancellations. Please refrain from scheduling any other activities or transport after the tour to avoid potential losses
Each participant can carry one small handbag/backpack. If you need to carry suitcases or large luggage, please make a note when booking, by using the Additional comments field

Sehr toller Ausflug. Reiseleiterin Christie sehr nett und hat viel von der Geschichte Japans erzählt. Viele schöne Zwischenstops. Das einzig negative: Wie in Asien allgemein für Europäer wenig Beinfreiheit im Bus. Etwas beengt.

Unsere Guides Andrew and Ken sind super freundlich, lustig und zuvorkommend. Der Gante Tripp hat wirklich viel Spaß gemacht und kann ich jedem empfehlen. Man fährt mit dem Bus zum Mt.Fuji bis zu 5 Station hoch. Dort hat man 30min sich die Shops anzugucken und danach geht's wieder runter in ein kleines Dorf woman dann auch Mittag bekommt (extra kosten!). Der letzte stop war dann das Outlet oder ein Onsen. :) Mit den Beiden und dem tollen Busfahrer wird der Tag toll.

Unser Guide Andrew war sehr professionell und unterhaltsam. Wir hatten auch Glück und konnten den Mount Fuji bei tollem Wetter sehen.

Great
Laner as a guide was really good and knowledgeable about the trip. I felt that the duration of stoppages were too short to view the mountain and walk around the shops there which had some interesting items, and there was too much of an emphasis on the stop at the shopping centre, which wasn't in our interest at all. The method of finding the correct guide at the meeting point wasn't great either, and it was a bit of a scramble to find the correct person. Apart from that, we did really enjoy.

Had a great experience. Our tour guide was really nice and she accommodated our needs. Helped us get a Private Onsen, which made the experience amazing! Definitely recommend for couples. All the locations are beautiful and great for taking pictures. Amazing site of Mt. Fuji.
