Centinaia di migliaia di ebrei sono stati uccisi nell'ex campo di concentramento dai nazisti durante la seconda guerra mondiale in uno dei più grandi crimini contro l'umanità della storia occidentale.Viaggerai comodamente fino al museo in un minivan con un autista che parla inglese. Poi visiterai con una guida autorizzata il museo, il memoriale e i campi di Auschwitz e Birkenau. Questa parte del tour si svolge nella lingua che scegli durane la prenotazione.

From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The process, from the pick-up to the tour and returning back, was seamless and well-organised. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and clear in their instructions, making the entire journey smooth and enjoyable. Ce lieu est tellement chargé, d'émotions, d'histoires de souffrances. Et pourtant je pense que visiter cet endroit doit être fait une fois pour ne jamais oublier. Chaque pas dans cet endroit est bouleversant et chaque instant nous marchons librement dans un endroit où cette liberté était piétiné.

This was the reason me and the wife wanted to visit poland and it was so interesting and an unreal experience to actually be there. The tour was great value for money , both the camp guide and coach guide were very good with lots of information and spoke great English. Would recommend this to anyone !

Der Bustransfer war hervorragend organisiert, der Leiter der Busfahrt hat uns hervorragend auf die Tour zur und durch die Gedenkstätte Auschwitz-Birkenau vorbereitet und erstklassige und wertvolle historische Informationen gegeben. Unsere Führung durch die beiden Gedenkstätten mit Marianna (englischsprachige Führung) war sehr bewegend und großartig, trotz des eng getakteten Besucherstroms war es sehr einfühlsam und sensibel. The pick up and journey to Auschwitz was great. Pick up point was easy to find. Bus guide and driver were good. Auschwitz was very busy. It was a really moving experience. Unfortunately, we seemed to have a very quiet guide and even with the headphones, she was difficult to understand. I would say that I missed about 70% of what she said which was frustrating. Thankfully, there were many placards to read to get facts but it did leave us a bit annoyed.

Der Ausflug, dessen Organisation von Abholung bis Rückfahrt war sehr gut. Was enttäuschend war, ist, dass wir trotz Buchung einer deutschen Führung uns kurzfristig abgesagt wurde und uns nur eine englische Führung angeboten wurde. Uns blieb keine Wahl, als an der englischen Führung teilzunehmen. Die Reise nach Krakau mit Besuch Auschwitz war seit Monaten gebucht. Eine Absage kam nicht in Frage. Die Führung vor Ort war eher ein Wettrennen zu den Punkten mit sehr sehr vielen anderen Touristen.

Der Guide im Museum war sehr gut. Er hat alles anschaulich und verständlich erklärt und auch Zeit für Fragen eingeräumt. Negativ war, dass keine Zeit eingeräumt wurde, sich im Museumsshop umzusehen und etwas zu kaufen. Wir persönlich hatten Interesse an den Büchern, aber es gab einfach keine Zeit, weil man schnell zum Van zurück musste. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht in Ordnung, da es dasselbe Angebot an anderer Stelle viel kostengünstiger gibt. Haben wir leider zu spät festgestellt. :(

The bus picked exactly where and when said, driver polite courteous and informative. Everything was explained in detail, breaks and how long, the tour, then the return to bus for the transfer to Birkenau. Everything ran smoothly, the guide herself was extremely knowledgeable. Während der Führung wurden Zahlen aneinander gereiht. Weder auf Mengeles Experimente wurde eingegangen noch wurden einzelne Schicksale geschildert. Das war enttäuschend. Gut geklappt hat der Bustransfer von Krakau aus.

Wir hatten die Tour extra auf Deutsch gebucht da wir nicht so gut englisch verstehen. Nun kamm es aber das wir die Tour plötzlich in englisch machen müssten da wir sonst nur das geld erstattet bekommen hätten. Da wir aber extra nach Polen geflogen sind um uns das kz anzuschauen mussten wir leider die Tour in englisch mit machen. Wirklich schade.. Sonst war alles echt super :)

Booked 6 weeks in advance, good communication from company about pick up, change of times by 20 minutes which wasn't an issue, comfortable transfers, helpful driver. The guide was amazing, balanced emotional and practical considerations and created a connection with the events and human experience.

Puntuali ed organizzati al punto di presa stabilito. La guida in italiano è stata eccezionale, molto seria e preparata, mai banale, ha saputo condurre ed interessare anche i miei figli di 11 e 14 anni dando il giusto peso al rispetto che il luogo merita, ma senza severità.

En general muy bien. Unicamente un dia antes nos cancelaron la excursion con guia de habla español y ofrecieron la excursion en ingles o un refund. Tan tarde no hubo margen para maniobrar y contratar con otro proveedor. Pero el personal/guia todos muy amables.

Our guide, Elizabeth, was excellent - knowledgable and friendly. For whatever reason, we did not access the museum at the allotted time slot and had to queue for a long time. This resulted in the end of the tour being cut short, disappointing. More toilet facilities needed for arriving visitors.

After being moved to a later slot for our tour to 11am, we thought it would be okay but from the start of the tour everything felt a bit rushed. we were trying to finish the tour in daylight. Pick up point was easy to find, ten minutes from our hotel, the bus arrived on time, the tour guide John had everyone’s named ticket which he handed out together with clear precise instructions regarding how the trip was to pan out.
Overall excellent organisation which made a really enjoyable day.

Amazing and thought provoking tour. Did at times feel like you were moving too quickly through exhibits without time to ponder. For a 7 hour tour across lunch period, would have been nice to have time to eat between the visit to Aushwitz and Birkenau - maybe extend tour by 30 mins or so

Die Organisation vor Ort in Krakau war mangelhaft. Unsere Begleiterin, ich glaube sie hieß Lena, hatte entweder ihren ersten Tag oder war inkompetent. Der Bus hatte Verspätung, so dass wir kaum Zeit am Ende in Birkenau hatten bevor es schloss. Dafür war unsere Führerin vor Ort Spitze (Berta)
