Great
Shops were excellent a wide variety unfortunately there are lots of steep roads to walk along grateful able body people but for people with disabilities could be quite difficult especially if they’re in a wheelchair

I think for me it would be better to spend more time in Nessebar and cut out the visit to Bourgas, Guides and Driver were excellent , Everything went smoothly. Enjoyed the trip, Just felt would rather have spent more time in beautiful Nessebar.

Poor
Sam Nessebar warto zobaczyc. Opcja Shopping to wycieczka do Burgas. Bylismy tam w niedziele i miasto bylo wymarle- na glównej ulicy pusto, wiekszosc sklepów pozamykana. Moja niska ocena to jednak zasluga autokaru i kierowcy. Jechalismy 2 godziny w upale i duchocie. Podstawiony autokar to zlom, który nie mial prawa przejsc badan technicznych - nie dzialala klimatyzacja, a kierowca biegów losowal bieg, który uda mu sie wrzucic. Na koncu przewodnik poprosil o napiwki na naprawe autokaru!

Lovely day out. Fantastic guide. Lots to see and do in Nessabar. Lovely stop off in Bougas however wish we'd have had a bit more time there as we only had around an hour and half there so couldn't really explore it.

Enjoyed Nessebbar. Was a lovely location. Would of rather stopped there longer or went somewhere a bit more interesting than the shopping centre

Couldn't understand the first guide as not enough English spoken until another rep got on who could. That Wass very nice. The place itself was charming but spent nore time on. The coach than anything else.

Coach driver damaged husbands mobility scooter, I asked Tui rep if ok for electric scooter and was told yes, He ended up in bed the whole next day due to the cobbles on the roads/ paths He ( coach driver) also broke a disabled child’s pushchair, He was not careful with any of our property.
