Visit the crown jewels Kjaran's avenue and Dynjandi by jeep

Experience a ride over Kjaran's avenue. This road is named after its builder who made the road by bulldozer in his spare time. The track is carved into the mountain with on one side the mountain rising above you and on the other side steep cliffs into the ocean.Enjoy a thrilling ride over the avenue towards the beach of Skútabjörg. You will get close to the highest mountain of the Westfjords, Kaldbakur. If the weather allows it you will climb to the top of the mountain to enjoy a beautiful panoramic view.If it is too dangerous you will take another route passing Hrafnseyrarheiði and stop at the magnificent Dynjandi waterfalls reaching up to 100 meters high and 60 meters wide. You can follow the path up to the gorge of the waterfall to see the water tumbling down the depths.
