The palace was great
The tour leader on the coach - just said hello, checked our names and told us the return time pickup.
He failed to tell us that the closing time was earlier - so stood outside in the pouring rain for 45 mins - closing time 5pm
Pick up 545pm - with no shelter was unacceptable

The tour was not worth the vast cost of each ticket. There were so many people at Versailles that it took ages to go round. The bus left ten minutes late from Paris. We didn't have time to walk round the gardens. The bus left Versailles without checking if all the passengers were on the bus.

Die An- und Abfahrt an sich war ganz gut organisiert, auch wenn auf der Rückfahrt die Gruppenzuordnung plötzlich egal war.
Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, wenn auch extrem im Dauerstress.
Was leider gar nicht gut funktioniert hat war die App, auf dem die Audioguide Kommentare gehört werden konnten

Thank you for hosting a fantastic and organised excursion. The customer service was excellent. We booked a half day tour which gave us sufficient time to explore the main state rooms. I would recommend two full days to fully appreciate the whole Versailles estate. We will be using your service again

Buon servizio di trasferimento da Parigi con puntualità di orario. Scarso l’accompagnamento a causa della lingua perché non c’era alcuna persona che sapesse l’italiano ottima comunque la disponibilità delle hostess. Insufficienti le descrizioni dei luoghi sul pullman.

Die Busfahrt war gut organisiert, allerdings wurde man auf dem Weg zum Eingang frühzeitig sich selbst überlassen und musste den richtigen Eingang suchen. Zeitfenster auch sehr knapp für einen entspannten Besuch von Versailles. Ich empfehle dringend den audioguide des Schlosses für Extrageld!! Insgesamt in Ordnung, aber verbesserungsbedürftig.

Die telefonische Buchung lief reibungslos und die Mitarbeiterin war eine große Hilfe, die an Freundlichkeit nicht zu überbieten war. :) Allerdings waren wir sehr enttäuscht vom Audioguide. Wir hatten bei der Buchung großen Wert auf einen deutschen Audioguide gelegt. Den gab es lediglich als App, den man per QR Code herunterladen musste. Der Guide hat nicht nur enorm viel Datenvolumen verschluckt (es gab leider kein WLAN), sondern noch nicht einmal funktioniert, da das Internet zu langsam war.

The palace of Versailles was beautiful inside and in the grounds. There was so much history and culture to absorb. The coach ride wasn’t long and our guide Christina was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a lovely and warm day but I can imagine the palace being equally as lovely in the rain.

Enjoyed the ride to and from Versailles. The self guided tour is very convenient allowing you to go at your own pace. Information from audio guide was very helpful in pointing out highlights. The skip the line feature of this tour offers a great time saving deal.Great experience with this company.
