I biglietti d'ingresso a Venezia, i giri in gondola, i taxi boat e il pranzo non sono inclusi.
Si prega di notare che il passaporto è essenziale. Questa escursione prevede l'attraversamento del confine dalla Croazia all'Italia. Gli ospiti devono inviare all'e-mail di prenotazione, porec.booking@tui.com,when, i seguenti dati: nome e cognome, data di nascita e numero di passaporto.
Venezia ha introdotto una tassa di soggiorno di 5,00 EUR a persona per entrare in città, che deve essere pagata almeno quattro giorni prima della visita, altrimenti sale a 10,00 EUR. Può essere pagata online tramite il sito dell'Ente del Turismo di Venezia.
Finora le date di applicazione della tassa di soggiorno a Venezia nel 2025 sono: tutti i venerdì, sabato e domenica di maggio, giugno e luglio, oltre al 18-30 aprile, giovedì 1 maggio e lunedì 2 giugno.
È obbligatorio pagare questa tassa di soggiorno nelle date prescelte e il mancato pagamento comporterà il rifiuto dell'ingresso a Venezia.
Per questo motivo è necessario attraversare il confine dalla Croazia all'Italia. Per rendere l'operazione il più agevole possibile, vi preghiamo di includere nome e cognome, data di nascita e numero di passaporto di tutti i partecipanti alla prenotazione.
Politica di cancellazione:No show o meno di 24 ore prima della partenza: vi verrà addebitato il 100% del prezzo del biglietto.Tra le 24 e le 48 ore prima della partenza, vi verrà addebitato il 50% del prezzo del biglietto.Tra i 2 e i 14 giorni prima della partenza, vi verrà addebitato il 20% del prezzo del biglietto.Oltre 14 giorni prima della partenza, riceverete un rimborso completo.
A questa esperienza non può essere applicata la nostra politica di cancellazione generale. Se desideri cancellare dovrai farlo entro 48 ore per poter ricevere un rimborso totale

The whole day was just amazing from start to finish. The guides were fantastic and made the trip much more relaxing. They're was nothing not to like about the trip , even though it was a long day and Venice was very very busy.

We loved this trip. It was extremely well organised by Kompass. The package that they offered at 110 euros was worth every penny. We enjoyed the water taxi, the food and the gondola ride. In addition the Kompass guide made the whole visit enjoyable and seamless. Perfect!

The trip was informative and amazing and the opportunity to have the guides arrange the transfers and provide information was helpful. However the toilets on the boat were disgusting and the folding tables needed a good clean. The TUI rep gave us minimal information and informing us about the guided tour which only accepted cash would have been useful.

The whole experience was well organised with excellent service from the guides and staff. We knew what was happening at all times and felt confident about the day. I have nothing negative to say whatsoever. Would highly recommend.

The whole experience was fine. Apart from transport on the way back from port to Hotel did not turn up. We ended up getting USER with other people which cost.

It would be really helpful if you would be a bit clearer that all you’re providing is a bus to pula and a boat to Venice. So it’s in no way good value as you then have to spend a further £120 pp to actually see and do anything.

Overall the trip to Venice was good beautiful city highly recommend doing the trip although it is a very long day at 6 am start and not back till 9:30 pm. The only criticisms we have was the lunch that was included in the package wasn’t great vegan not catered for, conditions on the catamaran crossing to Venice and coming back weren’t very good no ventilation temperature set to high lots of people got sick and a map should be included one per couple rather than charging everybody €5

Prior knowledge that the guided tour is not included. The information about Venice although really helpful was not a guided tour. So the advert and booking details are misleading. There is a lot of upselling on the trip which was really good but also really expensive. We found out after that we could have booked a river taxi for half the price we were charged by the operator of the tour. It would really help to be clearer that the trips total 100 euros per adult for the package.
