Open Kayaking with experienced instructors
Suitable for all levels of experience
Cosa aspettarsi
All rapids cascading down steep mountain gorges, the River Noguera Pallaresa is made for kayaking. This Open Kayaking experience is a fairly technical two-hour course, covering Grade I-IV white waters. You'll hit the waters with highly trained instructors, for great scenery and even better fun.

Minimum age, accompanied by an adult and depending on the river flow, is 16 in spring and 12 in summer
Minimum age unaccompanied is 18

A thermal T-shirt is advisable
Activities start at 09.30, 11:30 or 12:30 – subject to availability, the time will be confirmed by separate email (except the two-hour kayaking activity which is always at 14:45)
Food and drinks not included
Not suitable for guests who can't swim
Bring bathing gear and sunblock
Bring a towel
Children must be supervised by an adult (over 18 years) at all time
