The whole day was incredible from start to finish. Our driver was great and when we reached the falls, we were met by our very friendly and knowledgeable guide. He was such a kind and considerate person who gauged the different needs of some of the people in our group and supported this well.

The guide was very informative and helpful Con:- Dispite it being 30 degrees outside the mini bus did not utilise it's air con. We were aware that there would be climbing on this trip, however the down was far easier than the back up as it consites of several stairs which in parts were quire steep this may need to be included in the tripm advise

Amazing value for money! £15 for the whole day including pick up from the hotel. Extras were 20DM for the boat and 14DM for a traditional tagine lunch. Our guide Abdul was great, and spoke 6 languages. The transfer from Marrakech was 3 hrs on an air-conditioned minibus, & included a comfort stop mid-way. We were also shown how Argan oil is made and fed the Barbary Apes. Trainers are advised as the 100s of steps down (and back up!) are rough and slippery. A long, but very good, day out!

One of the most amazing memories I'll ever have; Our guide was Abdu & he was extremely friendly, accommodating & could converse in 6 different languages! The journey was long, however the views were absolutely breathtaking. For £15 PP I could not complain about anything the experience had to offer. I'd reccomend taking some cash to tip the driver & your guide as they definitely deserve it!

Karim was truly amazing! Did the tour well (in both Spanish and English!) and was friendly. The waterfall was so beautiful (boat trip was only 20 Durham too). Overall, a very wonderful experience.

The Waterfall is a must see. The booking and communication was straightforward. It was such a hot day that lunch was not needed. We did pack some pastry from the hotel. Drinking water was essential but again we brought this from our hotel. The only thing I would say is that wearing trainers and that this is not a trip for anyone with mobility issues...there are approximately 600 step s

Creo que no es la época para hacer esta excursión en verano por la alta temperatura, se pasa muchísimo calor y las cascadas no van muy cargadas, en marzo-abril el caudal es mucho mayor y al no hacer tanto calor, se disfruta más la excursión. El guía,Karim excepcional y comimos tb genial

Un lugar muy bonito y agradable, con algun mono que otro por el recorrido. Lo malo que aunque no lo contratres pues llevas un guia para que te lleve a donde el le de la gana para comer y para el paseo en barca, abdelhaim por ejemplo se queda tu cambio en plan propina sin avisar.

Great excursion, we were picked up on time and then had a half way stop on the way to the waterfalls. Once there we met our tour guide Abdu, he was a great guide, fun, informative! We ate a lovely lunch (vegetarian tagine) with a full view on the waterfalls, all the people were so friendly :)

The trip should have been cancelled. The weather was appalling, it was pouring with rain the entire trip. This made the pathways treacherous, slippery with mud, and wet on top of the already narrow path and steps. The boat trip was abandoned because of the rain. Hot coal buckets were given to warm us up, but this was a dangerous in a small cramped restaurant. The trip was not at all enjoyable and I think it should have been rescheduled due to safety reasons.

Comfortable transfer for the 3 hour journey there and back. Driver could have informed of the us along the way eg. ETA. Tour guide was friendly and informative. At start of the tour it would have been helpful if the guide stated that we had to pay extra for the boat ride and for lunch. When I booked it stated tour and boat ride but I had to pay extra for boat ride when on the tour. This needs to be much clearer when booking. Wonderful experience overall, I would definitely recommend.

Views were spectacular. Definitely need the guide as it would be hard to make your way around by yourself. Takes you to one restaurant for lunch, had four options to choose from. If your vegan bring your own packed lunch.

The guides were brilliant, waterfall well worth a visit and the boat trip was fun. The biggest problem with the trip was that not enough information was given before hand, from memory the advice was to wear sensible footwear, this trip is not suitable for anyone who has any minor mobility issues eg bad knees or hips or who has low level fitness, difficult terrain on the decent to the waterfall and equally difficult ascending the steps.

Paysage impressionnant ! Avec les singes qui font parti du décor, il faut savoir qu'il faut marcher descendre au creux de la cascade et remonter ! Si vous n'avez pas peur vous aurez le droit d'avoir un singe sur vos épaules ! Pour de belles photos souvenirs ! Visite de la cascade en petit radeau !

I am afraid the guide spoilt my trip to the waterfall. Other than the guide the trip was well organised and I have no complaints but he was cocky and arrogant and he humiliated me in front of a group of 40 people!
