Anfangs fande ich die weiten Wege von den verschiedene pools sehr weit. Gerade mit Kindern finde ich das verlassen des Hotels, über eine viel befahrene Straße zum Kinderpool zu gelangen nicht sehr gut. Hotel, Mitarbeiter und Service war aber sehr gut organisiert und hilfsbereit. Da wir ein Kuscheltier verloren hatten ( war wohl bei der Reinigung des Zimmers in der Bettwäsche versteckt) wurde aber wieder an der Rezeption abgegeben und wir hatte es wieder.

Wir haben Palma (Kathedrale) und Valldemossa gebucht. Unser Reiseleiter Juan war sehr unterhaltsam und hat uns interessante Dinge über Mallorca näher gebracht. Wer mehr von Palma erleben möchte sollte nur Palma nehmen, sonst ist der Aufenthalt zu kurz. Wir kannten Palma schon und wollten uns hauptsächlich die Kathedrale ansehen. Der Kurztrip nach Valldemossa war auch ausreichend, wenn man da schon mal war. Alles in allem ein schöner Tag.

Sehr gute und unterhaltsam übermittelte Informationen durch die Tourguides. Auch die Übergabe an andere Tourguides und die Abholung mit dem Bus hat bestens geklappt. Leider ist dann aber ziemlich wenig Zeit, um sich in Palma umsehen zu können (wenn man Valdemossa mit gebucht hat)

Wir wurden pünktlich abgeholt und während der Fahrt von unserem Tourguide über Land und Menschen informiert. Der Einlass an der Kathedrale war reibungslos und danach gab es noch eine kleine Führung bis zum Rathaus. Später gab es viel Zeit zur Erkundung Palmas. Vielen Dank für das tolle Erlebnis.

Die Tour ist 2x einen Abend vor dem Ausflug aus Betrieblichen Gründen storniert worden. Das ist unhöflich und wenig Kunden orientiert. Ich unternehme einen dritten Versuch und kann vielleicht etwas sagen. Lg u.albus

Zunächst, die Ziele Kathedrale von Palma und Valdemossa absolut lohnenswert und für mich so genau die richtige Wahl.Gebucht hatte ich eine Reise auf Deutsch. Abgeholt wurde ich von einer nicht deutsch sprechenden Reiseleitung als einziger Deutscher in einem Bus ausschliesslich französisch sprechender Personen.So erfolgte dann in diesem Bus eine "Dauerbeschallung" durch die Reiseleitung auf französisch.Nicht zumutbar.Daher Bewertung w/Guide negative. Zumindest der Guide vor Ort sprach Deutsch.

Der Guide Juan war sehr freundlich und hat das sehr gut gemacht. Nicht gut gefallen hat mir, dass eine Person an Board des Reisebusses dauernden Reizhusten hatte und offenbar stark erkältet oder gar Corona hatte. Das es nicht einfach ist jemanden von der Tour auszuschließen, kann ich mir gut vorstellen. Aber das stellte natürlich ein Gesundheitsrisiko für alle anderen dar.

Der Abstand der Sitze im Bus ist für größere Menschen eine echte Zumutung. Ich hatte nach der Fahrt ziemliche Knieschmerzen. Der Guide war Klasse, konnte interessant erzählen und war sehr gut informiert. Nervig war, dass das Abholen der anderen Gäste bei der Hinfahrt und der Rückfahrt jeweils eineinhalb Stunden gedauert hat.

Die Rückfahrt von Palma hat 2:15 Std. gedauert. Die Hinfahrt hingegen nur ca. 1:10 Std. Eine so lange Rückfahrt ist mit Kleinkind die reinste Zumutung. Nirgendwo stand bei der Buchung, dass dies der Fall sein kann. Die angegebene Ausflugsdauer von 4-8 Std. wurde so auch deutlich überschritten. Hätten wir diese Info vorab gehabt, hätten wir nie gebucht!

Die Tour durch Palma mit der Besichtigung der Kathedrale war sehr interessant, auch sehr gut geführt von dem Guide. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war die lange Anfahrt von Cala Rajada nach Palma, mit dem einsammeln von weiteren Kunden in unzähligen Hotels! Wir waren letztendlich 2 Stunden pro Weg im Bus unterwegs, was sehr anstrengend war!

Der Ausflug nach Palma hat uns sehr gut gefallen, besonders die Führung durch die Kathedrale und danach der Spaziergang durch die Altstadt. Magdalena, unsere Reiseleiterin hat uns sehr ausführliche Infos und interessante Eindrücke vermittelt. Auch später die Weiterfahrt nach Valdemossa hat sich gelohnt. Juan, unser Reiseleiter hat uns hier viel Interessantes über das Dorf und die Region erzählt. Von einer Aussichtsplattform hatte man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Berge.

Die Zeit ist wie immer etwas knapp, dass ist aber auch zum Teil dem Verkehr geschuldet. Die Betreuung war Super und es hat ja soweit alles geklappt. Der Stadtrundgang in Palma war sehr schön und die Besichtigungen der Cadethrale sehr Interessant.

Die Organisation des Ausfluges war sehr mangelhaft. Die Abholung erfolgte 20 min. Zu spät. Im Bus waren 4 Nationen vertreten und 3 verschiedene Ausflüge. Für die nette Reiseiterin war das eine echte Herausforderung. Für die Ausflugsgäste hat sich der ganze Ausflug durch die 4 Sprachen extrem in die Länge gezogen. In Palma selber wurde die Busgruppe dann in 3 Gruppen aufgeteilt. Jeder Gruppe wurde wurde in 4 Sprachen erklärt wo, wann wie was stattfindet. Für alle Ausflugsgäste extrem anstrengend.

Der Palma-Ausflug mit Kathedrale hat sich total gelohnt. Juan hat uns einen wunderschönen Tag mit vielen Eindrücken und Informationen, Insidern und Anekdoten beschert. Tolles Urlaubserlebnis mit ausreichend Zeit, um sich selbst noch ein wenig in Palmas wunderschöner Altstadt zu verlieren. Würden wir sofort nochmal machen!

Uns hat der gesamte Ablauf gefallen. Der Bus kam zwar morgens ohne Benachrichtigung deutlich zu spät, aber ein TUI Mitarbeiter hatte uns sehr schnell helfen können. Danke TUI! Die Führung in der Kathedrale selbst war fantastisch. Insgesamt ein lohnendes Erlebnis. Auch der Aufenthalt in Palma und die Transfers waren sehr gut.

Wenn man kein Auto im Mallorcaurlaub gebucht hat, macht es schon Sinn diese Tour nach Palma und der schönen Kathedrale zu machen. Leider war die Stadt jetzt zur Hauptsaison sehr voll, aber dafür können die Guides nichts. Trotzdem sehr guter Ausflug.

Uns hat der Ausflug insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Busfahrer und Guide haben ihre Sache sehr gut gemacht. Allerdings wurde auf dem online gebuchten Voucher irreführender Weise darauf hingewiesen, dass dieser unbedingt auszudrucken sei. Das ist weder nachhaltig, noch haben Urlauber einen Drucker während der Reise im Gepäck. Erst nach einem Chat mit dem TUI Service wurde klargestellt, dass der Hinweis irreführend und ein Ausdruck nicht erforderlich ist. Zudem sucht niemand von TUI das Hotel auf.

Die Kathedrale in Palma war das Highlight. Von außen sehr beeindruckend und das Farbenspiel innen muss man gesehen haben. Unser Guide Juán hat das auch super gemacht. Alles in sehr gutem deutsch. Anschließend hatten wir noch genug Zeit für ein Eis und einen Besuch im Hard-Rock-Café-Shop. Danach ging es nach Valldemossa, was auch sehr schön war. Überall gab es öffentliche und kostenlose WC's. Alles war wieder sehr gut organisiert und die Busse sind immer pünktlich weitergefahren. Vielen Dank!

Die Fahrt von 2 Stunden nach Palma und 2 Stunden zurück und den dafür aufgerufenen Preis ist viel zu hoch. Nur dem freundlich Guide ist es zu verdanken das der Preis halbwegs erträglich im Nachhinein war

Der Tour Guide war super. Er kann zwar nicht mit Hand Abklatsch aus Spontanität, aber ich denke das ist vielleicht nicht jedermanns Sache und evtl. auch Nachwirkungen von Corona so sei ihm verziehen. Ich fand Juan macht das sehr gut und sein Deutsch ist ziemlich gut. Es hat viel Spaß gemacht. Was mir auch gefallen hat ist die Flexibilität. Tolle Infos, tolle Tour nur glaube ich könnte günstiger sein. Das liegt nur sicher an mir oder der Zeit das so zu empfinden. Ich würde es gerne empfehlen.

Es war eine schöne Tour, unser Guide Carlos war super, sehr professionell, leider musste er in der Kathedrale von Palma beide Gruppen, französische und deutsche betreuen, das hat er gut gemacht, allerdings zwei Sprachen im Ohr hat etwas genervt. Der Guide Juan für die deutsche Gruppe in Valldemossa war auch sehr gut. Leider hatten wir in Palma etwas wenig freie Zeit zur Verfügung, es war etwas stressig mit Essen.

Palma hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben dort eine Stadtrundfahrt gemacht welche uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Hop on - Hop Off Bus. Da wir Rentner sind wurde die Fahrt zum halben Preis angeboten. Leider ist die Stadt an manchen Ecken durch Hotelbauten zugebaut, manche nicht sehr schön. Trotzdem Palma ist einen Besuch wert.

Der Ausflug war sehr gut organisiert, wie übrigens alles von TUI!! Der Besuch der Kathedrale stand für uns im Mittelpunkt. Unser Guide hat uns mit genau der richtigen Dosis an historisch interessanten Fakten versorgt. Gut auch, wie einfach uns der Aufbau der Stadt zwecks eigener Orientierung erklärt wurde! Eine tolle Führung! Palma selbst ist, wie allseits bekannt, eine wundervolle Stadt... Aber die unglaubliche Menge an Touristen.... das größte Kreuzfahrtschiff lag vor Anker....

Leider zeitlich alles sehr eng getaktet. Wenn man Palma mit Kathedrale und Valdemossa bucht, bleibt eigentlich keine Zeit für einen Bummel durch Palma. Wenn man sich für die Kathedrale interessiert lohnt es sich, eine Führung mitzubuchen. Unser Guide bei der Führung war prima. Valdemossa ist nett, aber ich würde die Option Palma mit Führung durch die Kathedrale empfehlen, weil man dann auch mehr Zeit für einen Bummel durch Palma hat.

Die Tour Palma mit Kathedrale in Kombination mit Valldemossa kann ich so nicht empfehlen, weil für Valldemossa viel zu wenig Zeit anberaumt war. Ich bedauere es sehr, dass ich das Kloster und die Räume von Chopin nicht wirklich besichtigen konnte. Bin in wenigen Minuten nur durchgehetzt und habe einen flüchtigen Blick draufgeworfen. Wirklich schade! Eine Stunde länger wäre gut gewesen.

Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Beide Guides waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hervorragende Führung in Palma und Valldemossa. Tour ist empfehlenswert.

Die Guides waren super und die Sehenswürdigkeiten recht interessant. Nicht so gefallen hat mir die lange Anfahrt, da noch etliche andere Gäste in verschiedenen Orten abgeholt wurden und dass man dreimal den Bus wechseln musste.
