Segui le tracce della famiglia Trapp, famosa in tutto il mondo per il film "Tutti insieme appassionatamente" di Rodgers e Hammerstein, uscito nelle sale nel 1959, e scopri i luoghi originali delle riprese.La prima tappa del tour saranno i Giardini di Mirabell, dove è stata girata la canzone "Do-Re-Mi". Poi si prosegue per il Castello di Leopoldskron, dove si può godere della spettacolare vista sul Lago Leopoldkron. Nei giardini del Castello di Hellbrunn si può visitare il Gazebo, ricostruito per tutti gli appassionati di cinema. La tappa successiva è l'Abbazia di Nonnberg, che oggi è anche un attivo convento femminile. Poiché l'Abbazia non consente visite all'interno delle mura, si può salire a piedi dal cancello principale della Chiesa gotica. Poi ci si dirige verso la Lake District Area con viste incredibili e opportunità fotografiche. Al Mondsee si può vedere la famosa chiesa, dove è stata girata la scena del matrimonio. Dopo si ha un po' di tempo per esplorare la pittoresca città da soli prima che l'autobus vi riporti a Salisburgo.

Only negative was that we had to queue for a boarding pass despite having booked online and having the QR code. There was no information that this was required and we only found out when trying to board the bus. There was a large queue for people who had just turned up. So system needs structured and communicated better. Otherwise a wonderful tour. Allowed appropriate time in each venue. Loved the history and comparisons between the film and the actual family.

Peter was an amazing tour guide and Evo was an excellent driver; they made a very good team! We sang, saw all the beautiful sights, and learned about the family-the movie vs reality. I highly recommend the Sound of Music tour. I would book another tour with them again.
